- ANGEL (7/5): - The room came with a kitchen very spacious. Loved the indoor heated pool. Our first night someone car window was broken into. The communication between staff was horrible. Was told I was checked in my room and when I wanted to charge my room for snacks I wasn't checked in and something happened to were it took 45min to do and I had to my credit card down 3 time which was weird. Wish breakfast was longer.

- Mikkiko (10/5): - When we were on our way it was raining hard and we called to make sure they wouldn't give up our room. When I got there they told us they gave up our room. The lady at the front (Maria) let me know that the front desk lady that was there when I called walked out during a rush and she just got there. She was kind and apologetic and was able get me and my family into two rooms quickly and they covered one room for us. She was so helpful and kind. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and staff was kind.

- Renae (10/5): Good value for the money. - The check in was easy and room was spacious and clean. Parking as you came in was a little awkward. Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Pillows could be a little harder but that is personal preference.

I thought it just might be our room, but it was the same for our party who were present in other rooms for event. Would have been a great stay otherwise.

- Marlene (10/5): Great stay for your $ - I stayed at the HomeWood Suites in Denton the night before and thought it was a great hotel chain so I booked again in Albuquerque. Same great experience. Check in and check out was seamless and the staff is pleasant. I had a great room! â˘Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. (I knit-pick bathrooms and had miserable experience - if I see beard hair and toothpaste from a previous guests, which is what happened at my stay in Leesville, LA, I get weirded out. It wasn't this chain. ) â˘I've grown to have an appreciation for rooms with full size refrigerator with freezer. I travel with a cooler and it's nice to refreeze my ice packs instead of getting bags of ice. The hotel itself is clean, well kept and landscape makes the hotel look warm and inviting. Breakfast was great with your usual waffle maker and cereal, but they had crustless spinach quiche which was pretty tasty. I am usually towing a racing sailboat, so I have to look at the satellite on Google maps before booking. There was ample parking for me. I would definitely book here again as well as add TowneSuites to my favorites list. I booked through Hotels.com and I think the value for what I got was great.

- carla (10/5): - Working in hotels for 10 years, I go into a property looking closely at everything. The management (great job) needs to continue to keep the employees knowing that they are valued. EVERYONE (more than one person from every department) I encountered smiled and were genuinely happy and helpful. We came in for a funeral of my 93 year old mom's best friend. They made sure to place us on the bottom floor close to the front office. This made it easier for the 93 year old widow (with scoliosis) to come to the room. All of the public areas were so clean. They even had Easter decorations out. It's hard a people mentally when they are traveling away from home for the holidays. Our room was clean and had everything I needed to store and warm my mom's meals. 10 stars for the showerhead and water pressure ( this from a woman with thick hair past her derriere). There were so many restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. We will be definitely staying here the next time we travel to Albuquerque. Thank you all!
- Christa (8/5): - Over all it was good. Just a few things that I could see. The pool was cold. And the towels were like hand towels. Tiny. There was no shampoo in the shower. And only three towels with 8 of us staying in the suite. There was a sprite left over from the last person in the window seal. And no sheets on the pull out beds. Also no blankets either. The breakfast was awesome. Huge variety. Lots of choices but the people doing it looked so mad and not friendly. Like they were mad we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

- pavlod800 (4/5): Incredibly disappointing - Iâm writing this review to share my frustration with the housekeeping and maintenance services during my stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque (NM). Despite multiple attempts to address these issues directly with the staff, the lack of follow-through and attention to basic standards was incredibly disappointing. After receiving housekeeping, the following issues were still not addressed: No replenishment of essentials like shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, or kitchen paper towels (the bottles were literally empty!). No kitchen sponge provided at all. The beds werenât made. The kitchen tables and floor were left very dirty. All they did was restock toilet paper and towels. When I first reported these problems, the front desk apologized and promised a full housekeeping service the next morning. However, nothing changed. I followed up again and received yet another apology, but the promised service still wasnât delivered. In addition, the grill broke just two days after I checked in. I reported it immediately, but three weeks later, it was still broken. I reminded the staff multiple times, but nothing was ever done. Honestly, the lack of care and professionalism during my stay was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. If youâre considering staying here, be prepared for inconsistent service and a lack of accountability from the staff. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards to deliver the kind of service guests deserve.
- HunterAZ (6/5): Nothing that great- but good-sized rooms - Large, spacious suites which is nice for families with multiple kids and place is the same price as the Hilton Garden Inn nextdoor (which has no suites or free breakfast). The free continental breakfast was just ok, nothing to brag about. The place is seems relatively old and not as clean/polished as other Homewood Suites I have stayed in. There was no really lobby/hangout to speak of and no lobby bar which was disappointing as most Homewood Suites have that. Overall ok I guess but nothing to brag about.
- Assefa (8/5): I liked the hotel but not the breakfast service. - I liked nothing about breakfast. They never served mute when some food items run out. Never responded positive or explain why. Kitchen Employees not available to help.

