MntnNja517 (6/5): Affordable and clean - It was affordable and clean. The staff were polite and accommodating. Free parking was great. Very tiny bathroom with not a lot of surface space. If you are someone who can not tolerate noise, I would not recommend this place. There were people talking/ laughing in the halls outside of our room at all hours.

Initally when we checked in to our assigned room, it was smelling of cigarettes and we called the staff and they immediately cha ged our room and apologised. This was great, but, we didn't get any new linens the next day and our room wasnt done and the area is very sketchy. Doesnt feel safe at night. There was a foul smell not sure of what but was moldy.

Roman (1/5): Disappointing stay due to strong odor, lack of kitchenette supplies, and noise issues - 1. When we entered the room, the smell was horrible. It was very unpleasant and we could barely stay inside. 2. We requested and paid for an upgraded room with a kitchenette, but it was essentially useless because it did not include basic kitchen items such as utensils, plates, cups, cookware, or even a coffee kettle. In addition, the stovetop only worked with induction pots, which most travelers do not carry with them. The kitchenette did not include the basic items that are normally expected and provided in hotels offering this type of room. 3. The noise level was unacceptable. Around 12:00 a.m., the guests upstairs arrived and we could hear every step very loudly through the ceiling, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, there was constant noise coming from outside, including people yelling, fighting in the street, screaming, and general disturbances throughout the night. 4. The location also felt unsafe and uncomfortable, especially at night. There were people yelling, smoking and fighting in the streets, which made us feel uneasy and concerned during our stay.

Jeff (7/5): - L'emplacement, le parking, transport en commun (metro, bus etc.)est tres facile d'accès et le fait que la réceptionniste nous ai changer de chambre sans broncher quand ont l'a demander car la premiere chambre ne nous convenais pas. Le fait que tout est humide dans la chambre et aucune fenêtre ne peux etre ouverte dans plusieurs chambre dont la nôtre.. le pommeau de douche as besoin d'un tres bon lavage ou même changement complet car n'a aucune pression.. la tv etais aucunement ecoutable puisque tout est flou et de pietre qualité et pour finir le matelas etais tellement mou et bosser que j'ai mal dormi les 2 jours ou j'ai "dormi"
Era (4/5): Essentially unusable of kitchenette - Location. Also, the hotel restaurant had a good diner-style breakfast. This hotel advertises a kitchenette. But the stovetop is induction only. This is a speciality stovetop that requires special cookware which, I would argue, the majority do not have, including myself. So I brought a standard pot and pan that I couldn’t use. I specifically booked this hotel for the kitchenette but I couldn’t even use the stovetop. What’s more is I contacted the hotel before my stay to ask what they supplied in their kitchenette. No where in their communication back to me did they indicate that the stovetop is induction only. In addition, the staff refused to replace my towels, telling me that they have a policy where they don’t supply clean towels. Instead, I was advised that I could use their in-house paid laundry facilities to clean the towels. However, on three occasions when my husband asked for new towels, he was provided them without issue. What kind of hotel doesn’t supply towels? Why the inconsistencies between me and my husband?

LaQuisha (8/5): The place was clean. I ate at the restaurant Joseph's on the premises and it was good food! - It was clean! That I could not close the curtains. The shade was nice but at the crack of dawn not being able to pull the curtains over the threshold caused me to see the light sooner than I wanted to! Remove those clips or whatever they are so we can close the curtains. Also to share a community microwave was surprising and not my favorite thing to do having to warm up my snacks down the hallway in the laundry room!

The Check out was 11:00 am , at 11:40 am , after answering the door twice and explained to them that we are rushing to leave. They came inside the room as I was putting a cloth on my 5 month old baby , stating that they need to clean , and the room was already reserved . I understand that there is stress , pressure , and i am at fault of not leaving the room on time , but you do not Invade my privacy and the privacy of my Little one like that . We left , and you can be sure that I will never come back . When you have little ones you can plan well but some incidents can happen. Je comprends qu’il y’a du stress , de la pression et j’ai tort de ne pas être sortie à temps, mais tu n’envahit pas mon espace privé et mon intimité de moi et de mon petit bb comme cela . Nous sommes sortis et vous pouvez être sure que nous ne reviendrons plus jamais . Quand tu as des petits enfants , tu peux bien planifier , mais des petits incidents de derniere minute peuvent arriver . Svp dans votre contrat dites moi que vous allez me donner une pénalité, et je vais l’accepter avec joie, que de me traiter comme une personne qui n’a rien payé.

