• Kazuaki (5/5): 繁華街のど真ん中なので食事には困らない。 - 1.洗面器の水がなかなか流れず、流れた後もポコポコという音が排水管から聞こえた。これは排水管が詰まっていることから出る音なので、排水管の洗浄が必要と思われる。 2.浴室の椅子にざらつきが残っていた。 3.エントランス壁の大きな姿見に拭き残しが散見された。 4.室内履きのスリッパがベタついた。 5.トイレットペーパーが驚くほど薄く、使用するのに何重も巻かないと使えなかった。しかし、柔らかいのは良かった。

Very clean and luxurious interior, spacious rooms and great amenities. Excellent location, right in the arcade with about 5 seconds of walking to the nearest tram station. The breakfast was quite pricey and not too good, quite bland and cold. But we were there during the last hour, so maybe it’s better earlier.

• hisae (9/5): - 路面電車「観光通り」駅から徒歩30秒。新地中華街、出島、眼鏡橋など徒歩圏。他の観光地へも、各方面へのバス亭、路面電車駅が近くとても便利。 部屋はテレビや机など動線がよく考えられた配置。アメニティ完備の他、充電用コードまであった。 いろんな点で配慮が行き届いている。喫煙所がないこと以外は。 ホテル内に喫煙所がない。スタッフにホテルの近所にあるか聞くとないと言う。歩き回って、路面電車1駅隣(といっても徒歩3分)に、喫煙所発見。面倒だけどあって良かった。 今のご時世、喫煙所など不要な扱いだけど、必要な人もいる。人口の1〜2割は喫煙者。

• Elisabeth (9/5): Hôtel, parfait pour visiter Nagasaki et faire du shopping - Emplacement parfait dans un quartier où il y a des galeries commerçantes couvertes et à proximité d’un grand centre commercial avec Uniqlo, etc. petit déjeuner buffet très varié. Personnel agréable, chambre très propre. arrêt pour la navette de l’aéroport, tout proche avec feuille explicative à l’accueil. Je regrette qu’il n’y ait pas de onsen ni d’information touristique en anglais mais nous avions trouvé l’office de tourisme dans la gare de train qui nous a indiqué que visiter en 24 heures

• Mei-chen (8/5): - 近市區附近有唐吉訶德 事先已線上刷卡結清房費，臨時少一個人，無法理解為何還要再被多收600日圓的手續費？ 房間牆壁有使用過的痕跡，偏老舊，但以價格來說就這樣
• Marthe (7/5): Goed - Dit hotel ligt in het winkelcentrum wat Google Maps helaas niet aangeeft. Verder ligt het erg centraal en zit de bushalte vlakbij. Het hotel zelf is prima, het personeel is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer die ik kreeg leek wel een stuk groter op de foto dan in het echt en het matras vond ik aan de harde kant. Ook hoor je af en toe een zoemend geluid (waarschijnlijk van de boiler oid) maar met oordoppen in had ik daar geen last van.

• Akira (8/5): - 帰省した時、毎回利用しています。前回のお部屋が一番奥の部屋でEVまで遠かったのですが、今回はEVまで近く、窓からの景色はいつも気にしてなかったのですが今回の部屋は　窓の景色が正面に稲佐山見えてよかったです。お部屋はこちらで決めれないのが残念ですが、今回はラッキーでした。 ・隣室？の音、エアコンの音が多少気になりました。（全く致命的ではありません） ・シャワーの蛇口の向きが固定しづらかったです。（こちらも全く致命的ではありません）
