- Janine A. Ribblett (10/5): - They gave me a first floor room due to my claustrophobia with elevators.
The continental breakfast had a lot of variety. I could hear the elevator going up and down all night.
I wish they had a fan in the bathroom.
- KIMBERLY (10/5): - From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. We've stayed here many times, per usual, this time was exceptional.
The room was so nice, upgrade. Clean and comfortable. Always look forward to our trip to UVA to visit our daughter, and we always stay here!
- midgieschnau (10/5): Great Experience - Room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. Shower had plenty of hot water (no tub, just shower but that was fine). Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were great - made you feel welcome and valued as a guest.

- Beatrice (10/5): Personale accogliente - La camera era davvero pulita e molto carina, la colazione molto buona. Non c’è qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto della struttura
- Michele (8/5): - Very well appointed room. Needed directions for one of the TVs
- Lorrie (9/5): Nice - Breakfast Front desk staff hard to understand

- Coggins (7/5): My stay was ok, not great, just ok. - The room was clean. I loved the shower. Too much noise. Did not know the hotel was so close to the interstate so you could hear all the traffic on the interstate I was surprised I had to pay for parking. Also housekeeping came into the room while I was still in the room. They had been told the room was empty.
- Chris (10/5): -
- Paul (9/5): Very clean, comfortable, great staff. - Very clean, comfortable, great staff. It is right next to the highway. Thankfully staff put us on the parking lot side.
- Eva (7/5): - Alles war sehr gut, freundliches Personal
sehr hilfsbereit Das WLAN war wirklich sehr schlecht, nicht gut, wenn man arbeiten muss
- marsha (10/5): -
- theoperadiva (4/5): Lumpy pillows, poor acoustics, annoying check in, hotel nowhere near UVA - We had an annoying experience where we discovered 2 days before our trip that your hotel cancelled once of our rooms without notice. That was seriously annoying and we had to rebook. Thankfully we were able to.
I asked your check in folks for rooms not next to the elevator, and as soon as we walked to the room, where was one of the rooms? Directly next to the elevator. We had driven from Clemson and were tired and ready to rest, but we had to go back and ask them to change it. Strike 2.
The music from the lobby is TOO LOUD. We were able to hear it from that first room and would have been annoyed to be kept up by it during the night. However, the noise from above was AWFUL. Constant dropping, banging sounds woke us throughout the night. The rooms have terrible acoustics and no soundproofing.
Horrible pillows. Lumpy and misshapen. We stayed at many different accommodations on our trip and your pillows were by far the worst.
Location is nowhere near UVA. There's a decent shopping area about 15 minutes' walk away with good restaurants, a Trader Joes and lots of stores but you are taking your life into your hands crossing the roads on foot. Calling it the UVA Radisson or really even the Charlottesville one is laughable. This is a highway rest stop area. That is all.
No, we would not stay here again.

- CindyS19 (10/5): Amazing property and staff! - It was near everything I needed it to be close to, so the location was excellent. The staff was very nice, pool was amazing, room was amazing. The breakfast was also wonderful, variety of lots of different things. There is nothing I have to complain about or dislike.
- Bucklin (10/5): -
- David (8/5): - The sound of too many truck brakes early in the morning
- Martha (10/5): Very clean and comfortable room. Delicious Breakfast. Very courteous and professional customer service. -
- Lori (8/5): Great clean place to stay in a convenient location. - Very clean and friendly staff. We were able to check in a little early after arriving to town and they worked quickly to make that happen. Free breakfast was hot and fresh with good options. Location was perfect and easy access. The only issue we had was finding parking. We left to attend an event and when we returned there were no parking spots available other than one handicap one. I don't believe we were the only ones that had this issue as the other handicap spots were taken up by non handicap tagged vehicles. Not sure if the event caused the issue or if it's an ongoing thing as the lot itself isn't very large.

