• Kerstin (4/5): - Tv und Markt im Hotel Fenster waren teilweise kaputt und konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden, daher war es sehr kalt im Zimmer, gibt keine Temperatureinstellung. Es war generell sehr kalt im Zimmer, da die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet war. Aufgrund der halb offenen Fenster war es extrem laut im Hotel Aufgrund des Straßenlärms, sowie die Wände des Hotels sind sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt alles mit vom Nebenzimmer. Personal nur mäßig freundlich, kann nicht grüßen. Frühstück sehr Britisch.

• Andrea (8/5): - Sehr gut. Wir sind zu viert gereist, 4 Damen, haben zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht und der Überraschungseffekt war, das wir eine Verbindungstür hatten. Das war super. Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

• Şeyma (3/5): I’ve stayed here multiple times, but after experiencing a street-facing room, I don’t plan to stay h - The location is perfect i have stayed in this hotel couple of different times and the location has been the main reason i used to book this hotel. The room was on the street and my stay was for a week i didnt even get one nights sleep due to the sounds coming from the street. I asked so many times if i could change my room and apparently it was booked solid... The beds didnt feel clean at all there was hair all around and i kept removing hair from the bedding which was disgusting.

• Davide (9/5): Convenient and good quality city sleeping - I liked the vicinity to two tube stations and university of London senate house. The area was nicely quite most of the day. The hotel lobby, corridors and front courtyards were often packed with group tours especially in the morning. However, Staff helped me get through more quickly tho.

• sophie (7/5): Presque parfait - Personnel très agréable, des chambres de bonnes tailles, tres bonne literie, salle de bain récente fonctionnelle, le tout très propre. L’emplacement reste intéressant avec un arrêt de bus au pied de l hôtel. Les fenêtres sont anciennes et peu isolantes du bruit. C’est dommage car les chambres sont bien isolées entre elles (on n’entend pas les voisins). Le quartier est calme donc on n’est pas trop embêté quand même.

• Christophe (8/5): Un hôtel immense, propre, fonctionnel, bien situé mais il manque des petits éléments de confort. - Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Saint-Pancras. Personnel nombreux, check-in très rapide. Propreté au rendez-vous. Petit-déjeuner de type buffet classique. Aucune originalité dans les mets proposés. Qualité moyenne. Sachets de thé du commerce, jus de fruits reconstitués, charcuterie et fromages sans goût. 22£ quand même. Aucun accessoire (coton-tige, coton démaquillant, pantoufles, etc.) dans la salle de bains. Le tuyau de la douche est attaché en deux points ce qui interdit toute flexibilité, très peu pratique. Impossible de ne pas inonder la salle de bains à chaque douche. Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bains. Uniquement deux prises électriques dans la chambre. Aucune chaîne française sur la télé, impossible de connecter un compte Amazon ou une clé USB ou de caster le téléphone. Un des personnels d'accueil au desk avait manifestement évacué le sourire et le small talk de ses outils professionnels.

• Hila (10/5): לינה מצוינת בשכונה שקטה ומרכזית - המלון נמצא בשכונת בלומסברי שהיא נחשבת לשקטה אבל מרחק הליכה מכל השכונות התוססות- קובנט גארדן סוהו, מרחק הליכה מאוקספורד, ווסט אנד וגם פיקידלי (25 דק׳ הליכה), המלון שקט, חדרים יחסית מרווחים, נקי מאוד מאוד, באמת היה אירוח מצוין ממש נהנו מהשהייה שם אין מיזוג אוויר ולנו זה לא היה קריטי אבל אם היה חם זה היה נהפך להיות

• Joel (8/5): Idéalement situé, chambre spacieuse et confortable, literie au top ! - situation géographique idéale à proximité des transports, accueil agréable, chambre spacieuse avec une belle literie kingsize. Intérieur calme, service petit déjeuner au top! La fenêtre de notre chambre fermait mal donc un peu de bruit extérieur.
