- Jennifer (1/5): Don’t do it! - The residents Old taken care by the bare minimum. Cheap hotel. Don’t stay there rude owners. Nasty towels and bedding.
- Jennifer (1/5): Couldn’t wait to leave!!!! - The residents were kind. The staff was rude except for the housekeeper. The family that owns and run it aren’t friendly in the least bit. In all the hotels I’ve stayed I would consider this a roach motel. Might have not seen roaches it was decently cleaned just old, no renovations since it’s been open seems. The towels and bedding were disgusting. I could have stayed at a nice hotel for the $60+ I spent way too much money there but not knowing I stayed almost a week. Ewwww

They do not have WiFi. And they shouldn't advertising that they do. This morning in was 27 degrees outside. I was wanting to take a hot shower. There was no hot water. I called the desk, if that's what you want to call it, and asked why is there no hot water. I have nothing against mid-Easterners. But you can not understand these people that run that place. She had no idea what I was talking about. She kept saying it the boiler. Never again with this rat trap. And Booking.com rates this place 7.2 out of 10. Ridiculous

Internet speed is unsatisfactory. The staff reminded that check-out is at 10.30, although it should be at 11.00.

- Caleb (3/5): It was alright except they didn't accept my dog as a service dog. - Clean Fist the they charge me for my service dog because I didn't have my papers on me, which in the state of new Mexico legally can't ask me to show them and I told them that but they told me that they didn't care it's the hotel law. What there doing is wrong and needs to be fixed.

It's cheap. - It's a .motel but the price is reasonable for the budget if you're just staying for the night to get some sleep ~ safe, quiet. Their bathroom is clean and new. Good TV channels. Good value! The outside doesn't look nice but hey, this is a motel, not a hotel or resort! They don't have a hair dryer so just bring your own. The wifi is slow.
- Toni (5/5): Booked last minute and had very low expectations for the price ($45). I got what I paid for. - Location was very convenient with acceptable road noise (I had the room closest to the street and it wasn't bad at all overnight). Window heat/AC was brand new and more than adequate for the room. Shower very recently renovated. Very thick walls; I could hear the people next door but not at an unacceptable level. Furniture was in very rough shape but the room WAS very clean. Room could have seriously used a coat of paint. Exposed wiring and outlets hanging out of the wall. Bed was old, linens had cigarette burns (they were clean, but they had holes), lousy pillows. Parking lot was a little small. Only one towel. Front desk was not friendly. Hotel is obviously a stopover for transients; while I had no problems and the other quests were reasonably quiet, there's no doubt that this is the kind of place that will attract a bad crowd at times.
