Guest Reviews
- Schreier (2/5): - The location The bed was terrible, and the bedding was terrible.and one of the lamps was broken when we got there. There was no clock like stated there was. The TV wouldn't work, we had to have the staff to fix it.dead spider in the bathroom. It wasn't a pleasant stay.
- Craig (10/5): -
- Jeff (7/5): Below average this time. - I stayed at the same place 2 weeks before, was great. This time my shower had mold around the base and walls of shower. The hot water was not hot either.

- Jeff (9/5): Nice - Clean and friendly staff. Plus’s comfy sheets and pillow

- B3184ULhannahh (10/5): Impressive - I was very impressed with this hotels hospitality. The people were welcoming, and the rooms were large.
Aaron, running the front desk was especially professional and kind, making check-in smooth and easy. His excellent service really stood out. I would definitely hire him anyday!
- SUZANNE (10/5): ENJOY! - Hotel was nice, friendly and CLEAN! It includes a very nice workout room. Pool is outdoor and our visit was during the winter. It appears it will be nice in warmer weather months. We also enjoyed the breakfast bar. Not a fan of the sliding bathroom barn door. The employees genuinely want to make your stay enjoyable. I'll be back.
- Tracey (10/5): - Wonderful staff
- Jessica (6/5): The beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was lacking. Pool was closed. - The room was clean. Water pressure. Mattresses. Breakfast. Pool closed. Some unfriendly staff encounters.
- Theresa (10/5): -
- Patricia (9/5): Confratable - Nice rooms Breakfast could be better.
- Niles (8/5): Good hotel bed not so good - It was clean check in was great parking was ok didn’t have time to injoy the room just sleep an left lady at check in was very good The bed was well worn you could hear the spring when you lad down or got up the tv was very small everything else was good
- Derrick (8/5): -
- Christi (7/5): The building seems sturdy. I didn't hear my neighbors or the bad storm that rolled through overnight - Overall, employees were nice and helpful, the facility was generally well-maintained, and they have a very nice breakfast offering. The rear door of the main floor was kept propped open and I thought that it was a security issue. Also, the air conditioner in my room had a funky odor, maybe mildew, the bathroom wall was dirty, and the bed pillows leave much to be desired.

- Deborah (8/5): Overall very nice - Modern, fresh, attractive and nice sized rooms. We were there during the holidays. The staff had taken it upon themselves to decorate the lobby and it was very welcoming and beautiful.
I complimented them and thanked them for their efforts. Always had hot coffee and a large fruit bowl available.
Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.
The gym was very decent too. One odd thing was the woman who seemed to be in charge of housekeeping could be heard on our floor every day telling the younger/newer staff what to do. That in itself was not inappropriate entirely, but I’ve always preferred not to hear staff conversations about how they like working at a business or the behind the scenes details. I heard her tell the staff they can’t be deep cleaning the rooms when they have 80 plus rooms to do. I hope she meant the rooms that were still occupied. However, even though we took the tag off the door and spoke to them on our way out the door, we still did not get service. We ran out of boast wash, toilet paper and never did get more tissue. Was kind of weird outlier and someway to remedy. The front desk said well you have to take the sign off your door. We had. Made me wonder if it was an intentional slight. If you don’t care about any of that, just disregard!
- Baleigh (5/5): Convenient for my location, clean but not accommodating and limited to no parking and the property would not make the hu - Convenient Parking. Due to the duck hunting the property did not handle or make the hunters appropriately park their trucks with their trailers and boats. They were everywhere and scattered all over the parking lot taking 5-6 parking spots a piece. We had no where to park their trucks first night and had to park in the grass. This was absolutely unacceptable.
- RENA (10/5): Clean, comfy, quirt snd safe - Conveniently located Nothing
- Mycricket500 (10/5): Nice stay - I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, making it very pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. The front desk staff was also very helpful.

- GERI (10/5): Great place to stay - The stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfy especially the pillows! Our breakfast was delicious will definitely stay again.
- Karen (2/5): - We found bed bugs in our room.
- Teresa D (10/5): - Very nice hotel and friendly staff!
- Janak (8/5): Ok. Could have been better. - The breakfast was not as good as it usually is. Food was cold and there was no water option. The staff was not as friendly as before. I stay at this location at least 3-4 times a year. Beds were not made or fresh towels put in our room, we had to ask. Shampoo bottle was empty and when we asked for another, we got body wash instead.
- Renee (10/5): - Very nice room and comfortable bed
- Kaitlyn (2/5): - Was unhappy with my stay, found a brown recluse in my bed. Staff was quick to get me in contact with the people I needed to talk to. They were very helpful in aiding me in figuring out what I needed to do. That hotel was great otherwise. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast option were quaint and limited.
- Ken (10/5): Hampton inn - Quite and enjoyable Everything was great
- allifish (4/5): No soap in the hotel and dirty room - We stayed here a couple of years ago and had no problems. The day was much different. This hotel is one of only a handful in the area. Check-in was easy, but when we got to our room, our room was dirty. It looks like they had made the bed, but they didn’t do anything else. The floor had not been vacuumed and they were greasy hand prints everywhere and a couple of personal belongings in the room. There was no soap, and no shampoo. We went down to the front desk and we were informed that there was no soap in the hotel and that housekeeping had left for the night. There were no other rooms to move us to and we were told that they could not get soap from a different room. At breakfast the next morning, there were no napkins, apparently they were out of those as well. All I expect is a clean room to sleep in, and this hotel missed on all of those points. Also, they should have paid more attention to when the soap stock was running low and if they couldn’t get soap in on time, they should send one to a neighboring- town Hilton to get some.
- Jesse (10/5): - First off, the staff is INCREDIBLE!! Everyone we encountered were super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was normal hotel

