• Joanne (10/5): geweldig. zeker een aanrader!! - Het personeel is ontzettend lief en behulpzaam!! De locatie is ideaal als je op loopafstand van het centrum wil zitten, maar niet midden op de strip. Geen geluidsoverlast en supermarkt is nog geen 1 min lopen.

Επίσης όταν μπήκε η καθαρίστρια δεν μας άλλαξε τις πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια όποτε μείναμε με τις ιδιες πετσέτες 3 μέρες. Το WiFi αδύναμο δεν έπιανε καλα . Κατά τ αλλά όλα μια χαρά

• Judy (10/5): CHARMING hotel, elke dag lekker uitrusten en ontbijten na alle dag en nacht activiteiten op Kreta! - De locatie was perfect, veilig en rustig slapen en toch heel dicht bij alle faciliteiten. Geen groot of druk hotel. schoon en een goede bed. Al het personeel was heel attent. Heel erg vriendelijk en te alle tijden behulpzaam. Jufr. Aspa bij de receptie gaf altijd goede tips en adviezen van vervoer, restaurants, recreatie en ook cultureel historisch aspecten van Kreta. Het ontbijt bevat net wat wij nodig hadden. We waren met 2 zussen en zelfs toen een tas in de bus achterbleef, heeft Aspa per direct actie ondernomen. Heel bijzonder, hier komen wij zeker terug! Gastvrij, Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel!

• Annalisa (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole, struttura semplice e staff cordiale. - La struttura è semplice ma dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali e funzionali. La posizione è ottima: si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi il centro di Hersonissos, la zona della movida e il lungomare, restando comunque in un contesto tranquillo, lontano dal caos. Molto apprezzata la cordialità e l’ospitalità dello staff e della proprietaria, sempre attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Un gesto che ho trovato davvero gradito è stata la possibilità di utilizzare la camera anche dopo l’orario di check-out, avendo il volo in tarda serata. Nel complesso, per essere un hotel a 2 stelle, l’esperienza è stata più che soddisfacente. Se fosse possibile suggerire un miglioramento, consiglierei di arricchire la colazione con una maggiore varietà sia di proposte dolci e salate che di bevande.Infine, di dedicare un po’ più di attenzione a una pulizia più approfondita.

• Emanuele (2/5): Brutta disavventura, non capisco come possa avere dei voti così alti su Booking - La posizione della struttura, vicina a negozi e ristoranti, raggiungibili a piedi; anche la città vecchia è abbastanza vicina. Il parcheggio, abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio nei pressi della struttura. Non capisco come questa struttura possa avere voti così alti su Booking. Partiamo dal fatto che la prima notte ho dormito su delle lenzuola con delle dubbie macchie. Fortunatamente il giorno dopo ho richiesto il cambio e lo staff è stato disponibile nel cambiarle anche se non era previsto. In generale la pulizia della stanza ci è risultata molto carente, c’erano macchie sul pavimento al nostro arrivo, e la situazione è solo peggiorata con il proseguire del nostro soggiorno, la stanza non è stata mai pulita a fondo durante il Soggiorno in aggiunta gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni due giorni, e i letti non vengono rifatti. La colazione non è degna di essere chiamata tale, non ci sono alternative senza lattosio e in generale non c’era molta scelta e la qualità del cibo era molto carente. Dulcis in fundo, la camera era particolarmente rumorosa, anche a causa di ospiti che urlavano al loro passaggio nei corridoi (anche a notte fonda) il che non ci ha consentito di dormire. Una delle sere abbiamo anche assistito involontariamente ad una litigio animato fra due fidanzati che hanno incominciato ad urlare per le scale con annesse bestemmie e sbattimenti di porte ( tutto questo alle due di notte). Ci rendiamo conto che l’host non sia responsabile in alcun modo di questo spiacevole episodio, ma gli ospiti dovrebbero essere maggiormente sensibilizzati al silenzio dato che le mura e le porte delle camere lasciamo trasparire ogni parola. In generale non abbiamo trascorso dei giorni sereni e sicuramente non torneremo nella struttura né tantomeno la consiglieremo ad amici.

Prenotata una camera Superior che non esiste in quanto la pulizia delle camere era pessima, la polvere era ovunque: battiscopa, testiera del letto, lampade, grucce, ariatore del bagno, cassetti, box doccia, finestre. Sul balcone esterno c’erano escrementi di uccelli. Biancheria sporca di sangue. Colazione misera. Prenotazione effettuata poiché influenzati dalle precedenti recensioni lette che valutano la struttura “favolosa”.
• Domenico (10/5): Splendido soggiorno al Charm hotel - Posizione strategica, fuori dal caos dei locali ma vicinissimi da raggiungere. Camera ampia e pulita, con un delizioso balconcino con tavolino e sedie. Staff super gentile, coccola fino alla fine mettendo a disposizione una stanza con doccia dopo il check out, che nel nostro caso è avvenuto 10 ore prima della partenza, quindi comodissimo! In generale mi è piaciuto tutto, forse anticiperei un po’ l’orario della colazione (le 7 anziché le 8)per dare la possibilità a chi programma escursioni di prima mattina di poterne usufruire.

