• Veronica (7/5): Roma puntual - Escogimos el hotel por la ubicacion, es una zona de la ciudad tranquila y ubicada estrategicamente para asistir al evento al que ibamos. El bano no fue muy comodo, en general el hotel esta ubicado en el piso de un edificio y los espacios son bastante reducidos.

Lo staff si è dimostrato eccezionale sia nell’accoglienza sia nella gestione degli imprevisti, sempre con grande disponibilità e professionalità. La stanza era piacevole e il materasso particolarmente comodo, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Consiglierei assolutamente questo hotel. L’umidità in camera e la poca ventilazione in bagno.

I was by myself and it was way too much but definitely delicious I had a sub level with a window ate the sidewalk level. So I didn’t want to open it and it wasn’t soundproof to people walking by. But there wasn’t much traffic by foot or car, so not a big deal.

It was a little bit noisy sometimes due to lack of noise isolation, but it was expected in an old building in the city center. However our room was internal with a common yard with other rooms so it isn't a big deal.

Uważam, że śniadanie powinno być przygotowane wcześniej na stołach. Obsługa powinna zbierać zamówienie tylko na napoje ciepłe i na dania przygotowywane bezpośrednio przed podaniem. To skróciłoby czas oczekiwania.

Staff was very pleasant and outlined a walking map for us to explore Rome. Location was perfect and within walking distance to all tourist sites and restaurants. They arranged a driver to bring us to the airport when we left. The driver was there on time and very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.
