We had help with dinner reservations. We had a great time. Also the hotel location is great. Most places in city center are within walking distance.

• Kim (6/5): Nice helpful staff but overall depressing hotel - Great location. Staff nice and friendly Hotel very dark. Rooms very noisy as on the corner of a noisy junction. Complained as my room was super noisy. Finally got a room with bathroom for disabled guests which was free and quieter but had awful smell of damp. No bathrobes provided. Breakfast & happy hour snacks were poor next to its wonderful sister hotel in Tel Aviv.

• Joshua (7/5): The stay was fair definitely not worth $300 a night in a small small room - The location The rooms were extremely extremely small. The bathrooms had only two small towels there was walls that needed painting in the room and because of the location of the hotel right in the center of the city the traffic is unbearable and there’s no proper noise cancellation windows.

They are very pleasant and willing to help with whatever we needed. The happy hour is an enjoyable perk. The darkening curtains were partially detached and need to be rehung. Also, the windows really need external cleaning.

Уютный и элегантный бутик - отель с профессиональным и корректным персоналом.Вы только зашли и вам предлагают чашечку эспрессо, заполнение бланков возможно онлайн предварительно, нас заселили даже немного раньше. Номер на двоих очень стильный, удобный, приятно, что в номере кофемашина, милый момент - конфеты Rafaello. Кровать, одеяла и подушки удобны, постельное и полотенца свежи,душ удобный .Завтраки - тонко,нежно, продуманно и очень разнообразно и красиво подано - шакшука,сыры, салаты ( салаты с крупой покорили меня),лосось, мед в сотах,спасибо очаровательной даме шеф повару. Помимо готовых блюд можно заказать различные вариации омлетов и яичниц, капучино. С 5 до7 вечера happy hour -два хороших вида вина, снеки,чай, кофе - прекрасный бонус от отеля, чтобы вернувшись в отель отдохнуть. С бокалом можно подняться на rooftop - вид вечером прекрасен. Отель расположен прекрасно - рядом улица Jaffa, рынок Mahane Yehuda, очаровательный исторический квартал Nachlaot, кафе Menza( рекомендую для ужина), café Bezalel рядом с академией. При таком прекрасном расположении отеля шум с улицы даже с приоткрытым окном нас не тревожил. Наш номер был на 5 этаже угловой с окнами на две стороны. С теплотой и благодарностью я вспоминаю очень дружественный персонал отеля,ребята на ресепшн - девушек за информацию куда пойти ( сверх того,что я знала),особое спасибо Mahmoud. В этом отеле гость себя ощущает желанным, отношение с душой, а не дежурное. Спасибо 🤗, самые тёплые воспоминания. Хочу добавить, что публика в отеле очень приятная. Нам всё понравилось.

The people at the desk were friendly, accommodating, and appeared to be sincerely concerned that our stay was top-notch. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. There are a lot of amenities, such as an espresso, coffee maker, nice toiletries, robes and slippers. Their happy hour was fun, the food was delicious as was the wine. Also, great location. Close to the highlights of the city. We enjoyed talking with Ayala, the general manager for the Jerusalem hotels. We have been to Atlas hotels before. They are always our first choice when we come to Jerusalem. Ayala and her staff always make us feel well taken care of. In general, we couldn’t be happier with the warmth, cleanliness, and overall feeling like home.

The breakfast had a nice selection and you could get freshly made cappuccino. The room was a bit small as was the bathroom. I liked our terrace and the room was well lit. I appreciated the welcome treats.

Managers and Staff were super helpful and sweet. Could not have been more helpful. Breakfasts were great. Fantastic spread of Israeli foods, eggs to order etc. Put other big name brand hotels to shame. Plus good coffees. Lovely touch with happy hour drinks and snacks. The location is ideal—quiet yet just steps from Mahane Yehuda Market and Jaffa Street. The staff are warm, friendly, and always eager to help. Rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, and both breakfast and happy hour were delicious and high quality. Special thanks to the wonderful manager, Ayala Dekel, who personally welcomed us and created a customized plan with restaurant tips, museum visits, and city tours. Truly outstanding hospitality—we will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in the charming Nahalat Shiva neighborhood, within walking distance of the vibrant Mahane Yehuda Market. The artistic design of the hotel is unique and impressive, and the rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and attentive. A special mention goes to Mahmoud, the Front Desk Manager, who welcomed us warmly and took care of every detail to ensure our stay was flawless. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting, making our stay especially enjoyable. • ReCh47 (10/5): A lovely hotel! - We loved our stay here. The guest rooms and the public rooms are nicely decorated, but it's the staff that makes this hotel really special. They are warm and welcoming. And they worked well together, which contributes our comfort. Although some may find the breakfast on the pricey side, the quality makes it absolutely worth it in my view. Very yummy! A plentiful array of salads, smoked salmon and marinated herring, fruit, cheeses, yogurt and fresh honey, shakshuka and other hot dishes, plus eggs to order and coffee to order. And pastries and breads. The "ordinary" brewed coffee was excellent, which is pretty unusual for hotel coffee, in my experience.

• MarieL67 (10/5): Great stay! - We were very happy to spend our 30th anniversary in the Bezalel hotel. The whole team of hotel was so friendly (a special thanks to the manager Ayala and the receptionist Noa!). We loved the delicious breakfast (with comb honey) and the generous happy hour. The hotel is well located next to the Mahane Yehuda market and you can go by foot to all the good restaurants and bars. We will surely come back!
• Cleinerman (10/5): A charming and peaceful place to stay in the heart of Jerusalem. - Everything was perfect! Amazing location, cozy hotel with a beautiful garden in the heart of the city. But the most wonderful surprise was the complimentary light meals the hotel offered during the evening (from 5 pm till 7 pm). I loved it so much! The only slight downside was the absence of Shabbat breakfast in the hotel.

Staff remedied the situation but the bad impression remained. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Price was very high.staff was excellent and helpful. Room size, building is outdated.

The staff was particularly welcoming and made us feel at home after our volunteer trip all over the country. Being right near the Ben-Yehuda street shops made this hotel so valuable.

The neighborhood is very charming with its back streets, alleys, and minutes from both Ben Yehuda and Mahne Yehuda Market. I’ve eaten pounds of shears and shakshuka. I will be back. Next year in Jerusalem!

• Adina (9/5): This hotel is absolutely fabulous on every level. Stay here if you can! - Everything! The people are so nice and welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean and fresh and have good closets space even though they are tiny. There is a rigidity to the staff in terms of sticking to the rules, but I think it’s a cultural difference. They are really lovely people.
• Yotam (3/5): - הזמנו חדר עם טרסה, ובמהלך היום הראשון לשהייה שלנו ראינו המון נמלים בחדר. דיברנו עם הקבלה ושלחו אדם להסתכל אך לא היה חומר הדברה נגד נמלים והציעו לנו חלופות של חדרים ללא חלונות ואפילו לא במבנה המלון המרכזי. למחרת, הדבירו לנו את החדר ואמרו כי ההנהלה תדבר איתנו. עברו מעל שבועיים מאז המלון מתחמק מיצירת קשר איתנו ובפעמים המועטות שהמלון עונה הוא טוען שההנהלה תיצור קשר וזה כמובן לא קורה.
