• Anthony (9/5): Fantastic staff, great location and large apartment - The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. Especially, Carlos on reception and the lady who deals with the breakfast. The apartment we stayed in was identical to the photographs. Large living dining area with Kitchenette. Shower was hot and powerful. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast, might have been small for some however, we found it sufficient for our taste. Especially, the eggs made to order by the lady. Located in a nice, safe area of Bogotá. Lots of cafes, restaurants around. Lack of kitchen equipment. Had to ask for a kettle. No saucepans provided or washing up equipment. No temperature control in the apartment, as it doesn’t offer any air conditioning units.

The staff were very professional and efficient, the room was really comfortable, the bed was huge and the shower just perfect, hot water at any time with great pressure. We had a lot of space for our things and it was all very well organised. Breakfast was great and the coffee available at all times was wonderful. The location is good for peace and quiet, it feels really safe, and it's walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Good option in the north of Bogota. It was a bit pricy
• Irene (7/5): - The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to Parque 93 and the TransMilenio. The room had a small kitchen, lots of storage space, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. Our room faced a newly built residential building with floor-to-ceiling windows that was only a few metres away from us, so we opted to keep our blinds closed during our entire stay in order to maintain privacy. It was too bad because it meant our room didn't get much natural light. The breakfast was ok. We ended up avoiding the hot food items, like their boiled eggs and cooked meats, because they really should have been served at a higher temperature to be safe.

Nos dieron una habitación mejor y más cómoda para estar con nuestra bebé y la habitación fue muy completa. La limpieza de 10. La ubicación fue perfecta para nosotros, cerca del parque de la 93 y con muchas cafeterías, restaurantes cerca. Volveremos. Tal vez si vas con niños pequeños, al no tener persianas, si es posible es mejor pedir una habitación alejada de la calle por el tema del ruido.

The breakfast was exactly what I needed to get started for my day and the gym facilities were also fine for what I needed. Most importantly the bed was very comfy along with the pillows, I slept so well. The area is safe and clean and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend and will be staying here again during my return leg home. Only thing that was annoying was the lift buttons - they are touch screen and sometimes they just would not register my finger. It’s such a small thing but noticeable

• Franz (10/5): Nice Place to Stay, I recommend this hotel. - The hotel has a nice location, facilities are good, very clean, the WiFi and TV channels worked good, confortables bed. What I did not like , no room service so I need to go the restaurant and pick up my breakfast and take it to my room, or if I order food the delivery just leave at front desk and I had to pick up from there.
