Un po' di problemi di acustica tra una camera e l'altra. Alla riconsegna delle chiavi presso la reception dell'hotel Du Lac ho trovato la sbarra chiusa (per accesso al parcheggio dell'Hotel) ed ho dovuto lasciare l'auto in posizione scomoda.

Disponibili ad accogliere le nostre richieste. La posizione del residence Stefanine è particolare vicina al lago e al centro. Posto auto protetto con sbarra elettrica.

• Anna (8/5): - Residence a due passi dal lago e dal centro di Molveno, in una zona molto tranquilla, con parcheggio privato. Appartamento con balcone, cucina ben fornita e prodotti per doccia a disposizione. Camera e bagno con armadi capienti, adatti anche per un soggiorno lungo. Il letto matrimoniale era formato da due materassi singoli vicini ed è capitato che si spostassero lasciando un buco in mezzo.

• Andrea (9/5): Alloggio molto pulito e vicino al lago, mobilio un po’ datato e con qualche miglioria da apportare - La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero ottima, a pochi passi dal lago, il che rende il soggiorno molto piacevole e comodo. Un altro punto a favore è sicuramente la pulizia: tutto era in ordine e ben curato, cosa che ho molto apprezzato. L’arredamento risulta davvero datato. Inoltre manca la lavastoviglie (ne basterebbe una di piccola) e il frigo è molto piccolo (sembra quasi da mini bar). Toglierei una delle tante dispense presenti (e a mio avviso inutili) per un frigo più grande e una lavastoviglie.

• iadeluca (7/5): Il giorno dopo abbiamo fatto il cambio camera andata a buon fine. cambierei i materassi - la posizione della struttura era abbastanza centrale, pulizia ok anche se gli arredi sono un pò vintage a noi è stata assegnata la stanza numero 4 che a mio parere era troppo sul passaggio e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte, e nella camera c'era un forte odore di fumo.

• Alina (6/5): No Air Conditioning and Safety Concerns - The apartment is clean and comfy. There's all needed things like dishes, towels, hairdryer etc. The location is good, 3 min by foot and you're at the lake. Free private parking. Good wifi. The staff is friendly. There was no air conditioner. Even though it was only about 24°C outside, the room felt very stuffy. Our room was on the ground floor. There were no bars or nets on the windows. We tried to air the room out before sleeping, but due to the ground floor anyone walking by could see inside. As a mom with a child, I didn’t feel safe sleeping with the windows open. But with the windows closed and no air conditioning, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Maybe it would’ve felt safer to leave them open if we weren’t on the ground floor. Also, the shower had a very high step. Both my child and I hurt our feet on it.

Returning keys and paying at another location. Our taxi picked us up at 7:00 am. There was nobody at reception when I got there at 6h45

The only bad experience was the obligation to empty the recycling bins at the end of the stay. The recycling station is quite far so the only way to them all at once was to use a car. Would be great if that would be done by the cleaning service

• Silvija (10/5): Beautiful Apartment with Balcony Near Lake and Town Center - An exceptionally well-maintained and clean apartment with a balcony, located close to both the lake and the town center. Check-in at the nearby hotel is easy and quick. The apartment also comes with a parking space, and there is an elevator available. It has a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave, comfortable beds and fantastic WiFi.

There is no front desk at the property as it is an apartment building, but the affiliated hotel where you check in is very close by. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. It was close to the grocery store restaurants and the waterfront so very easy to navigate. Beautiful views and great area!

• Vgf99 (8/5): Very good - You need to pay 3 euros to get a token for the laundry and go to the hotel reception to get it. An inconvenience and it should have been free, considering cost of the appartement itself.
• Natalie (9/5): A hidden pearl in the Dolomites - It’s a very nice apartment close to the lake and the lifts and points where the hiking starts. It has a own parking spot and there is a laundry in the basement, for 3 euros we could use it. We stayed over a week and had such o good time, truly recommend. We checked in and out easily at the hotel nearby. It would be nice it there were some kind of table and chairs at the terrace so it would be possible to eat dinner outside. And a water boiler had been great for those of us who drink instant coffee :) We also missed all the discounts we were offered in different activities in Molveno because all the information about the guest card were send in an email in italian. Small things - over all everything was super!
• Sofie (8/5): Enkelt boende på bra läge - Bra läge nära sjön. Vår lägenhet låg på markplan med en gräsplätt där barnen kunde leka. Trots läget/lägenhet långt ner hade vi utsikt över sjön. Sköna sängar, täcken och kuddar. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen.
