- 4e41e9ca9cde73c395904a53c9427d9d (1/5): עגמת נפש גדולה ביותר בחג פסח - לצערי כמעט שום דבר אכסניה קטנה עם יחס אטום ופוגעני. הגעתי להתארח בשביעי של פסח. טענו שאין להם מפתח אנלוגי. הבטיחו שלאורך כל הזמן יהיה גוי של שבת שיוכל לפתוח לי. בפועל לא היה גוי של שבת כשרציתי להיכנס ונאלצתי לישון מחוץ לחדר בתנאים לא נוחים. הפצרתי לקבל חדר מסודר ונקי ונתקלתי בסירוב אטום מברזל. סיפרתי שהייתה לי חוויה קשה אך העובד לא הסכים לרכך את ליבו ולסייע לי וטען שבגלל ששילמתי סכום נמוך יותר למרות הפגיעה הגדולה שחוויתי שגרמה לי להישאר מחוץ לחדר הוא לא יתן לי חדר שעלול להיות נוח יותר '. מעולם לא נתקלתי במלון שלא מנסה להייטיב הרגשה של עגמת נפש גדולה ורק מעצים אותה, אך זה מה שהיה במלון/אכסניה הזו.

- Reinhard (9/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt Jerusalem, perfekte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal in der Küche und im Servicebereich ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man keine Ansprüche hinsichtlich der Zimmergröße hat (recht kleine Zimmer mit teilweise wenig Staufläche) und auf Luxus verzichten kann. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit wenig Gepäck aber völlig ausreichend. Der Eingang ist von außen kaum zu sehen, nur eine Leuchtschrift auf dem Boden weist daraufhin. Zu unserer Zeit war gerade eine Baustelle in der Straße und deshalb ohne Außenwerbung schwer zu finden.

- Msmrr (10/5): מקום מושלם למי שרוצה חדר יפה ומשופץ אבל לא גדול - יפה ומאובזר היטב ומשופץ צוות המקום טוב שידרוג לנו חדר כי החדר הראשון לא היה תקין היה אור בבוקר מהחלון כי התריסים לא היו מגינים מהאור עד הסוף קצת קטן אבל שווה את זה

- ILAN ELISHA (9/5): מלון מעוצב ונוח בלב העיר - מלון מעוצב ויפה, בלב העיר , לא רחוק ממחנה יהודה והמדרחוב. קבלה מאויישת 24/7 , פינת קפה, מרפסת שמש גדולה ומפנקת שיפוצים ברחוב בחוץ.

- Margarete (8/5): - Mitte in Jerusalem nah an S-Bahn , Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Da viele Junge Menschen hier übernachten kann es zwischendurch mal laut werden.
- Rachel (7/5): O, great breakfast by a mastercheff. Open to all. - It is a fine place. At time administrative issues are stuck. A group used the common space and kitchen and left it in a tital mass so individual travellers could not use it. This could not be done!! Bad managnent of large groups. Close very noisy and dusty roadworks. Place demands a basic facelift.

- אודליה (5/5): - המרפסת מאוד יפה לגבי החנייה: לא הובהר לנו לגבי החנייה, בקבלה נאמר לנו להחנות בחניון מגדלי ירושלים וששם יש הסדר של שלושים שקלים ליום אבל כשהגענו למלון ביקשו שנשלם 100 שקל על החניה, למרות שכשדיברנו עם האחראים על החניה אמרו לנו שהחניה צריכה להיות בחינם. סתם נוצר מצב לא ברור ולא נעים ואפילו לא התחלנו את השהות. ובנוסף המיקום של המלון לא ברור, גם לא ידעו להסביר לנו איך להגיע למלון מהחניון, מזל שיש מפות. לגבי החדר: כיור סתום, המקלחת מוצפת אחריי השימוש, מזגן לא מורגש בכלל!

- Danielle (1/5): בחיים לא יחזור ולא ימליץ לאף אחד - חווית מלון מזעזע ביותר במהלך כל ה35 שנים שאני חייה ונשואה מתוך זה 13 שנה ומלא בבתי מלון בארץ ובחול לא קרה לי בחיים הלם כזה במיוחד אחרי ששילמתי במזומן דקה אחריי עליתי לחדר ותוך 5 דק אני ובעלי ירדנו לקבלה להגיד שאני עם אסטמה כולי מתגרדת לא יכולה לנשום כל החדר מסריח חנוק וזה מקום שלא מותאם ולא מראה כמו מה שיש באינטרנט ולא הוסכם להחזיר לנו את הכסף !
- Claire (8/5): Top hôtel bien placé à petit prix. - Emplacement idéal. Proche du centre ben yeouda, mahane Yeouda market et à 30 minutes à pied du kotel. À 2 pas des bus, tramways. Super pratique. Très animé le soir en famille ou pour des jeunes. Même en hiver on s’amuse. Chambre bien équipée et à disposition café, thé, chocolat et cuisine. Par contre gros travaux juste à côté et anime donc on entend tout mais ça vaut la peine car très bien placé.

- eyal (8/5): - אנשי הקבלה היו נחמדים מאוד. המקום מרווח ושווה את המחיר. ניתן לשפר את הניקיון בשירותים והמקלחת.
- Dima (6/5): Overpriced for the room they offer - Location is great Very very poor room ….. no view… very dark Wash basin in the room…… near the bed….. Tv didn’t work . No phone to call the reception. Very poor
- Horvath (7/5): - Common bathroom clearing should be a must every day! Otherwise roommates left dirt (and worse things) behind. Also, renting a lock is somewhat pitiful way to secure belongings. Otherwise the hostel has a good vibe with good facilities and nice staff!
- Aleksandr (5/5): - Номер был убран, чистая пастель и ванная Заезд был вечером, в душе отсутствовала горячая вода, была только холодная. На ресепшен около 20 минут были проблемы с вселением, менеджер не видел в компьютере оплату, а оплачивал я на букинг. Предложили мне внести платеж еще раз. Сомнительно.
