- Majinder (3/5): Very disappointing and overpriced family resort with rude staff, poor service, endless extra charges and almost nothing - The rooms themselves were modern and the outdoor areas looked nice visually. The weather was great during our stay and the hotel location was decent. Apart from that, unfortunately very little stood out positively compared to many other 4 and 5 star hotels we have stayed at in Spain and Greece. Online check-in does not work properly • Waited over 30 minutes to check in despite having a sick child with us • Staff were rude, abrupt and completely lacking empathy • Arrived at 1pm after an early flight and politely explained our daughter was unwell, but staff simply said the room would not be ready until 3pm with no support offered Room issues: • Bathroom has glass walls/doors with almost no privacy • No proper bathroom lock • Bathroom light wakes everyone up at night • No bidet despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel • Found ants in the bathroom (have video proof) • Mini fridge completely empty • Only one complimentary water bottle on first night and nothing after Food & breakfast: • Breakfast food often cold • Poor selection compared to many cheaper 4-star hotels • Huge breakfast queues after 9:30am • Very poor allergy awareness — salmon with pistachio pesto/nuts had no allergy warning at all despite nut allergies being a serious issue for families For families: • Probably the most boring hotel we have ever stayed at for children • Two basic pools and little else • No slides, music, entertainment or atmosphere • No arcade or proper kids activities • Kids genuinely said this was their most boring holiday Extra charges everywhere: • Table tennis costs extra • Tennis costs extra • Padel costs extra • Volleyball courts cost extra • Constant feeling the hotel is trying to squeeze money from guests while offering very little value Other issues: • Pool access only from 11am • No proper hotel shop that we could find • TV had almost nothing for kids • Hotel app painfully slow and frustrating Final issue: We booked padel and staff told us to borrow bats from other players because they were unorganised. Then because they forgot to take payment correctly, they deactivated all our room cards, meaning our sick daughter could not even get back into the room.

Pedíamos café y la camarera no lo trajo e incluso al pedirlo por segunda vez nos miró mal. Solicitamos una mesa cercana a la puerta ya que íbamos con un niño con TEA y tuvimos que escuchar sus comentarios donde decían que no se nos debería dar la mesa que habíamos pedido con educación. Deberían mejorar la limpieza del comedor en horas punta.

Queremos destacar especialmente el trato de todo el personal, siempre muy amables y atentos, haciendo que nos sintiéramos acogidos desde el primer momento. La habitación familiar era increíble y contaba con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Además, escogimos la opción de media pensión y la cena superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas: gran variedad de comidas, desde carnes y mariscos hasta postres deliciosos, incluyendo una fuente de chocolate que fue una maravilla. Las piscinas climatizadas y la zona de descanso con hidromasaje hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, una estancia totalmente recomendable.

- Beatriz (9/5): Calidad precio bien - Pese a que fuimos en el puente y había gente estuvimos muy bien no se notaba la gente , tranquilidad , todo muy limpio y el personal amable, la comida estaba bien Que no dejan tener pensión completa
- Andrea (9/5): Geweldige vakantie voor het hele gezin! - Het personeel is uitmuntend, overal even behulpzaam en vriendelijk! De kamers zijn zeer ruim en perfect ingericht. De locatie is perfect. Het is een klein stukje lopen naar het strand en schitterende stadje. Maar daardoor rustig gelegen. De zwembaden zijn van heerlijke temperatuur, waardoor je ook met 20 graden al heerlijk kunt zwemmen. Geen hysterisch handdoekje leggen (in onze meivakantie). Het ontbijt is fantastisch en heel uitgebreid. We hadden geen halfboard, maar één avond diner buffet genomen. Was prima (ik ben er zelf nooit fan van). Het a la carte restaurant in het hotel vonden wij wel erg goed. Drie avonden daar gegeten en vooral genoten van de steak tartaar. Het hele hotel is onberispelijk schoon. Kinderen vonden de animatie leuk, we hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de sportvelden om even te voetballen of volleyballen. Hier en daar slijtage, kleine dingen die dan opvallen, maar dat heeft geen enkele invloed gehad op onze fantastische vakantie. De bedden waren naar onze smaak iets te zacht, maar we hebben er niet minder om geslapen.

- Peter (8/5): very nice hotel and would stay again but eat elsewhere everything at breakfast was luke warm - quiet pool, very nice to relax and subeds on terrace really goid beds were way to soft made them uncomfortable and hurt back. Food was not the best for standard of hotel.