- Yahya (7/5): Good value but don't stay here if you need to use the wifi. - Overall clean in the lobby, halls, and room. The price I got was decent value. Wifi is non-existent. 2nd stay (3rd room) and the speeds are the same (.13Mbps using speedtest). Unusable. For this reason alone I will not stay here if I need to work because you cannot work. The shower caulking is messy and has mold. Same issue as last time. I don't understand why this issue cannot be resolved in most hotels when caulking is fast and easy to do with a professional.
- Courtney (10/5): My favorite location in the ville - Location is central
- Karyn (10/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean and well kept.
- Pax (8/5): met expectations - Convenient, friendly staff, pretty new. Some traffic noise from a nearby intersection.
- Janet (9/5): -
- JARDEL (9/5): -
- Christine (10/5): If we ever return to the area we would stay there again. - Breakfast was great. Even with a college baseball team staying there also, you never ran out of food for breakfast. and all food selections were very good!!! Nothing
- Tara (9/5): -
- Sarah (6/5): - The room in and of itself was well equipped, but the location had many problems. Breakfast was fine. The pool was nice. We had room 116 which is 1, next to the elevator and 2, close to the lobby and breakfast area. The room was very loud mostly due to the elevator running at all hours. There should not be any guest room against the elevators.
- Sharon (8/5): I will try different places next time and compare - Changed the room when i complained about the mold/ animal smell covered with chemical sprays. Price is really bad
First assigned room was terrible. After complaining about the allergy problems, they switched.
Staff gave me a room which was already occupied.
When someone says what are you doing? I'm in this room. I got embarrassed.
Charged extra 50$ for any lost items.
- Jetz (10/5): -
- Stephanie (7/5): -
- Ashley (8/5): - Friendly staff and clean Parking lot is shared with other hotels so parking could be difficult. Beds weren't really that comfortable to us
- Diane (10/5): -
- Edna (10/5): Very comfortable and happy - Staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious. Very clean N/A
- anna (10/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): Hotel was in a great location and had a traffic light at the entrance which made commuting a breeze. - The indoor pool was very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet left wasn't very good. There was alot of carbs, i.e., waffles, breads, bagels, etc. More proteins would have been nice, scrambled eggs, bacon, link sausage, etc.
- Mccirmick (10/5): -
- Julia (3/5): This is a basic hotel that offered a decent nights rest, but we wound up avoiding the breakfast completely. - The price was reasonable and the beds were comfortable. Unappealing location extremely close and overlooking a different hotel. The breakfast buffet drastically needs attention; some containers were dirty, and some items- the bagels and oatmeal add-ins- were stale and needed to be thrown out and replaced. The fresh fruit isn’t.
- Michael (7/5): - Front desk staff were attentive and courteous.
Load in / Load out were easy..even though it rained! The traffic noise. The Hotel sits at the crossroads of 3 major highways. The constant traffic was a major distraction.
- Augusta (10/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): - Clean and comfortable Breakfast could have been a little better
- Jill (6/5): Room for improvement. Carpets should probably be replaced - Location was nice. Breakfast was nice. Bathroom was clean Carpet had alot of stains. Rooms smelled bad
- Hevener (6/5): It’s ok but not worth the money - Breakfast was ok not as great as the reviews. Rooms are small. Don’t like everyone can see in the indoor pool area.
- Gary (9/5): It was great - Pool area nice. Workout facility was decent. Room was great Parking could of been better
- Silvia (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut Allerdings war es nicht so schön, dass man kein Fenster öffnen konnte

- nursegurl777 (10/5): Great place to stay in Charlottesville! - If you need a place that is clean, comfortable and has great amenities, this is it! Breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly! Kudos to Dakota for providing fantastic customer service ALWAYS!

