The location of the property was perfect, near metro, eating places, pattiseries and coffee shops. Minutes away from the quai along the Seine, we enjoyed the ability to walk everywhere. We loved our stay at Yuna.

Staircase and elevator kind of scary if you are used to big american elevators. View from apt balcony not that great can only see up and down street. Overall 4 star place

Could not sleep at all night, only a glass of panel separate the room space fom the street and the unit is just beside the entrance, there’s no soundproof totally ! • Brandon (10/5): - This is a really beautiful space. Very clean, modern, and spacious for a studio with a nice space to work and take calls from. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that a 10am checkout is too early. It should be 11am. Make sure to have your phone charged to be able to access the info to enter, and the company is highly responsive in real time if you have any issues.

This was not the fault of the owners but still something that didn’t allow a full 5 star. Otherwise I’d give it 4 1/2 stars. Definitely awesome location, close to river and tons of restaurants and bars. Also very close to large train station, so getting anywhere in the city and beyond was a breeze!!

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, views were amazing and very close to all the sites. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and efficient. I would like to give a huge thank you to Tibo, the shuttle driver that took us back to the airport. My bag was accidentally left at Yuna, and while I was freaking out Tibo jumped in and had another driver bring my bag. Thanks to his quick thinking… the end of our trip was saved. Paris did not disappoint and our stay at Yuna was amazing.

A great a cafe and boulangerie are just a few steps sway. Many many options around to eat or have a drink. Very near the Louvre Le Marais Notre Dame etc. Highly recommend it. Our favorite bakery happened to be just beneath our balcony. You just walk down the stairs, and there it was. The management was great, so swift to respond to any of the questions. The only tiny thing of suggestion is probably to keep bounty or a set of paper napkins. The kitchen had one fabric towel and there was nothing to clean the table or dry clean hands. Otherwise kitchen seemed to have everything. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you for hosting us.

• Russell (8/5): - Best part of the property is the location: the heart of Paris within easy walking distance of Île de la Cité. The apartment is well appointed with a kitchenette and plenty of space. Only downside is its location on the street level behind glazed windows. The outside scene gets a little rowdy at 3am. However, we would stay there again and request an upper floor unit.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Brilliant, cannot recommend highly enough - Fabulous location, very clean and well equipped. We loved the layout which suited us with a teenager. Lots of cafes, shops and restaurants around too. Cannot recommend highly enough for couples or families wanting a little more space and facilities than a hotel.
• Gail (10/5): Very clean, friendly, and convenient - Check-in was a bit confusing. I received several emails before the stay that said the code for the front door and room were included, but they were not. I did not receive a code until I wrote Yuna right before boarding my flight to Paris. There was a very prompt reply. When arrived at the hotel, the code did not work. Eventually, a housekeeper came to the door and tried to assist us. She called the manager and eventually we gained access. Fortunately, the code worked throughout our stay, because there was no key, which a very friendly manager explained was missing. Also, the explanation about how to leave your bags was a bit confusing in the English translation. You may leave your bag in your own room after 11:30. We had some difficulty with the recommended Nanny Bag as well and could not find our reservation. Be sure to download their App and create an account before you arrive. On the positive side, the location was very convenient in walking or easy metro/batobus distance to most landmark. Also two bakery/cafes were steps from the door. It was great to run out for a croissant every morning and come back to the room for breakfast. The kitchen area is small, but perfect for take away, etc. we boiled some eggs, but I wouldn’t try to cook a full meal (although everything you need is there) there’s a nice Nescafé machine and pods are easy to purchase at nearby groceries
• Thomas Richard (10/5): - Liked being able to use a key code instead of carrying around a key. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious for a downtown Paris hotel bathroom. Also we really enjoyed the local neighborhood with its lively atmosphere with restaurants, bakeries and bars.

• Amanda (10/5): - This place is great!! We will definitely be coming back. Great neighborhood for everything you need. Walk to Notre Dame and the Siene. Stroll through Marais or catch the Metro or bus, plenty of stops all within a short walk. Having a fridge and kitchen was great. Even without staff on sight, they were responsive and brought us fresh towels when requested. Room was a great size, would suggest adding small dresser or bedside tables with drawers.

It was well equipped and had a good layout. A couple of the shower tiles were cracked however it was clean. As the hallway between rooms was tiny, it was very loud at night when the neighbours came in but no noise from outside.

Expected a balcony - unclear from booking that this apartment, number 30, did not have one - a window with a very narrow, inaccessible, Juliet style 'space'. Otherwise perfect, although anyone in the living room bed has to go through main bedroom to get to toilet/bathroom.

• Louise (10/5): - Excellent tidy property little kitchenette with everything you could need. Awesome location. Good size for central city. Tiny lift or very steep spiral staircase - might not be for everyone but fine for us. Check in / out totally remote so no one on site again not a problem for us but might not suit everyone.

