Even if the toilets are golden, the customer service is horrible! - Would not work with us when we had a change of plans due to our trip being altered because the local attraction changed their hours. We had planned to drive the 3 hrs out of our way to go and decided it was not worth the hassle to stay at a hotel. In October when we planned our trip, they were open. I completely understand if it was peak season and this hotel was overbooked but this was mid-week in December. Very poor customer service and we will never choose you again when we travel. Enjoy your $150. Desk staff were awful on the phone. When I reached them online messaging system as instructed, they sent us an "out of office" reply. Still charged us full price for the room.

Some written instructions would have saved them the trip. Room toilet needs some adjustments, but the room was clean and the a/c worked great! Nice little breakfast in a good sized spot.

The room was very clean. The only complaint I had was the fan on the air conditioner was a bit noisy. The breakfast was just the norm and check-out was easy and quick.

Very little portions of anything and the staff hovering around to make sure you didn'y take anything to your room or even throw an extra milk in your lunch box. AC in the building is turned off most of the time.

The AC wouldn't cool down the room (had it on 65, never got below 77 in the room). Coffee machine was unplugged. Then they tried to charge me extra without telling me for my children staying in the room (had a 2 queen bed suite with sofa couch). Manager is rude.

I thought the employee was pretty slow about refilling but I did get what I needed/ wanted to no real complaints. Biscuits were good. Workout room was nice but no jacuzzi, wish it had a jacuzzi.
