• Martina (6/5): Super Lage, aber sonst passt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz. - Die Lage im Zentrum ist optimal. Wir hatten ein Appartment, das in den Hinterhof hinausging und dadurch sehr ruhig war. Das Appartment liegt im 1. Stock und es gab überraschenderweise einen Lift. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war oberflächlich gegeben, aber bei genauerem Betrachten sind doch einige Mängel hervorgetreten. Unter dem Bett war sicher einige Monate nicht gereinigt worden und dadurch verteilte sich auch der Staub im Zimmer. Das ganze Appartment wirkt etwas renovierungsbedürftig: Unverspachtelte Bohrlöcher in der Wand, Unisolierte Kabel bei der Heizung. Im Badezimmer ist der Wasserdruck zum Duschen relativ gering. Als Sitzgelegenheit gibt es nur die Hochstühle an der Küchentheke.

Feinkostläden, topp gute Bäckerei Kulturelle Events in unmittelbarer Nähe In der Küche müsste mal ein paar Schranktüren vernünftig repariert werden. Der Abfuss der Dusche war sehr mäßig

• Daniele (3/5): Ottima posizione, ma struttura poco curata - Posizione ottima e super comodo il fatto che ci sia un ascensore. La pulizia in questa struttura è praticamente inesistente e le foto non corrispondo affatto allo stato attuale della struttura. Consiglio di portarsi una padella, dal momento che quella che viene data in dotazione non è adatta al piano induzione. Le piastre usate come riscaldamento, avendo un bambino piccolo, sono poco sicure.

Il pagamento che viene prospettato in struttura o comunque all 'arrivo , viene prelevato appena fatta la prenotazione. La prima carta di credito inviata non è risultata valida e la seconda risultava non pervenuta come i documenti di identità regolarmente inviati come da richiesta. A quel punto mi sono sentito a "scherzi a parte" e l' ho fatto notare all'interlocutore ( di cui per educazione non faccio il nome) che si è "piccato" del mio linguaggio e ha alzato il tono del risentimento dandomi del maleducato.. al punto che se non avessi mandato la seconda carta avrei disdetto volentieri la prenotazione. Con non poca difficolta e diverse telefonate e email hanno "rintracciato" la mia documentazione e finalmente mi hanno dato gli estremi per poter accedere alla "struttura". Quello che poi viene descritto come un "appartamento con 1 soggiorno , 1 camera da letto separata e 1 bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli non è altro che un unico corridoio di non più di 3 metri di larghezza con un 'angolo cottura in testa , due poltroncine con un tv. in mezzo , un letto in coda ..senza alcuna parete divisoria che chiamerei "budello gentile " con tre gradini sul percorso ingresso /bagno che fatti al buio sono delle trappole come il pavimento del bagno/doccia in cemento che una volta bagnato può risultare da...40 giorni di ingessatura. Il materasso era l'unica cosa comoda ma i piumoncini/lenzuoli del letto matrimoniale erano due separati da mezza piazza. La mancanza poi di parcheggio privato che viene dichiarato questo si regolarmente e la mancanza di parcheggi pubblici nella zona , costringe al pagamento di 25 euro giornaliere per parcheggi privati , essendo la struttura in ztl . Un'altra cosa discutibile e il nome della gestione on line che si presenta come " top booking .

• Federica (5/5): - Posizione centralissima. Wifi. Appartamento ampio, ma tutt'altro che accogliente. Piuttosto maltenuto. Appena sono entrata mi è rimasta la maniglia della porta in mano. Scarico wc che si blocca continuamente. Presa di corrente per phon in bagno non funzionante. Affaccio su interno fatiscente. Insomma, la posizione è comoda però questo appartamento è adatto a gente spartana!

• Nadzeya (9/5): Good stay at central Bolzano - We stayed there for 3 nights. The property provides self check-in/out. The communication with the owners was very smooth and quick. Everything was as described. The kitchen had all necessary utensils. Overall it was a good stay. The bathroom needs some care and fixing. The AC was lacking. There were some fans, but they didn’t help much. It can be noisy from the outside as the street is quite lively.
• Isak (6/5): Great location and comfortable apartment, but too hot inside - The apartment has a great location in the heart of Bolzano’s old town, close to the train station and the city center. Inside, it’s nicely furnished, with a good kitchen, bathroom, and a comfortable place to watch TV. During the day, it was unbearably hot even with the windows open and both fans running at full speed. At night, it became more manageable as the outdoor temperature dropped, but we still had to keep the windows open and the fans on, which meant some noise from the street. Overall, I give it 6/10 because of the heat and nighttime noise. Without these problems, it would easily be a 10/10.

The kitchen sink handle kept falling off, one of the bed reading lights flickered, and there was a large crack in the shower letting water into the wall. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom but that may have been an oversight. While the location was great the windows let in a lot of noise and you could hear everything in the street below.

The bed is confy, the wifi is fast and stable and there's a usable kitchen. There's not a sofa or an armchair and is the only real miss. For the rest, considered the very high prices in the city, the services are ok.

I made a booking and stayed immediately. Fortunately, the staff responded quickly Quite noisy because it's in the center. And the window curtains rarely block the sunlight.

Good instructions to find the apartment Air-conditioning was not working - apartment has poor ventilation - close to neighboring buildings and therefore limited air flow. It was hot. Small fan helped a bit. Shower was not clean - needs thorough cleaning.

• Tomasz (3/5): Poor - Localization was great, bed was very comfortable. Very modern-look apartment. Great and big tv. The flat didn't have air conditioning. I know that before reservation, but turned out that this place was like sauna. There was unbeareable hot. We was forced to have windows opened all the time to reduce temperature at least a little bit, but, because of the fact that this flat is located in the centre of city, there was very very noisy because of opened windows. So we had a choice, sleep in sauna, or have little bit less temperature but with very noisy enviroment. There was one fan in the flat, but it didn't make difference. I have notice that problem with temperature was mentioned be other gusts couple years age, and to this moment it wasn't fixed, so it seems owners do not care about comfort of their guests at all. Chairs were totally uncomfortable, after 30 minutes I had to watching tv standing because I was so tired sitting this uncomfortable places. There was more disadventages, but these two mentioned above were the worst for me. The worst place to stay I ever been.
• Roman (7/5): Good - The location (Bindergasse) is very central, with bakeries, restaurants and everything else on the doorstep. Check in was also very easy. Good wifi connection. The apartment, however, is somewhat run down - mould in the shower and broken shower head, which we were repeatedly promised to be fixed, but nothing happened. The frying pan and mocha could also be replaced...
