We especially loved that there were bikes and pool access. The only thing we didn’t like is that the bed was a little uncomfortable.

- Yang (10/5): Added one more night stay! Since we really like here! - One of the most pet-friendly glamping ground we’ve ever stayed at! We arrived around 6pm and checked in at the camping store. We booked a two-bedroom unit. Everything inside was clean, cozy, and well-equipped—the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. They even provided separate water and food bowls for our dog which was such a thoughtful touch. It started snowing that same night. Both the kids and our dog were absolutely thrilled! The location is great! About an hour’s drive to Yosemite South Entrance in normal weather (around 1.5 hours with snow), about 30 minutes to Bass Lake and just 5 minutes to downtown, where you can find pretty much anything you need. There’s also a huge old golf course right outside the campground, plus trails behind it where dogs can run off-leash. Every morning, I took our dog out for an hour of free play—it was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Special thanks to the staff: I accidentally left behind my glasses and a toy when we checked out, and they not only called to let me know but also helped ship them back to me. Really appreciated that extra care! Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely come back again. One small thing that could be improved: there’s only one dog poop trash can near the entrance, and there aren’t any poop stations around the campground or trails. It can be a bit inconvenient having to carry it around for a while.

- Janika (9/5): We had a comfortable stay at Sierra Meadows. Highly recommend to our friends! - I like the cabin and that it has everything in the kitchen that you need. The staff are very friendly, and easy to communicate with. We also liked that they had a trail inside the community. The cabins are also far apart from each other so it’s very quiet at night. The cabin has a little bit of a dusty smell, but it didn’t really bother us too much. We were also able to rent an electric grill but it wasn’t the best, so if you are planning to do a bbq, maybe defer?

- Richard (7/5): - The location was a bit far, but not so remote that it felt inconvenient—just far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from main roads. It was a nicely secluded cabin, offering a real sense of privacy and escape. The kitchen was equipped with enough appliances to cook simple meals comfortably, and everything was in good working order. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. Perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature. However, I do want to mention a concern we experienced during our stay. On the first night, I was awakened by a loud crunching noise coming from the bathroom area. At first, I thought someone might be trying to break into the cabin or our vehicle—it was that loud and alarming. After checking things out, I couldn’t find the source right away, but the noise seemed to come from the fan or vents. On the second night, the same noise occurred again around 2 a.m., and when I went to investigate, it became clear that rodents were behind the shower wall, scratching and rattling. This definitely affected our sense of comfort, especially late at night.
