• Giulia (9/5): Struttura immersa nel verde e cibo di qualità - Posto immerso nel verde. Cucina sostenibile e kilometro zero, il loro punto di forza. Attenzione al dettaglio e rispetto della natura. Camere particolari e design molto curato anche degli spazi comuni. Colazione ottima se non superlativa per la scelta e la qualità dei prodotti. Spa mediocre. Noi siamo stati sfortunate perché durante il nostro soggiorno la struttura aveva avuto un problema alla caldaia che purtroppo non è stato risolto (il giorno dopo gentilmente ci hanno concesso di utilizzare di nuovo la spa ma la situazione non è migliorata). Bagno turco e sauna ok, ma le piscine temperature non gradevoli anche quella interna. Questa è stata una situazione eccezionale. In via generale, però, l'ambiente non era super accogliente a livello di temperatura e i servizi erano nella media. Non il punto di forza della struttura. Le camere belle ma l'anta della doccia non si chiudeva e la finestra in parte dava sul corridoio quindi bisogna sempre tenere le tende chiuse.
• liliana (10/5): Un angolo di paradiso tra natura e comfort! - Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno al Relais La Pampa e non possiamo fare a meno di condividere quanto sia stata straordinaria la nostra esperienza. Se cercate un luogo dove rilassarvi, essere coccolati e gustare piatti preparati con ingredienti freschi e genuini, questo è il posto giusto! Il Relais è un vero e proprio angolo di tranquillità. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione.La piscina e i giardini circostanti completano il quadro, offrendo un rifugio perfetto per una pausa dal caos della vita quotidiana. Un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stata la cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff (accoglienza, ristorante e Spa)!! Sin dal nostro arrivo, ci hanno accolti con un sorriso e professionalità. Questo tipo di attenzione al cliente merita di essere sottolineata. Un'altra punta di forza del Relais La Pampa è sicuramente la sua cucina. Ogni piatto che abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaporare era preparato con ingredienti freschi e a km 0, il che rende ogni portata ancora più gustosa e genuina. La varietà dei piatti, la loro presentazione e, soprattutto, il sapore, ci hanno conquistato. È evidente che c'è una grande passione dietro ogni preparazione e un’attenzione particolare alla qualità delle materie prime. La colazione, con i suoi prodotti freschi e locali, è stata un vero piacere per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. In definitiva, il Relais La Pampa è il posto ideale per chi cerca una fuga dalla routine!
• MARTA (10/5): - Ci siamo fermati per caso presso la Pampa, per spezzare il ns. viaggio in auto. E' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, l'hotel ha dettagli molto curati ed è immerso in un bellissimo parco, Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante, i piatti proposti sono stati davvero ottimi come la colazione del mattino dopo che è stata assolutamente fantastica. Bravi e simpatici i giovani dello Staff.

Il ristorante offre piatti veramente eccezionali preparati con maestria abbinati con il loro superbo vino . Cristian un ragazzo disponibile a venirmi incontro per le mie intolleranze : ha sempre trovato una soluzione e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Una ragazza del personale che sembrava non felice di essere lì …. Poco disponibile La pulizia della camera , non sempre impeccabile, considerando il livello della struttura . Il materasso ed i cuscini scomodissimi : una struttura del genere dovrebbe dedicare maggiori dettagli a queste cose.

We loved (and could live there!): hotel (public area, rooms, shower area) - beautiful design, surrounding grounds - all green and well maintained, Pool area and hammocks. Also, it's a small hotel so not crowded. We liked: pools (not heated, were little cold even in August), spa area - the saunas. We less liked: spa area - beautiful outside jacuzzi but not heated and gets little sun so we could not get in. I am pointing it out because I was looking for a hotel with a hot tub. Hotel restaurant - limited dishes and very expensive. 10-15 minutes by car to near towns. Small dogs allowed. For those that less appreciate. We were disappointed with breakfast. It is basic compared to other hotels we stayed in I think over rated in the reviews. Hotel should consider describing what they really serve for b-fast.
• Anonymous (7/5): Relax in the glorious, green countryside. Sit by the pool & gaze at the hills, olive trees & vines - Breakfast was basic continental but no complaints. Delicious croissants & jams, complimented by a few odds and sods. Room was basic and tired, as was the building & decor, but the setting in the countryside is beautiful. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Parking was plentiful and the gardens and orchards were glorious. We did not have time to make use of the spa and the beautiful pool - which is a shame as it looked great! Decor & rooms tired. Otherwise no complaints.
• Karen (7/5): Potential to be a fabulous place with some improvements with service speeds and menu choices - Stunning property, spacious room, lovely grounds, great ethos and most of the staff we met were very friendly Service was very slow waited over 30 minutes for our coffee most mornings for breakfast. Breakfast choices limited. Tasting menu good value but sometimes had to wait almost 30 minutes between courses, which is too long, even for a relaxing Italian dinner. Spa was under construction when we visited.
