- Verified traveler (8/5): - Es ist ein für den billigen Preis angemessenes Hostel. Wir waren zu zwiet in einem 6er Zimmer. Klimaanlage war vorhanden und hat funktioniert, Bettwäsche war sauber und die duschen war auch verhältnismäßig sauber. Für den Preis kann ich nichts negatives sagen

But I do like to point out that the walls are very thin and I could hear people making noises from other rooms or the outside of my room. Furthermore, the bed and pillows are quite rough around the edges and we find it difficult to sleep on. So far what I could say, the place is easy to find and the location is great as there are many shops around the corner. But for now, this place is suitable if you are staying for one night only.

- Verified traveler (10/5): A Home Away from Home - The place was very clean! The sheets and pillows smelled fresh. It was like staying in a 3-4 star hotels minus the frills. It was like being home away from home and the staff was very friendly, especially the Filipina staff who was so gracious to us. Will definitely be staying there again when i get back to KL!

- Erica (10/5): Highly Recommended for budget travelers - Excellent service, clean, nice public rest area and perfect location! (Night markets, shopping malls, public transportations, twin towers all walking distance!) Also it's quite cheap so definitely recommended to everyone. I travel to KL for business every month and I've stayed in over 5 different hostels, this is the best so far. Single females can feel safe here too.

- Jia Xun (4/5): Strategy location to tourist point but... - Near to Pavillion, however downstairs of hotel is quite complex with a lot of beggars and homeless people. The hotel is clean but the facilities in the room is not quite completed as few important things are missing, e.g. mirror, cloth hanger, wardrobe and etc. The wireless connection cannot be used in the room, have to go common area only can receive the signal.
- Selamat (8/5): - Location is great. Only need to walk further due toRTconstruction right in front of the hostel (be ready by July 2017 where the MRT station will connect to One Utama/IKEA etc).
- NIXON CHIA HUEY (6/5): - Overall stay is good but the only worst part is that the room's sound proofing was bad, as I can often heard people walking outside my room's corridor accessing the shared bathroom (in and out) and it disrupts my sleeps for continuously 3 nights for my stay.

It would be great if a more specific direction was given on the description since the signboard of travelogue is totally blocked by the Macdonald's sign. Other than that, the rest, overall this is quite a decent place for backpackers

- Luis (4/5): Cigarrete smell, unexpected fares. - Terrible experience, after booking with a "special price" offered by Expedia because I purchased a Flight to Kuala Lumpur, I got to Travelogue KL. I showed my reservation by Expedia at the counter and the receptionist started the check-in process, by the moment I got to pay I handed my credit card, when I got the voucher to sign the price was way more expensive than what I booked for. The receptionist told me there was not such a price for the room I booked with Expedia, because it was their "special" room, after trying to solve this I had no choice but to stay at the already booked place, because it was my first time al KL, when I got to the room there was a profound smell to cigarette. I complaint with the receptionist again, And they told me to start de AC to solve it, the AC was already running when I got to the room, they tried to use deodorant, but without any results. The staff was OK, they are only what they are told to do by the manager, but the Hotel doesn't provide a good service. I would not recommend this Hotel and for sure will never go there again.
