- Li (10/5): Will come again next time in Hangzhou. - Very nice quiet hotel, comfortable, feel warm welcoming. Breakfast is awesome, healthy, many options like a weekend big brunch at home. You may also enjoy the local tea in the room: Long Jin Green Tea or Jiu Qu Hong Mei. Love the tea of Jiu Qu Hong Mei. We stay at level 2. One of the day there were smoky in the lobby. Guess some guest smoked in the lobby.

Location at a quiet area that is near many technology companies' head offices. 10 min walk to the metro station and a good number of restaurants in the vicinity. Sumptuous breakfast with different dishes every day. Location is a bit remote unless visiting the tech companies, getting to the city center can take some time. Room lighting was rather dim, especially in the bathroom.

Das Hotel ist in Google stand heute nicht korrekt erfasst, der Taxifahrer und wir fanden es lange nicht. Mit Didi ist es aber sehr einfach.

Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und schmackhaft. Das Hotel ist von Design her sehr dunkel. Das Bad ist zwar geräumig. Aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit, um Handtücher oder Kleidungen aufzuhängen.

- Marionvvt (8/5): Très bon hôtel pour du tourisme à Hangzhou en famille - L’hôtel est moderne, bien équipé et confortable ; le personnel chambre et restaurant était sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et avec de nombreux rangements (peut convenir à de longs séjours), les lits sont très confortables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux, varié et qualitatif (occidental et chinois). Il y a une laverie à disposition gratuitement ce qui est très pratique, une salle de sport, une salle jeux enfant. Un tea time est offert dans le lobby, un espace agréable avec bibliothèque et canapés. La localisation est un peu excentrée mais très proche à pieds de la station de métro et c’est bien d’être un peu au calme. Il y a des restaurants et supérettes autour à pieds et si la localisation est bien si vous voulez aller au Xixie water garden. Les ascenceurs et les couloirs mériteraient une rénovation. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et extrêmement variés. Nous avons même eu du chocolat chaud !! Prévoir un petit entretien des vélos même si c’est gratuit.

Good powerful shower Artiisinal teas provided in room is very good. Breakfast is in a cosy cafe in the lower ground floor of the building The buffet is small but has a good selection with carefully presented foods served freshly cooked with artisanal flair. The area is quiet with tree lined boulevards. Near to bus stops and metro stops. Public area were a bit dark and main entrance looked like a back entrance Coffee machine provided lukewarm cappuccino

You can tell the owners have given their personal touch to the hotel to ensure their guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Hotel staff from front desk to cleaners pleasant, professional and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful , healthy and good quality as was the afternoon tea. We met young couples , families with young children and business guests . Trendy and stylish hotel The only slight drawback is the hotel is not that central and you will need a 25mins taxi ride to reach the some popular tourist areas however this should not put you off choosing this hotel. we will visit again .

Room is clean and the cleaning staff is very attentive to our requests. Breakfast is excellent, good spread and yummy too. Located near an mrt station is a big plus even though we "didi" most of the time. The TV in our room didn't work. The hotel staff fixed it but failed again the following day.

- Svetlana (9/5): Pleasant and close to metro - This hotel fully met my expectations. We appreciated that personnel at reception could speak English and were most helpful and wellcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, cleaning was done daily. Metro is 5 min on foot, nearby you can find some cafes and small restaurants. Also location is not noisy, I had very good sleep. The only thing I disliked was cold breakfast. The buffet is on plates without cover, so all the dishes easily get cold. At the time of our stay there was minus temperature outside, so inside the buffet area was very cold (knowing there is no heating in China) and food was stone cold.

It is located 1 step away from a long pedestrian street with lots of cafes and shops. Location is right in the center with easy walk to key attractions. I think the hotel rooms are in need of renovation. The price and comfort level does not match. Breakfast was basic with very limited choice. If you select this hotel you pay for location, unique style and unique experience. Also because of its location car can not reach the hotel directly.

Free coffee/tea with food in the afternoon. Amenities such as face masks and antiseptic wipes. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms and closet require more lighting. The thermostat did not work and the room was too hot.

- Yaocheng (9/5): Great hotel and facilities, really nice family feel and in a quiet location. - The hotel was really nice. Rooms were spacious and we had free use of the minibar which was nice. Location isn't the best as it's a bit far away from the sights and places you'd want to go but that also meant it was quiet. The air conditioning was not cool enough for a traveller from Australia. I had to have my window open most of the time to try and get the room cool enough to sleep in.

Free self service laundry. Free afternoon tea. Automated curtains. Nespresso machine in rooms. Slightly further away from attractions. Need to take taxi everywhere. But not too far. Lighting in room is a bit too dim and cannot be adjusted. Unable to look for things or read well.

The executive lounge is a huge place for friends gathering Also offer assistance to do online order and delivery via MeiTuan. There are number of good restaurants nearby like Jiang Nan Yi, Tian Lun Li, Taiwan Xiao chi and we are spoiled with so many varieties with 50 meters. Unfortunately hotel wifi need to use Chinese domestic handphone number to receive OTP and is restricted to 2-3 devices. They offered us alternative log in to a separate wifi with password but the speed is very low as we were told the wifi station is only at the 1st floor. I hope they could offer better wifi access to foreigners who does not have Chinese mobile phone numbers

- Sereneione (10/5): Exceptional - Not as central as a lot of other hotels, but it is totally worth it for the peace and quiet, the exceptional service from ALL the staff, the spacious and comfortable (and beautifully designed) rooms, and the price. I highly, highly recommend it. Tip: the nearest metro station is Gudang Xincun (Yellow Line 3) exit D which is really quite near (less than 5 minutes).
