• Sharma (7/5): - Overall it was good The breakfast was not good and also the hotel staff fooled us by charging extra 200 bhat for a stain on bed sheet though it is part of cleaning and hotel, just a single dot on bed sheet and they entered are room without our permission for cleaning
• Kanat (10/5): Perfect stay for the money and to experience true local neighborhood - It was on a level you expect from such hotel: service, quality, cleanliness, comforts. I was especially surprised how quite it was as not a lot of people was on my floor, but also surrounding area outside. I had perfect sleeps, but I am not so complicated about that. Having a shutle service to the terrain station was also a pleasure. Stuff was helpful and profesional It is a little bit distantly located and the massage salon was not the best you can have in a neighborhood. Also they don’t accept card payment or Apple Pay. That was a bummer for me, as I left out my physical card at home, since we don’t use it in our country.

• gtC7057CE (10/5): Good and Comfortable Stay - I had a good stay at ibis Styles. The hotel has a modern and lively vibe, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money. I would consider staying here again.

• Gubser (3/5): „This hotel is a complete joke – cheap and absolutely worthless.“ - „Die Lage des Hotels ist okay.“ We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Two of those nights were practically sleepless. The reason is the extreme lack of soundproofing in the rooms on the 5th floor. Because of the two doors, you can hear absolutely everything. The room doors are constantly being slammed shut. Guests seem no longer capable of closing a door properly. We are talking about noise between 11:00 PM, midnight, 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM. In addition, rooms were apparently rented to Chinese guests. They arrived around 10:00 PM, and from that moment until 2:00 AM it was extremely loud: loud talking, laughing, banging on the walls, and the room doors were slammed around 30–40 times. The reception phone rang 30–50 times, as many other hotel guests were obviously complaining as well. Nothing changed. The noise finally stopped around 3:00 AM. At 6:30 AM, it started again when other guests woke up: full volume again, 20–30 doors being opened and slammed shut, plus shouting, laughing and running in the hallway. On the second night, another group arrived around 2:00 AM, also from China. Until 3:30 AM, these guests were talking as if they were deaf and were again unable to close their doors normally. Loud conversations were held through open doors. After initial big apologies, we were told that next time we should book a room on the 8th floor, where it is supposedly quieter. But why can we still hear doors being slammed from the 6th floor? This hotel is unacceptable. The best part: no hot water for showering, only at the sink. This was never fixed. Yes, the hotel is cheap – but you get exactly what you pay for: junk. We had additional nights booked for a later date and requested a cancellation, which was refused. This place is not even willing to refund the money. That says everything about this hotel.

• Judith (7/5): Goed, maar kon beter - Hotel was goed schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Veel 7 eleven winkels in de buurt. De kamers waren erg gehorig, ik kon mijn buren duidelijk horen praten en wekkers af horen gaan ed. Daar werd ik helaas wakker van. Station was bijna 25 minuten lopen.

• Michael (3/5): Not too bad - lot of room for improvement - Property must be a recent acquisition- missing mosaic tiles in shower- rusty shower hose-AC ok but poor coverage in the room-wash basin lacs area to put toiletries-no soap or shampoo-hand soap yes-tried to book thru ALL ap - constantly bombarded with promotion running out in two days-booked then thru BOOKINGS - not the first time it happened- Big job of the Managment to bring the property up to the ibis standards

• Dewi 6009 (8/5): Good stay - The staff named Eve is super helpful. The room was good enough although need a thorough cleaning, there was stains on the table when I entered the room. Location is a bit far from the BTS so it would be great if there's shuttle to pick up from BTS as well not only drop off. The spa should have receive card payment as it was a bit annoying as they only take cash.

Malgré mes multiples prises de contact (mail, appel...) rien n'a été fait. Quand j'ai réussi à les joindre ont m'a finalement raccroché au nez en me disant de voir avec Booking alors que c'était à eux de valider. A quoi bon laisser une possibilité d'annulation aux clients si on ne souhaite pas y répondre !

• D7784FAdavidc (4/5): Negligent customer service - There were several issues with the rooms. Initially I had a significant leak in the room from the AC unit and the water was coming in fast. The receptionist suggested another room, but the suggestion was a room with an adjoining room door, whereby they couldn’t guarantee the other room was occupied. They moved me to the 8th floor. All night the guest next door constantly moved out and into the room with the incessant loud slam of the door. I guess it’s Bangkok so you’re going to come across your typical single male seedy guest - but I would appreciate is f security managed guest behavior a bit better, especially when I raised the issue with them. The hotel is not communicative. There was a gecko in the bathroom; I’m really not sure how the cleaner managed this since the windows can’t be opened under threat of a fine.

Staff on reception polite, but seem embarrassed by the property, location & it’s occupants

My recent stay, upon arrival I have met Khun JJ who looks to be a senior staff or leader of a shift at a time being and Khun Eve who is a newbie at the property. Specially thanks to both of these wonderful people for their professionalism. I am pretty sure that Khun Eve will be an attentive GSA and will be a good supervisor soon. Love to keep coming back.

As it turned out the location is close to industrial area, way of the main road & the building look tired / old. Very basic hotel. The room is darkish with only a small window facing some ports or something. Toilet too small requiring some maneuvering to get in and out. The location not ideal

• alexanderpA8028OR (4/5): It's not worth it - Internet is terrible. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. Them room size and facilities are very good, but it is not dark at night. Location is far from BTS/MTR station, and there is nothing to do in surrounding are, so is not good location for travelers who want to explore the city. The Hotel had few guests, so I asked a late checkout (my flight was 11pm), but the hotel's personal did not sympathize with my request and extended my stay in only 1 hour. I would not return to this hotel, and do not recommend it at all.
