Recomendo! - Otima acomodação, varios itens de amenidades disponiveis para uso, cozinha conta com diversas opcoes para se alimentar a qualquer hora do dia. A proprietária, Barbara, teve cuidado especial facilitando minha chegada. Muito bom! O bairro fornece muitas opcoes de alimentação, longe do movimento de turistas. O unico inconveniente é que o Hotel esta localizado em um cruzamento. barulho de buzinas incomoda. mesmo assim, há protetores auriculares que o hotel fornece, uma atenção a mais.

• Ulla (9/5): Better than I expected. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and coffee abundant. Good location - It was cozy and there was a homely atmosphere. The room was clean and simple. Kitchen area was clean and nice. The walls are thin and noise can be heard from the corridor and kitchen area. Fortunately the other guests were good mannered and there was a silence after 22.

• Monica (6/5): Decisamente troppi quasi cento euro a notte - La stanza ha tutto il necessario e l'appartamento è dotato di comode luci di cortesia. La metropolitana è a cinque minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi ristoranti, soprattutto etnici. Il bagno è dotato di finestra. E' un classico b&b degil ultimi anni, in cui prendono i tuoi soldi cercando di non vederti. Ho avuto contatti con l'host solo via whatsapp e, quando le ho scritto per salutare andandomene, non ho nemmeno avuto risposta. Solo quando sono arrivata ho, poi, avuto la pessima sorpresa di scoprire che la colazione dovevo prepararmela in autonomia, quindi solo prodotti conservati (tranne un ciambellone che era già a metà il giorno in cui sono arrivata ed era ancora lì quando me ne sono andata) e una macchina per fare il cappuccino non proprio amichevole. Peraltro, la mattina in cui ho fatto colazione per seconda, ho trovato i piatti sporchi di pomodoro di chi mi aveva preceduta (e giustamente, perché ci manca pure doversi lavare i piatti dopo che si sono pagati quasi cento euro a notte!), molto sgradevole. Il wi fi in camera non prendeva. la camera è molto rumorosa, essendo su una strada trafficata e non essendoci isolamento nemmeno tra le stanze e tra le stanze e la cucina all'interno.

• GRAGLIA (8/5): - Stanza piccola ma pulitissima e con tutto il necessario (asciugacapelli, asciugamani, prodotti per il bagno). Colazione semplice ma piuttosto fornita. La proprietaria e sua mamma sono gentilissime, disponibili e simpatiche. Sono presenti anche il bollitore e il microonde. La struttura è vicinissima alla stazione di Roma Ostiense.

• Joao (9/5): Gostei - Boa localização, pequeno almoço 24h, staff simpático e atencioso, boas condições no alojamento. Fica junto a uma avenida principal, portanto tivesse os carros que apitam muitas vezes. Se tiver um grupo na cozinha a fazer barulho ouve se tudo nos quartos.

Концепция завтрака: холодильник с водой, соками, йогуртом, колбасой, сыром. Кофемашина. Стойка для завтрака открыта для гостей круглосуточно, что очень удобно. • Daniel (9/5): - Everything was very good for us as travellers who generally prefer to visit museums and landmarks. It is very close to Roma Ostiense train station (6 min walk) from which is a 30 min ride to Fiumicino Airport (you dont need other mean of transportation to get to Fiumicino, the train ticket in 2026 was 8 eur/person). A bus station is at 1 min walk distance around the corner. For more options you can walk a bit over 5 minutes to the Piramide where you will find the metro station and more buses. We generally dont care about midnight noises, but for us they were far lower than expected (you also will find ear plugs if this bothers you) and the place has exterior electric blinders if you dont like evening light. Breakfast was plentiful and consisted in coffee/tea/juices/sweets and things to make sandwitches (each of them in more than enough quantities, coffee you can make as much as you like). The kitchen space is common for all the appartments (has a big fridge if u need to store things) but each appartment has its own bathroom which (at least the one where stationed) was bigger than in most hotels we stayed. The place has many toiletries you usually dont find at hotels (for example i forgot to bring my shaving kit and i found single use razor blades and shaving foam there). We were in March so no extra heating was needed but the place has centralized heating and AC in the room.

• Davide (10/5): Consigliato per una coppia che viaggia, per un weekend lungo per scoprire Roma - La camera era molto spaziosa e ben illuminata. Nel bagno erano presenti prodotti per l'igiene personale ed oltre a quelli standard (bagno doccia, shampoo...), c'erano anche degli accessori in più, come rasoi usa e getta, prodotti per l'igiene intima femminile, coton fioc, prodotti struccanti e il phon. Lo spazio comune della cucina era molto funzionale e la colazione per la mattina ricca, dando molta scelta su cosa mangiare, come se fossi a casa. A disposizione c'erano delle bottiglie d'acqua nel frigo. Posizione ideale vicino alla metro per raggiungere tutti i luoghi da visitare. Proprietaria molto disponibile sia in fase di check-in, che è stato anticipato senza surplus e in check-out ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valige nell'androne dell'appartamento.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Gastgeberin Barbara: Sie hat sofort auf Nachrichten geantwortet, war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen. Der Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Always food available, metro station close, restaurants and minor shops close as well. Nice experience of Rome. Maybe the shower was a little weak. Its just this for me but nothing that makes me feel unconfortable. I would definetly stay again at the hotel.

The location is right next to the metro, which makes everything even the airport so accessible. The breakfast counter is open to guests 24x7, which makes like really convenient. • Murtuza (8/5): A reasonable stay in Rome - Reasonable value place. Breakfast was basic but has a coffee machine. Location is close to the train station and close to the metro station. Window faces the street with some noise. Basic breakfast. The owner wanted me to pay her the for the city tax in cash. Eventually I had to do a bank transfer for the room I guess so she could save the credit card fee, it was a hassle.
