- Carl (1/5): - The front desk attendant that checked us in was professional ,efficient and has exceptional personal skills I would give him a A+. I made a reservation for two night and paid all the rates and fees. I left in the am 2nd day and didnt get back until midnight and went to my room and used the key to open the door.. WHEN I walked in the room and put the lights on the room was all cleaned and all my personal effects were gone. I went to the front desk and the attendant that checked me in was there and he didnt know anything about it He proceeded to open a closet door and found my stuff Needless to say I didnt feel comfortable there so I checked ouy

No warmth, no friendliness, no customer service, no help, no nothing. She was useless and had her head in her phone everytime I saw her and at the brginning of every interaction I had. The hotel only provided tea/coffee amenities for one person, not the two that were booked. No safety deposit box, which is crazy considering accusations of belongings going missing in the reviews. The location is also awful!!! Not close to anything, very noisy.

The bedroom was a little dirty. The air conditioner in the room doesn’t work so well. The room let in a lot of nearby road noise but if you sleep with a pillow over your head like I do, you should be fine.

- Alexander (6/5): - Clean, location, and price. The elevator was out the day I checked in with my three suitcases and had to be taken up three flights of stairs. The front desk worker did help me out. I was charged a fee for a “damaged bedsheet” that I was told “had a stain on it”….I don’t know what white bedsheet doesn’t show a single stain…but as far as I’m concerned if it’s not one of those well known stain causing culprits (blood, wine, etc) then it should be more than able to be washed! So that was a sorry excuse in order to justify them charging me the fee.

- Alex (9/5): My go to hotel for Hollywood - Great location and price is overall better than other local hotels for what you get. Centralized and close to the Hollywood bowl. This is my go to hotel for Hollywood. I would recommend the suite or 2 bedroom which usually isn’t much more in price. On a busy weekend, parking can be a little tight

It is noticeable that my room is so clean as in everything in it. 2. Proximity. It is very close to the Walk of Fame. 7 minutes walk is awesome. 3. Staff. They are accommodating and warm and friendly. I just don’t have a slipper. Thats minor, I still give the highest score because of the cleanliness.

- David-Henry (10/5): Amazing and will return very soon. - I love this. I like to use the time at local motels as a way to escape. I love close and I found this place by chance and that chance was the best. I felt more at home here than I do at home. It is clean, professional, and cozy. The parking is tight.

- Markarit (7/5): Parking was not worth it - The rooms I stayed here recently with two friends — we had two separate rooms. My friends had their own car, and I arrived with them since my boyfriend was coming later after work. During check-in, I spoke with Kiki at the front desk — she was incredibly sweet and helpful. I asked if my boyfriend arriving around 3 AM would be okay for parking, and she said yes, he could park and just leave his keys at the front desk so they could move the car if needed. When my boyfriend arrived around 3 AM, there was a different front desk worker who was unfortunately not as accommodating. He told my boyfriend there was no parking available and insisted that there was already a car under our room, which wasn’t true — the other car belonged to my friends in a separate room. My boyfriend ended up waiting around 20–30 minutes, being told to park across the street at another hotel (the Western), but they didn’t allow him to park there either. He wasted nearly an hour going back and forth before being told to park back at our own hotel after all. The whole situation was unnecessarily frustrating — especially after confirming everything ahead of time. It really took away from what could’ve been a smooth and enjoyable stay. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you plan on arriving late or need reliable parking.