• S A (10/5): Excellent apartment. Great location. - An excellent location. Instructions very clear and regular communication. A great space. Very clean and comfortable. Quite a lot of noise from the a/c or immersion heater sadly but a minor quibble.
• Andrea (10/5): - This was in a less tourist-y area. Was trendy and very walkable. The location is close enough to the airport and most attractions walkable or to use the metro.
• Deborah (10/5): - This was a very convenient property in close proximity to many Paris attractions. The communication with staff was easy enough even though it required what’s app. The staff was very prompt in responding to any queries. I did miss a concierge service. You should be fairly confident of finding your way on your own if you choose to stay at this property. A map of Paris would have been helpful along with a list of phone contacts for taxi or meal delivery or nearby grocery. We utilized the shuttle service to the airport — it was by far the best shuttle service we’ve ever used. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Good communication and easy entrance/exist and check in/out Minor annoyance from sound of air con / heating causing vibration in the place, due to being on the top floor so close to the roof, but not a problem
• William (10/5): - This was a location and property perfectly suited for us. Each room seemed to be on its own floor so it was nice and quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s only a couple of minutes walk from Châtelet Les Halles train station so it’s ideal for travel from the airport. There are loads of nice bars and restaurants nearby with plenty of variety, and the place was buzzing at night. There’s a lovely little bakery very close to the entrance and a supermarket just a few minutes away. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

• Anthony (10/5): - Absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, quiet, discreet. And the location could not have been better. We took our nine-year-old, and she adored the place. She didn't want to leave. Could not fault anything about it.
• Francisco (4/5): - My transatlantic flight ticket was anticipated one day and I tried to change the reservation more than a week before arriving (I tried to leave one day earlier). However, it was impossible to reach the property and get an answer from them. Even Expedia tried to contact the property with no response. Quite disappointed about this :( The property is close to Les Halles (RER-B) which is very convenient for general transportation.

• Lisbeth (8/5): - We are a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, we got the one in floor 5 with one bedroom. The sofa converted into bed which was perfect for our daughters. We enjoyed the small terrace, felt very Paris style. The location is great as it has a lot of cafes and bakeries close by, the metro station is very convenient. The place is clean, the communication with the team was perfect. Will recommend it for sure and will stay again at this place.

• Carol (10/5): - My sister and I stayed at the Yuna Les Halles serviced apartments in Paris France for two weeks. This property met our needs in every way, being close to the metro, train, water taxi, laundry mat, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to the Louvre and just across the bridge from the Norte-Dame. The property was super clean and very modern. Housekeeping was wonderful. Wasn’t expecting it but adapters for our American plugs were provided. To note, there is no staff on site, however that posed no problem. Check in and check out was a breeze and communications with the staff via email was prompt. I would recommended and would definitely stay here again.

• Ji (10/5): Amazing location and awesome service! - Amazing location right next to a Metro station, great pastry shop, crepe, fitness center around the block, boba tea next door and various restaurants all within a block or two! High tech access, exceptional communication/ responsiveness via Whatsapp (even in finding me multiple gym options nearby which we signed up for a 1-week pass at the nearby Des Cercles De La Forme). It was a perfect setup while visiting Paris for the Olympics!
• Alix (10/5): - We were asked to move to Yuna Montmarte apartments and were offered a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 1 bedroom we initially booked. The Yuna Montmarte apartments are very new, clean and in a beautiful location with A/C , and an elevator along with free luggage storage which we used. It was a 20 minute Uber ride to downtown Paris but walking in Montmarte was perfect for us. Highly recommend
• Betty (8/5): - First time in Paris. This hotel was centrally located for many tourist attractions. Many dining options in the area as well. A safe area. Our only problem was during check-in. The code that was provided to get into the building didn't work. Took awhile to get a new code, which didn't work either. Finally received a 3rd code which did work. There is only one elevator which is small and slow, long waits when other guests are using it. Had to walk the stairs a few times because of the wait, and our room was on the 5th floor. Other than that it was a good stay.

• Laura (8/5): - Lovely to have an apartment with family. Great location, easy walk to metro and multiple restaurants to choose from. Great communication from Yuna team. Suite had air conditioning which was so nice.
• Jonas (10/5): - Great location close to the chatelet metro stop. Lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. There is a small elevator that can fit two people and their luggage. Bed was comfortable and the unit was clean.
• Karen (8/5): - The apartment is an excellent location for numerous, popular cafes, dining, and shopping venues! Just the right size for 4 people, with comfortable beds and a good working bathroom. Beautiful views of Paris from this location. Many Metro stations very nearby. Within walking distance of international and local monuments and sites. Orly Airport a short taxi ride away. We had a tremendous time in this section of Paris! We will be back and recommend this lovely balcony apartment to all!
