• Ruby (1/5): This Hampton Inn must fix their heating and cooling system. - Nothing The heating and cooling system was so loud, sputtering, cracking, popping, clicking and more all night. Even our dog could not sleep. I got 2.5 hours of sleep when I require 6-7. Absolutely unbearable experience.

I didn’t realize there was a pool and gym on site until the second day when I took a walk. Those are great selling points! You should have the staff point them out. It is super great that you allow pets!!!! That is the reason I chose you against the cheaper rooms across the highway! Our stay was great, the room was comfy, the staff was lovely, I told them we would stay again. Thanks Hampton! Oh! And the shopping center is right next door, with great food selections!!!

Breakfast was good and during our stay in our room we hardly noticed other guests occupying the other rooms on the same floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in El Centro.

• Tarj (8/5): Great Place to Stay - This is the second time I stayed there. Staff is great. Shower tub is is a bit small but plenty of hot water. Breakfast is typical. Neat. clean, sanitary and quiet. Safe area, no transients or weirdo's in the vicinity. Has free level 2 charging with J1772 plugs, need your own adapter for Tesla. First time I stayed there 2nd charger worked, second time I stayed there 3rd charger worked. They have a free happy hour Monday through Thursday. It's a great place to stay.

• adonia1485 (10/5): Happy Hour makes this Hampton unique - Great place to stay in the area. Has a happy hour during the week, which is unusual but very welcomed. They offer hot hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages, all for free! Hospitality can’t be beat here, and they go out of their way to make sure you feel at home.

The breakfast is really great and happy hour.

She also makes the best coffee in el centro! Amanda and Michelle at the front desk are top tier! Always friendly and professional and extremely attentive! They always greet you with big smiles! • Bianca (3/5): Disappointing - Staff at check in was friendly No hot water at all in the shower. I texted the front desk and was simply told to let it run for a while (which I had already done). Maintenance did not look into anything, so the next morning, I still had a cold shower. When I let the front desk know when checking out, I was met with a very curt/short, "thanks for letting us know," with no apology or anything. Very disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, the room was very dark - could use better lighting and some additional lamps in the desk/work area.
