• chapuis (4/5): déception et comportement malhonnête - on vend des prestations inexistantes - le petit déjeuner correspond à ceux servis dans cette catégorie d'hôtels j'ai réservé parce qu'il y avait une restauration sur place le soir, or l'après midi de mon arrivée j'ai reçu un coup de fil me disant que le restaurant serait fermé ainsi que l'accueil et qu'on me laissait les clés sur le guichet de la réception. de plus, l'adresse indiquée est RIOM et en fait l'adresse de l'établissement est MOZAC donc introuvable avec le GPS et en plus dans une zone marchande, le restaurant recommandé laissé avec les clés étant complet nous n'avons pas pu dîner car trop complique pour retourner sur RIOM - je suis très mécontente car on m'a vendu une prestation non assurée c'est mensongé

• ALICE (7/5): Séjour agréable, au calme - Le site est calme, avec un jardin permettant aux enfants de jouer, accessibilité aux attractions locales (VULCANIA), disponibilité du personnel, propreté et confort des chambres. En période de canicule une climatisation des chambres serait appréciable (seul un petit ventilateur) ou proposer des bouteilles d'eau.

• jacketjacky (8/5): Hôtel très bien excellent acceuil Booking scandaleux adresse fausse - petit déjeuner correct l'emplacement est calme malgré la zone industrielle à côté Que vous Booking indique une mauvaise adresse sur votre site ou sur nos réservations car vous nous envoyez avec l'adresse donnée dans un quartier de villas ce qui fait que c'est galère pour trouver l'hôtel vu que il faut faire tout un tour du village pour arriver juste et merci aux habitants du quartier qui font votre job en indiquant la bonne adresse vu que 90% des gens se retrouvent faux Je trouve donc SCANDALEUX QUE VOUS NE SOYEZ PAS CAPABLE DE MODIFIER LES COORDONNEES JUSTE DE L'HÔTEL . alors que l'hôtel vous a contacter plusieurs fois pour ce problème je pense que vous ne ferez rien malgré ce message vu que pour vous seul le pognon compte en temps qu'américain comme votre abrutis de Donald Trump

The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The equipment was poor and facility badly designed. It’s a shame as the hotel has the potential to be much better

Arrived late at 10pm, and reception was closed however my key was clearly labelled with my last name and left easily in view for me, as I left before 6am I did not encounter any staff.

• Richard (8/5): Hotel in a good location for both business people and visitors who want to visit local attractions. - All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was a reasonable size and comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast items and the buffet table was continuously kept topped up with fresh items. The restaurant meals were were reasonably priced and excellent. This hotel seems to be geared up for stays of one or two nights and, consequently, there was very limited storage for clothes in the room and just one plastic chair to sit on. Tea and coffee items were not topped up at all during our 4 day stay. There was no lounge (comfortable or otherwise) for guests to relax in.

When we arrived reception was closed and our room key was left out for us Not good on a trading estate with no restaurants!!

There were no nearby restaurants or pleasant walks in the middle of an industrial site. With the address Clermont ferrand, we thought that that was where we were staying but quite a distance from there.

• Jeff (9/5): It was a fineplace to stay in the heat and the Tour De France - The hotel is on the outskirts of Riom on the route toVolvic.The hotel and facilities are fine ,the host is welcoming and the outstanding feature of the place i the food. Both the evening meal and the breakfast merited the Gourmand classification of the logis. The hotel and grounds were surrounded by a newly developed light industrial estate and large supermarket., which doesn't affect thestay once you are in the hotel

L'hôtel est très calme, avec un parking voiture a l'arrière. La deco n'est plus très actuelle, mais l'ensemble était propre et confortbale. Rien a redire.

• faye (8/5): Could be perfect but not on sunday - I'd booked to arrive Sunday evening, looking forward to eating in the restaurant after a long drive. But got a message on the way saying restaurant was closed and key would be left at reception for self check in. Local restaurant recommendations were indicated and we ate in la Croix de fer, which was fabulous! But i didn't want to get in the car again after arriving at the hotel. Breakfast buffet good.
