The location on Nguyen Luong Bang Street is very convenient, with plenty of local food options around and easy access to places like Vincom, which makes getting around the city quite simple. The room feels more like a studio apartment than a typical hotel room. There’s a separate sleeping area, a small living space, and a kitchenette, so it’s very comfortable for longer stays. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. During my last trip, I also used their café space for a small meeting with a few experts. It’s not large, but it has a cozy and warm atmosphere that works really well for this kind of gathering. The drinks were also good, which added to the overall experience. Overall, it offers good value for money.

- dennislP325HU (10/5): A gem of a place - I found this gem of a hotel by scrolling around on Google maps. My wife and I spent 19 days here, just after Tet when the weather starts to turn nice. The price is around the same as many of the hotels in the Old Quarter, but instead of a simple small room, Dream provides the equivalent of a good sized studio apartment, complete with in-suite kitchen and laundry machine. Our room was in very good condition, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it every day. The location is around 2 km outside the Old Quarter, which I consider to be a big benefit because the Old Quarter is absolutely insane with noise, crowds, and traffic. The traffic next to Dream is also very busy, as it is in most of Hanoi, but at least it isn't as crazy. Dream is in central Hanoi, and travel to any of the major sites in the city is a simple Grab (like Uber, but for SE Asia) ride which costs less than urban bus fare in most US cities. The front desk is manned 24 hrs, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and speak very good English. We were greeted warmly by name whenever we left or returned to the hotel. Ms. Bui was especially helpful with recommendations for sites, booking restaurant reservations, and even booked a day trip to Ha Long Bay for us with a nice discount. I enjoyed talking with her about life in Vietnam compared to life in the US. Breakfast is provided, if you choose to include it with your room, which I recommend. The breakfast area is large, clean, and modern. Food was good, and the selection was more than adequate. The service staff for breakfast was also very friendly and attentive, and we were warmly acknowledged whenever we entered or left. The in-house gym is very basic, so I signed up with a very complete gym called SUG that is a two minute walk away. On the top floor of the same building as the gym is an indoor archery range where I spent a lot of time. There are a number of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and even more if you are willing to walk 20 minutes. Overall, staying at Dream was definitely one of my best travel experiences.

- Clark (7/5): Good enough but a little disappointing - The staff was good about cracking down on smoking. One day our floor reeked of cigarette smoke, but after we reported it, it wasn't an issue for the remainder of our stay. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the kitchen equipment was pretty good. It wasn't the cleanest, but it was clean enough. The breakfast was also quite good. Our bedroom floor was quite dusty and dirty, and we had to make a special request to have it properly mopped. The location was also quite inconvenient. We typically had to take a taxi 3 or 4 kilometers to get where we wanted. That may not sound far, but with Hanoi traffic, it takes about 5 minutes to go one kilometer! The hotel is also right next to a crazy roundabout that has traffic coming from four or five directions! It was quite the adrenaline rush trying to cross it on foot!

They also offered free parking, room cleaning service, and water bottles everyday. Service was also great. The hotel receptionists were all lovely and friendly, especially Duong Tina. She recommended me many great restaurants and places to go in Hanoi. She definitely made my stay a lot better. I would definitely come back to this hotel again :). My only complaint is that the gym equipments weren’t very well maintained. I ended up paying for gym membership elsewhere.

Every time I visit Hanoi my team and I always stay at this hotel because the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are big, the mattresses are clean, the breakfast is great. The hotel is located in the city center but the rooms are quiet with no outside noise. And most importantly, the staff are friendly and sincerely helpful. - Sathyam (10/5): - A perfect hotel to stay! We had a good room with a view over the city street. The room and bathroom were clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is not near old quarter and a little outside of the city center. For us that was perfect: it was less busy and noisy around us. With the use of a taxi (for instance through the Grab-app, which is not expensive), you can quickly get to the city center. What made our stay perfect was the helpful staff. Our thanks go to Tina, Duong, Cuong and Long. They helped us well with all our needs. They arranged for trips and taxis when needed. - Van (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient. - I usually come back here due to location, facilities and good service. Great for remote work but also exploring Ha Noi outside most tourist places. Each room is basically an apartment, very well equipped including ricecooker. Very comfortable beds. The only disadvantage of the place is that it is near a huge intersection that on one hand is very interesting to observe, on the other it is hard to cross it due to traffic.

- Patrickandpie (10/5): Middle age husband and wife with baby - excellent check-in, staff very helpful. The breakfast is excellent. There is a small lake across the road from the hotel, it is not exceptionally beautiful but there are lots of cafes where you can sit out in an evening and it is very relaxing and very local nothing. I used to live on the same street as the hotel for 5 years so i know the area very well. This is a great place to stay, especially if you are on business or you like the idea of a fully functional apartment.

Nice neighborhood close enough to Hoan Kiem lake and also other neighborhoods. Can tell that this property geared toward Japanese expats and that’s a good thing as reflected by their service and decor. Bonus is nice on premise cafe. Service is nice to very good but it’s hard to find outstanding service in Vietnam

- 창호 (10/5): 집 같이 편안한 곳 - 집처럼 편안하게 묵을 수 있는 곳입니다. 시설은 물론 깨끗하며, 식사도 유명한 식당 못지않게 훌륭합니다. 다만 근처에 식당이나 편의시설은 없습니다. 그러나 차량으로 이동하면 유명한 호수가나 관광지는 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 교통수단은 Grap 차량을 호출하면, 택시보다 훨씬 편하고 저렴합니다.