Avant notre arrivée, j’ai communiqué avec votre établissement pour demander un enregistrement à 14h00. Cette demande a été acceptée par message. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel après un déplacement de plus de 300 km, le gérant à l’accueil a refusé de nous remettre les clés. J’étais accompagné de mon bébé, de ma belle-mère âgée ainsi que de ma femme. Malgré cette situation, nous avons dû attendre plus de 2h30 dans le hall jusqu’à 16h00 avant d’obtenir notre chambre. Le comportement du gérant a été très irrespectueux et impoli. Il m’a même menacé d’annuler ma réservation et de nous mettre dehors. La situation était tellement grave que j’ai dû appeler la police afin de résoudre le problème. De plus, l’état de la chambre était inacceptable : présence d’insectes et de fourmis ; lits anciens et matelas de mauvaise qualité ; absence de chauffage adéquat. Ce séjour a été extrêmement décevant et stressant pour ma famille. Je demande donc une explication officielle ainsi qu’un geste de compensation pour les désagréments subis. Joella (3/5): Grande déception - Le confort du lit uniquement un peu comme dans tous les hôtel! La salle de bain n’était pas très propre. Dans le lavabo, on voyait des cheveux des personnes qui étaient déjà passées, dans le drain/conduit d’évacuation d’eau. Il n’y avait pas de brosse à cuvette ni de brosse à dents, qui sont pourtant des choses que je retrouve personnellement dans d’autres hôtels. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, la machine à café était très sale au niveau du filtre d’eau! Le fait de devoir demander le service de chambre 24 h à l’avance… no way ! Je suis revenu et la chambre n’était pas nettoyée, et personne ne m’avait dit qu’il fallait faire une demande pour cela, même pas à mon arrivée. Je n’ai pas eu le réflexe de le mentionner non plus, parce que je n’ai jamais eu à le faire dans les autres hôtels où je suis allée. Je trouve qu’à cet hôtel, c’était assez spécial. Je suis très déçue : les photos en ligne ne sont pas fiables et la différence était flagrante pour moi. Je n’ai pas aimé avoir choisi cet hôtel.

Léo (5/5): - La chambre était belle mes le frigo ne fonctionnait pas j'ai appelé personne n'est venues ma nourriture c'est toute décongelé jai perdu la nourriture que j'avais des produits qui coûte cher donc je suis pas content.... Je ne juge pas j'ai pas compris le pourquoi que je me suis faite regardé de la tête au pied par des travailleurs il avait une fille aussi il criait juste a l'entrée principale du complexe par ou que rentre pour aller a ma chambre. Je suis fumeuse et j'ai été dehors il était 23h00 et quand je suis revenue il avait un homme bien sûr qu'il n'était pas bien il me fixait du regard j'ai eu très très peur il parlait seul je comprends la maladies mentale j'ai pas a vivre cette situation je paye et je m'entends a un service sécuritaire. J'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté a dormir et j'ai laissé mon sac de nourriture pour mon bb chat je l'ai oublié le sac de nourriture me coûte plus de 106$ c'est que mon bb chat a des problèmes de santé et vitre frigo ne fonctionne pas ou il a un problème parceque jai perdu ma nourriture également j'ai rappelé il mon jamais retourné l'appel et il était dans la chambre le sac. Je trouve quil a un gros manque de respect de votre établissement...

The receptionist does not give 2 F's and she barely looks up to even talk to you. When informed that the door wouldn't lock and how are we supposed to go out or when can it be fixed? her reply 'so maybe don't leave and I don't know when it can be fixed' We had to find and approach the support staff ourselves to get it looked at.
Omanes Junior (9/5): - I enjoyed my stay. The best part was that my 4 and 5-year-old daughters weren't bored at all and keep teasing me to recreate that feeling from time to time. It's often said that good things don't last too long, and I wish the space and service had remained as good as what I just experienced. The question is, should I say thank you for the quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere, or should I see it all as a challenge that a professional team has successfully met, as if it were the norm? In any case, I must conclude by saying that it was good to have stayed at the hotel.