- Kirk (8/5): Good enough - Nice room, good wi-fi and fair TV. Room was frigid when I checked in and difficult to warm up despite it being 100 degrees outside. Otherwise no problem.
- Christina (10/5): -
- Maggie (10/5): -
- Marilyn (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful! The room very accommodating and the breakfast delicious!
- William (10/5): - Nice clean rooms every time!!
- Antonito (10/5): - Stars…Stars…Stars😎
- Robert (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Larry (1/5): Bad -
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Tom (6/5): - The hotel is very
Clean and comfortable. Personnel were courteous and accommodating. One thing very noticeable to those passing by the hotel during Independence Day 2025 was the horrible condition of the United States Flag being flown in front of the hotel. It was faded and tattered and completely passed needing replacing.
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast, sheets, pillows West room sun
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Pat (10/5): - Yes, motel is real clean and the staff is real friendly
- Don (9/5): Superb -
- Robin (10/5): - Denise was very friendly!
- Dylan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (8/5): - I liked the pool, breakfast, and politeness of staff. I didnt like that the ice was frequently empty, so was the shampoo ànd body wash, they were outta knives for bagels/waffels, and i found dirty wàsh cloths in the cubby of the bathroom towel holder. Used.
- formercandyman (10/5): Highly recommend - After a long day on the road, the Hampton in Paragould was perfect. Denise at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The next day after checkout, we needed advice on car function and we received exactly the advice we needed. Room was perfect and at a fair price. The only slight negative was that they ran out of muffins at 7:30 in the morning. Despite this small inconvenience we highly recommend
- William (2/5): - When checking in, I asked the Desk Clerk if my brother had arrived yet? He told me no, gave me a room key & told me to run my credit card through. As I returned with my luggage, I was stopped by the Desk Clerk & he's telling me he made a mistake and tried to charge me for my brothers reservation, which was already paid in full. The charge was declined by my cc company and I had to use a different credit card. Then he asked for the room key back & gave me another room key.
- Amy (2/5): - Our stay was great until we were 10 minutes late coming out of our room. Our maid had to wait about 5 minutes for us, but we tipped her $20 and apologized profusely. I have become pretty severely disabled in a short amount of time and I'm still adjusting. No matter how early I start, something always goes wrong. But my hands were so swollen that morning I could barely hold my toothbrush. My husband had to curl my hair. I've also been recently diagnosed with gasteoparesis (my stomach doesn't empty properly) and I will just wake up throwing my guts up several days a week and I was dealing with that also. But I try to keep going and this is the first trip I've made on three years other than to Houston to see my Dr's there. It was about fifteen minutes after by the time we handed our keys in. We told them we had tipped the maid and talked to her and that's why we were a few minutes later, but we were out of the room at least by ten minutes after. I told her I was still adjusting and the bad weather had hit me hard. She never said a word, then I see that they chargeg us $25! You know what, it was our fault, so just tell me if you are going to charge me. Don't smile to my face and tell me it's fine then charge me a fee. And the only person it affected was the maid and by five minutes max, and we very generously took care of that and told her! So do what you are going to do. I know in your world, not a lot I can do. But that was just wrong!
- 944sw (4/5): Inhospitable Staff & Too Many Disappointments! - First off, the STAFF are not very welcoming, pleasant and hospitable. Which is the most important attribute of a hotel! I'm not just speaking about one staff member, but all of them were like this! The property itself is not bad, but not very good either. We travel a lot and have noticed that HAMPTON INNS seems to always have problems. Usually plumbing problems. And this property seems to be like that as well. Immediately after arriving I went to wash my hands in the bathroom, the sink was backing up. So they switched our room. Then the rooms key wouldn't work. Had to make 3 trips to the front desk before it was fixed. This property seemed to have numerous minor, but irritating problems and disappointments. Will be staying at the Holiday Inn next time when in Paragould. HILTON needs to address these problems if they want to earn my business back!

- Tami (8/5): - Good stop along the way. Very friendly staff. Only issue - air conditioner fan wouldn't shut off even after turning the thermostat off. Made the room chilly all night.
- Aaron (5/5): Average stay except on 2 of 3 days they ran out of eggs and coffee and had to wait. -

- Timothy (9/5): Superb -
- Janak (8/5): Very good -
- Valerie (10/5): - The property, room and staff were terrific. Our only issue was a neighbor with barking dogs and frequent slamming doors, but that is more a reflection on another guest and not the hotel.
