• Verena (8/5): Angenehm trotz Nähe zum Ballermann - Wir hatten ganz spontan gebucht für eine Nacht, da wir auf den Flug warten mussten und etwas in der Nähe vom Flughafen haben wollten. Das Personal war am Telefon erst nicht flexibel. Als wir dann angekommen sind, hat sich die Lage aber komplett geändert. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Haben uns ermöglicht, dass Frühstück von einem Tag auf den anderen zu schieben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir relativ schnell einchecken konnten in unser Zimmer, früher als vorher angegeben. Ein Mitarbeiter hat unserem Sohn sogar Eis geschenkt. Der Pool war der einzige während der gesamten Mallorca Reise, der beheizt war, was sehr angenehm war, weil es sonst noch zu kalt gewesen wäre, rein zu gehen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus dem sechsten Stock war auch wunderschön. Ebenso die Lage relativ nah zur Promenade. Teilweise das Publikum. Es war leider sehr viel Ballermann Publikum da gut das Hotel ist halt auch am Ballermann oder zumindest in der Nähe von einschlägigen Diskothek und Bars. Das Publikum war eigentlich relativ gemischt aber es war halt auch einiges da mit Bierkönig T-Shirt und Co.

• Sylvia (9/5): - Das Hotel war zentral gelegen. Außerordentliches Gutes Frühstück. Tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers. Nettes Personal. Immer wieder gerne. In diesen Zimmer stand noch ein drittes Bett, aber es war in Ordnung.Man hat sich damit arrangiert.
• Tina (8/5): Super Hotel, wenn man ein paar ruhige Tage am Ballermann verbringen möchte :) - Das die Unterkunft nur 10 Gehminuten vom Megapark entfernt ist, aber trotzdem weit genug weg, dass es abends sehr leise ist. Das Frühstück könnte qualitativ hochwertiger sein.
• Susana (7/5): Aceptable - El jacuzzi de la habitación, maravilloso Las almohadas son muy muy blandas, la ducha se embozaba. Es un hotel de ambiente alemán. El desayuno es escaso para un hotel de 4 estrellas, y al personal se les notaba poco contentos, cuando llegan las 10:00h, recogen corriendo el desayuno, a las 10:05h ya tenían todo quitado y hasta nos apagaron las luces estando el comedor lleno... Un gesto que consideramos bastante inapropiado.

• Melanie (8/5): Ein schönes gut gelegenes Hotel, nicht zu nah und nicht zu fern von der Partymeile😋 und in toller Strandnähe🏖️ - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank auch nochmals an Toni für die Aufmerksamkeit (Reis ohne Meeresfrüchte zu servieren ) Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Sitzgelegenheiten um den Pool waren sehr gemütlich. Eine Ablage für den Koffer wäre gut, da sehr wenig Stauraum fűr die Wäsche im Zimmer zur Verfügung steht.

• Karen (7/5): Bon emplacement - Hôtel bien situé. Proche de l'arrêt de bus 25 (station balneari 9) pour le centre de Palma et A11 pour l'aéroport. Plage à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Bien pour faire des balades le long de l mer. Commerces, boutiques et restaurants à tous les coins de rue. Les espaces de l'hôtel sont assez classes et modernes. Lits confortables et un petit balcon. Piscine simple un peu petite. Buffet correct mais je pense qu'à la carte serait mieux car les tables ne sont pas adaptées pour ce type de service. Chambre petite. Espace restreint. Pas de produits de toilettes. J'étais en demi-pension. J'avais prévenue que je prenais l'avion très tôt pour le petit déjeuner. Et le lendemain je n'ai rien eu. Je n'ai pas réclamé non plus car j'estime qu'une communication aurait dû être faite entre le personnel. Pas de communication ni d'informations sur le spa et autres services disponibles.

The rooftop with hot tub was everything I needed on my relaxing holiday. The staff were very friendly making it an even better experience, big shout out to Jose who’s an absolute asset to your team.

La propreté et qualité des éléments mis à disposition, le manque d’isolation (Vous pouvez voir vos voisins d’hotel ou vis-à-vis facilement), la population qui fréquente l’hôtel est bruyante et manque de comportement. Globalement, cet hôtel ne vaut pas quatre étoiles
