La ubicación es perfecta, a dos pasos de la calle más comercial y con posibilidad de ir andando a todos los sitios. A 10 minutos andando de la ciudad vieja. Perfecto para unos días de turismo. Faltaría un ascensor. Nos tocó una habitación en el tercer piso y hay que subir y bajar andando todo el rato.

Bares y restaurantes cerca si no quieres moverte mucho. Lo que menos nos gustó es que la habitación era pequeña, la cama estaba encajonada en 3 paredes y solo podías acceder pasando por encima de la otra persona y el edredón era muy pequeño, tuvimos que pedir otro y nos dieron otro igual pero muy amables.

- Andrej (5/5): Passable but not sure if we will return - We spend a week here and enjoyed the perfect location of the hotel. It was easy to check in and check out. The staff was very nice all over the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was great variety of very tasty food and an abundance of it (aside from to coffee, it was really bad :) ) No elevator - which is a big pain when your room is in the attic (3rd floor) and you have a big suitcase. The attic room was really uncomfortable for two people to move around and function in it. Maybe they need to emphasize the floor when we book to see which room we are choosing...The bathroom was very small and the sink area was tiny: you had to close the shower doors on the inside so you can function. And since the shower/shampoo dispenser was near the sink OUTSIDE of the shower, in the middle of showering you had to get out of the shower completely, pull the doors inward and get the shampoo and do the same in reverse. When we put up the sign the third day requesting for tidying of the room, the cleaner just changed the towels, took the trash, and made the bed... no wiping, no replacing/washing the one glass that was dirty, no quick clean of the bathroom which we found very strange. Second time only trash and towels were changed. Our room was next to a technical room, so we heard a lot of smashing of the door (which were quite heavy) in the mornings. Aside from the desk, there wasn't really a surface to put stuff on (which can be easily fixed by putting some small plank or small cupboard or something similar...)

Receptionen såg sunkig ut och drog direkt ner mina förväntningar på hotellet. Trevlig personal, men satt i vanliga kläder, SITTER ner och tar emot gäster ser både oproffessionellt och oengagerat ut. Hotellet rummet, och i övrigt var ett 3-stjärnigt standard. Men receptionen gjorde att jag först tänkte, vart har jag hamnat. Inte att förväxla med att personalen som var trevliga och samarbetsvilliga.

- Céline (8/5): - L'hôtel est idéalement placé, très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour Stockholm. Le personnel est toujours très agréable et disponible. La chambre était correcte pour un court séjour. L'hôtel à quelque peu perdu en qualité au niveau du petit déjeuner. Pas de lait chaud ni chocolat disponible pour les enfants notamment. Il serait agréable de pouvoir trouver quelques équipements supplémentaires en libre service comme un micro-ondes par exemple. Et pourquoi pas un petit snack ou boissons café etc.

- Anette (7/5): Bra hotell för vettigt pris med utmärkt läge - Väldigt bra läge, nära till det mesta. Sköna sängar och kuddar. Fin dusch. Hiss fanns. Mysig källare för frukosten. Bra frukost. Rätt vettigt pris. Trevlig personal. Bemannat dygnet runt. Längre strömavbrott, kolmörkt i källaren till frukosten. Man fick använda sin mobil. Borde funnits lite värmeljus att tända, kanske tom några batterilampor ifall något som detta skulle hända. Handfatet i badrummet var så litet så man spottade ut tandkrämen över kranen. Fanns inga sänglampor.

- Nic (8/5): Great short stay hotel - Great location, around the corner from a street full of restaurants and bars, and a metro station a few feet away. Really good breakfast. Room a little tired, in need of some maintenance but absolutely fine

- Björkroth (9/5): - Allt var bra, trevlig personal. Det fanns hår i sängen och i duschen, duschen bryr jag mig inte så mycket om men i sängen var inte så fräscht.

- Silviu (8/5): Shirt city break - Good location for exploring the city during a short stay (metro 5 min walk, 30-40 mins on foot from most points of interest), i stayed in a single room. Property & room were clean, the personnel very polite & helpful. Decent variety for breakfast. Not recommended for longer stays as the room is really small, the building had no elevator (problem if more than a carry on suitcase or backpack). As it is very small, the room is not equipped with fridge, wardrobe, iron board (i did not ask, but cannot imagine where you would be able to iron clothes). No bathroom slippers provided.

- Jan (8/5): - Hotellet låg bra till för våran del.Inte så långt att gå till dom sakerna vi ville se.Frukosten var bra. Personalen var trevlig, var det något som började ta slut så var personalen där och fyllde på snabbt som ögat.