- Christine (10/5): - We stayed here for three nights for the Balloon Fiesta. This property was very convenient because it is just off the highway. As we learned our second morning, as long as you are willing to leave prior to 4am, it is a clear shot to parking and you miss most traffic. If not, you will sit on highway for 2.5 hours. We stayed in the one bed studio. Highly recommend as it has a fully equipped kitchen, very nice sized bathroom with a great shower and a sofa. Bed was stiffer than we like but still slept well and room was fairly quiet. Oh, and the air conditioning is awesome, as well as all of the employees we encountered during our stay. The only thing I would complain about is there is only one chair at the kitchen table, but we ate on the sofa, so not really anything to complain about. This is a great property at a reasonable price, 5 stars all the way!
- Quyen (4/5): - Pros: centrally located Cons: dirty, bed linens had stains and holes/looked unwashed, did not provide enough towels for number of registered guests, towels were ripped and had holes. Room did bit have all provided things for it being classified as as âsuiteâ. There was a sink with no soap or sponge. No cups for coffee. No coffee or tea packets. We stayed for 4 days and no housekeeping done even though we specifically asked. They came in only to change towels and left the dirty towels on the carpet. Didnât make beds or vacuum. I called ahead of time to ensure pools were working. Indoor pool idea was nice but the water was 60 deg and was told they would inform maintenance - which never happened. The AC is old and could not keep temperature even. I wonât be staying here again and would advise others to look elsewhere. We paid over $400/nt and it was 2 star service.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Nice room, bad employee - Tried to see if early checkin was available, no big deal if it wasnât, but was looked at like I was stupid by an employee named Tonya for even asking. The third day of my stay my debit card was trying to be charged for the stay when I know I used a credit card. Since I did not authorize this my bank flagged it as fraud and I had to cancel that card and now deal with a replacement. That same day I was being charged on my credit card, which I wanted to use, but it was for a different amount than I was charged on the first day. I went to the front desk to figure this out and was understandably a bit heated. Luckily I dealt with a different employee who was very nice and said her manager would help once he was back. During this exchange, once again Tonya popped up. She told me to âlower my toneâ because she was checking in a guest. I was not screaming by any means and this only irritated me more given the situation I was in with my credit/debit card. Once I figured out the card situation I unfortunately had to interact with Tonya again. I noticed 2 full shampoos were left in my room even though I had the privacy sign on. When I gave them back and asked why someone went into a room with a sign she said it was a âmiscommunicationâ and âwhat would you like me to do about it?â Yet another Tonya interaction on my last night. I called for toilet paper and she said sure, walk down to get it. Walk down to the lobby in my pjs? Horrible employee! Almost ruined my vacation!

- Melissa (8/5): - Great room, however we booked a king room months ago and that is not what we got. We were told after discovering this that itâs extended stay so if a corporate tenant extends theres nothing they can do. Staff was so nice and great breakfast. Very clean.
- Greg (6/5): AC limitations - The air conditioner was not able to cool the room. We had the temperature set to 69 degrees around 3pm and it stayed 77 degrees in the room for more than 3 hours. It was 98 degrees outside with 30% humidity so the AC struggled. Fortunately we brought our own fans and it was tolerable. I have had the same issue with this specific hotel at other locations
- Maureen (6/5): - Motel physical facilities were very clean, instructions available for using the in-room facilities were non-existent. Vehicle parking area was clean and well lit. However my vehicle received damage from thieves looking for, but not finding anything of value to steal.

- Slimpickens56 (4/5): THREE STRIKES! - I'll start with the positive... the room was clean. It seems that every single time we stay at this particular hotel, there is an issue. The first time, a dishwasher leaked all over and flooded the kitchen. The second time, the elevator was out. This last time, they couldn't spare a couple of bottles of water. They told us the water was for "Diamond Members" as the staff sat there drinking it. The front desk clerk had the audacity to yell down the hall at my wife as she walked away. We also asked about the elevator. We were informed that if it rains too hard, they shut it down. That means it's not actually safe to use, and there is a leak. Speaking of leaks, the ceiling and wall in our room were buldged out due to a water leak. Is there mold behind the paint? Possibly. Dry wall molds very easily unless it's treated. We will not be staying here again. Three strikes, and you're out!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice stay - Although well maintained, it seemed a little tired, especially the lobby/entry area. The room was nice and spacious and very adequate. I wish there had been more parking but we arrived late so had to park quite a way from our room.

- Maria (4/5): Disappointed - The room was very small, the king size bed was very uncomfortable. The side close to the wall was higher than the opposite side, which was compacted and hard. This made the bed slopped from one side to the other like a low-rider. In addition, there was a large cockroach in the closet. I mentioned it to the receptionist on my way out. The sofa bed did not have any sheets on the mattress, just the cover, and we couldn't find any in the room. Breakfast had limited choices but was decent. Next time I visit Albuquerque, will definitely consider staying somewhere else.

Only complaints I have was we asked the worker for some towels after getting out the pool and she was rude and then brought us some old towels with holes all over them and black stains they looked like rags and for the price that you pay for the rooms I feel like that was unacceptable, disrespectful and rude! 2nd: No hottub 3rd: Shower wasnt all that great
