• Peter (1/5): Verschrikkelijk of we in een kelder opgesloten zaten. - Niets De kamer en het personeel. We zaten helemaal achterin een gang waar geen daglicht de kamer bereikte. Toen ik terug ging naar de balie om naar een andere kamer te vragen lachte de medewerkster eens en vertelde doodleuk dat het toch donker is als je slaapt dus dat het niet uitmaakt of er daglicht te zien is. Er zaten vlekken in de handdoeken, lakens, kussenslopen en de enige stoel die op de kamer stond. Buiten de vlekken op de handdoeken zat er ook nog een hele lange zwarte haar op de handdoek die niet van mezelf was.

• Stephen (9/5): Clean, convenient family run hotel with great restaurants within walking distance. Highly Recommend - This was around my 12th stay at this property, reaching back to ten years ago before I retired. I still stop there when traveling to and from Kansas City. It's a quiet, comfortable property with excellent restaurants nearby.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last ten years and always return to it for a good night's sleep and great food across the street at Lilly's Diner. Highly recommended.

• Thomas (4/5): - The Hotel room looked modern and new The Breakfast was terrible. The food had expired, and there weren't many breakfast choices. Check-in was a 3 pm, which I wasn't a fan of. One of our keys didn't work to get into our room at 2 am.

• Christina (1/5): These people are thieves!! Do not stay here unless you want to get ripped off!! - Only chose to stay here cause all other rooms in the area were full. The beds were extremely hard, the hand soap in the bathroom was the cheapest worst soap I’ve ever seen. Worst off all, they charged me $250.00 dollars the next day after already paying the $194 the night before. When I called to ask why, she was rude and demanded to tell me that we smoked in the room, which was a lie!! Smoking was only done outside on the “balcony” area. Then she hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional! My review is not the only one to say that they accused them of smoking when they didn’t. This place is a rip off!!

They have been the ONLY hotel that wants a $100 pet deposit, even if I had stayed other times, every week at least 2 days in a row, and them knowing he hasn't done any of those times. Then main thing is them running my credit card up front each time and I have to wait 7 business days for them to refund me.

• Betsey (2/5): - To begin with we got to the room and the smell of chemicals was completely overwhelming. Then our bath mat was gross with black stuff on it. I had to kill what I believe was a cockroach right next to my bed. Totally disgusting. I would never recommend this place.

There was a faint unclean smell around the bed and a hair in the bathtub. The bathtub floor felt like it had a soap scum film on it. The towels are stored over the toilet.

He was more concerned about speaking on his phone to his friend which resulted in taking too long to check in and having difficulties speaking to him about issues when he was on his phone every time I ran into him

• CATHERINE (6/5): - Overall for under $100/night it was good. Rooms looked like they were updated relatively recent, and they were clean. Breakfast was really just cereal, the waffle mix was sour and no staff present to swap it.

The Lady at the front desk was very rude and she made a charge to my credit card without me knowing about it. I was able to recover the money but this should have never happened.

• Melissa (10/5): Great place to stay!! - It was quiet and very clean!! Staff was wonderful! The only thing bad I could say was there were no anti slip things in the shower, made it a little slick.
• Anthony (2/5): - Upon arriving there was 2 men drinking their 18 pack of bud light in the parking lot (no harm caused) until the one stands up and is actually the front desk staff! Honestly, after driving over 24 hours I didn’t care a bit, just wanted to get into the room and sleep to continue my journey. I wasn’t in the room for longer than 3 minutes before multiple cockroaches started to crawl across the floors and in the bathroom. I immediately got my dog, my belongings and went back to the office for a refund. Unfortunately I didn’t receive one & still haven’t heard a word from management despite calling multiple times, leaving my name and number and speaking to a few employees. Spend the extra $30 and get a room right up the road, this place is TRASH and so is the “management” running it!