• Vittoria1996 (9/5): Fantastico - La camera era molto graziosa, pulita e accogliente. Avevamo un bel balconcino con fuori uno stendino comodo per stendere i costumi. Il bagno piccolo ma con una bella doccia. Il personale è davvero gentilissimo e ci ha accolto calorosamente. Ci hanno anche consigliato una taverna dove cenare davvero fantastica. La colazione era abbondante. Personalmente non amo il box doccia aperto perché l'acqua esce fuori e bagna il pavimento.

Es ist jetzt nichts besonders gewesen… Obst und Gemüse war leider nicht besonders frisch und es gab auch keine Brötchen oder Ähnliches nur Weißbrot. Ebenso war auch die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse leider sehr ernüchternd. Auch das Rührei gab es bei uns nicht, leider nur viel zu hart gekochte Eier. Ansonsten war aber alles super für den Preis.

• anita (10/5): Come essere a casa! - Presso il Charm Hotel ci siamo sentite a casa! Ana, in Reception, parla benissimo l'italiano (oltre ad altre lingue) e ci ha accolte calorosamente. Ci ha offerto molte proposte per le escursioni, tutte perfettamente organizzate e alle quali abbiamo partecipato. Ci ha offerto suggerimenti su ristoranti in cui cenare e si è occupata lei stessa delle telefonate per prenotare le nostre esperienze. L' Hotel si trova in una posizione molto centrale, dista pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e dai ristoranti. E' un ambiente molto pulito e curato. I letti sono grandi e comodi. Nella colazione c'era tutto, dal dolce al salato. Ci torneremo! Anita & Gaia

The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What truly made our experience outstanding, though, was Aspa at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing helpful tips for getting around town and assisting me with some business needs I had while working remotely. Her customer service was exceptional, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this place, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

• Francesca (10/5): Soggiorno da ripetere - Struttura a pochi passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia, in una posizione perfetta decentrata dal caos. A pochi metri servita da tutto: supermercati, fermata taxi, bus, rent car, caffè , locali ecc. La proprietaria e tutto lo staff super gentili e disponibili nel far vivere al meglio l’ esperienza. Ci ha consigliato una taverna , non turistica, dove cenare e siamo andati tutte le sere perché ottima. Inoltre, ci hanno fornito tanti altri consigli su come trascorrere al meglio la vacanza. Avendo un bimbo piccolo mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa fornendomi tutte le comodità. Super consigliato !!

Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Täglich frisches Brot/Brötchen, kleine Croissant, Aufstrich, Wurst, Käse, Rührei. Die Besitzer des Hotels sind sehr lieb, zuvorkommend und gesprächig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und familiär dort aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Zum Strand waren es ca 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Es war perfekt

La situation est idéale si vous ne voulez pas être dérangés par le bruit de la population nocturne. Pas de parking et la rue est étroite en face de l'hôtel. Hors saison pas de soucis pour se stationner .

A small and simple hotel, offering breakfast for free. There was also a mini fridge with reasonably priced drinks. The rooms are recently renovated and very clean. the family that run the hotel are super friendly and gave us very goood recommendations!

• Laura (8/5): - Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir haben insgesamt 14 Tage dort verbracht, wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Balkon und Doppelbett. Das Bett war allerdings nicht ganz so bequem, eine neue Matratze wär eindeutig eine gute Entscheidung.. im Bad wäre ein abzieher für den Boden ganz sinnvoll, denn beim duschen überflutet man leider das ganze Bad. So könnte man in dem Bad das eine oder andere mal erneuern. Im Zimmer befand sich auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit trinken drin und faire Preise. Wir haben alle 2 Tage frische Handtücher und alle 4 Tage frische Bettwäsche bekommen, leider wurde unser Bad nicht wirklich gereinigt, das konnte man an verschiedenen Orten sehen.. das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und unspektakuläre. Die Umgebung kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden und keine 2 min entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt. Auch der Strand war nur Max. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, (wir hatten kein Auto und war auch eine gute Entscheidung)

• Jovan (10/5): Wonderful holiday retreat. - The Charm hotel is really full of charm! Nice little hotel on a great location(walking distance to the town centre, but still without any noise). Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff is extremely pleasant and always keen to help you with any request. Mini-bar prices are similar to those in supermarket(which is around 50 meters from the hotel).
• TomR (10/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - 25 minutes de l'aéroport. Idéal lors des arrivées tardives. Facile à trouver. Clé de la chambre nous attendait à la réception. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Salle de bain WC un peu petite comme souvent en Crète Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Bon rapport qualité prix. L'ascenseur était en panne. Mais ça arrive. Parking pas simple en arrivant de nuit
