• Marcin (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na nocleg po lub przed lotem, ze względu na bliskość lotniska. Okolica bezpieczna, wkoło same hotele lub apartamentowce. Smaczne śniadania przygotowywane z zaangażowaniem i starannością. Bardzo pomocny personel mówiący po angielsku. Mogliśmy przechować bagaż co bardzo nam pomogło. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Wszystko było ok, to hotel bez luksusów ale ze wszystkim co potrzeba, jest łóżko, klimatyzacja i śniadanie :)
• LUIS ANIBAL (8/5): Está bien - Es limpio; todos los días te dan café y aromática de cortesía, está bien ubicado, para pasar al mar hay que cruzar un puente peatonal (aunque algunas personas dicen que es algo inseguro). Las habitaciones son cómodas con aire acondicionado, jabón, shampoo. Todos los detalles muy bien. Es un hotel bonito y bien tenido. Te guardan la maleta si tu vuelo es mas tarde del checkout (eso está muy bien),pero deberían de tener un baño con ducha puesto que lo normal es que uno se vaya para el mar mientras es el vuelo, y sin una ducha te toca irte sucio y lleno de sal al aeropuerto.

Recomiendo el HOTEL al 100%, No es que no nos haya gustado, es solo una sugerencia: Se debería incluir fruta en el desayuno.

• Andra (3/5): Must stay was decent, but the Customer Service was not good. - The only thing that I can mention that was likable was the fact that it was close to a few restaurants The customer service the communication was horrible. I was letting him by the gatekeeper once I got there I was told that someone would be there to check me in no one did that the following morning I checked out I was told that I was good then I hear back from them two weeks later, stating that I never paid for the stayed this was the most uncomfortable situation that I have ever been in with a hotel stay in Cartegena.

• Ricardo (8/5): More than met my needs for the 1 night stay. - The front desk manager was fabulous. You really couldn't find a more attentive, polite, and professional gentleman in Cartagena. I'd love to have him working for me. There is also a local taxi service across the street. Although they're a little pricier than others, but you can't beat the convenience. Not a very walkable area perse and not many restaurants to walk to, though a couple of local restaurants will deliver to the hotel.

I choose it becouse it was quite close to convention center. Quality of the room. It looks old, safe broken. Sourronding area looks not very nice and a bit unsafe. Gate to the hotel was always close. There was a security mas who opens it. Once at night a get a problem to get in to the hotel, because he was sleeping.

• Sergio (10/5): I stayed at Casa Mar on a business trip for a week and it was amazing. Their staff Andres and Diana were the best, very - The location, decoration amazing and their staff. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.
• Maxim (4/5): - Check in was a nightmare. No one seemed to have my reservstion. Took an hour to check-in, had to call the off site manager. On-site manager was asleep so we didn't get into the hotel for 30 mins. Guard at the front gate tried but took a while for him to answer. Other than that everything was ok. Room was nice, although had to change rooms mid week because they put us in a double bed then the long weekend came and they wanted the room and downgraded us to a smaller single bed room.

Breakfast was amazing and always freshly made, she also accommodated my veggie lifestyle, which I sincerely appreciated. Wifi was not an issue either. Would def be returning!

The temperatures were too cold at times. Love it! No hot water available for shower and Wifi was almost non-existent in room. If I needed to use wifi, I had to go to lobby.