- keisuke (10/5): -
- PhilJ746 (10/5): Solid hotel close to the University of Virginia - Conveniently located just a few miles from the University of Virginia. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Very reasonably priced for the area and for a solid, comfortable hotel. Would stay here again.
- Chris (10/5): - The breakfast was really good and the aera was very clean

- Luther (9/5): Enjoyable. Wish I could have spent more time there. - Very nice. Room was nice and clean and updated. The only problem we had was the pillows were not comfortable. My husband said Ned was hard but I loved it. Will definitely stay again Just the pillows. Was hard to find the place at first
- Gayter (7/5): -
- James (9/5): -
- Yahya (7/5): Good value for what was offered except the wifi and coffee are a concern. - The desk staff were attentive and responsive to my needs (read the next section) otherwise I would have given a much lower rating. The first room on the 3rd floor was fantastic for the price. Clean except for a large rip in the bedroom chaise, spacious, well designed, ample sitting area, 2 tvs, and updated amenities. If all king suites are like this then this place is worth the value. The location had easy access to the Starbucks across the street, exits to 64 or straight to downtown UVA/Charlottesville. Coffee was not good and often just warm outside of breakfast hours. Hot water for tea was always lukewarm. Worst wifi experience. The wifi simply did not work. Download speeds were less than 1Mbps, so I could not get any work done or use the internet without using my phone's hotspot. Hotel charged me for a 2nd night without knowing why, but they were able to remove it once I let them know I had checked out. My first room had a backed up toilet that overflowed into the bathroom (just water). They quickly changed my room at 10pm. New room was not as spacious or updated and the shower had the typical dirty caulking work. The heater took forever to warm the room. New room temp at 75F was significantly colder than the original room at 72F. Something was definitely not right with the thermostats. Also, the remote controls don't allow you to get back to the menu since navigation buttons are missing on the replacement remotes for the Samsung flat panels. If the original room did not have a toilet issue, then my experience would have been quite different except for the wifi and coffee/tea in the lobby.
- Selina (8/5): Our sales was enjoyable due to the pool being open had it been open longer we would’ve enjoyed it longer. Breakfast was - The pool actually works like advertised The bathroom shower and toilet area not actually vending machines and no cash
- Ojasaar (9/5): - Breakfast quality was better than at cheap hotels but there is still room for improvement
- Jessica (10/5): -
- Courtney (10/5): Nice - Location
- Ricardo (10/5): -
- Kathy L (4/5): - location to UVA Breakfast cold. Neighbors in next room VERY load until 2:00 am. No hair dryer.
- Jennifer (1/5): TERRIBLE AND MISERABLE - Location we guess OUR ROOM AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK NOT ONE DAY WE WERE THERE!!
We were miserable!! We told the front desk and they couldn’t fix it so they gave us a fan to use. It was still miserable!! We want ALL of our money back!! We told the manager before we checked out and he said to let you know and he would refund ALL OF OUR MONEY BACK.
- Tammy (7/5): - Room and hotel was clean. Location was great! Staff friendly and informative. Beds felt like my head was lower than my feet..and mattress was hard, pillows too soft.
Breakfast was terrible. The eggs had no taste nor the apple pancakes. Was disappointing. Had cereal and a bagel but no one can really mess those up.
- Sam (10/5): -
- Carol (4/5): Very disappointed - Staff at desk was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Room was poorly cleaned. Didn't vacuum a single time in 5 days. Didn't clean room by 4pm. Policy was to only clean every 3 days. When asked to have daily cleaning, they did a poor job. Floor thin. Kept up by people above me for 2 hrs one night. Cars drag racing on road outside windows and woke me numerous times
- Ajitha (3/5): - The shower curtain did not stay in place and the bathroom floor was all wet.
- Julie (10/5): Nice clean place to stay - Clean, nice people at desk, good breakfast Parking - had to park far away
- JAMES (9/5): -
- Herbert (9/5): Hotel is close to concert venue and room was clean. Hotel i - Close location to John Paul Jones area. Beds are comfortable and nice room. A large selection of food for the a.m. breakfast.
