• Ping (9/5): - The staff drove my sick kid and I to the local clinic and picked us up after the doctor's visit. Kindness and amazing services. Thank you so much! The only improvements I would suggests are: 1) Morning drop off to the King Gondola for the kids - I had to bring 2 kids by myself uphill, quite tiring even though it was only a 200m walk uphill with equipments and ski boots. 2) A vending machine for snacks and ramens would be nice when we couldn't trek out with a sick child.

• Hiu (10/5): - The view is amazing, location very close to Hirafu. Well-equipped for skiing. A big kitchen enables the whole family to do hotpot together. Driving and parking is possible during springtime, but not guaranteed in the winter. Request higher levels for the best view.

• pjktoo (10/5): Enjoyed our Stay at the Landmark View, Can't beat the location! - The apartment was excellent. Plenty of room for our group of 4 people. There was an amazing view of Mt. Yotei from our apartment. We were on the 6th floor. The location was excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk to the Hirafu King Gondola. Restaurants were all within a 10-15 minute walk. The Front staff were very helpful with any questions. We rented ski equipment at Yamasports, which is right in the same building at the Landmark View. They also provide ski lockers in the basement, where you can keep all your gear overnight. Apartment was clean and they provide cleaning services for extended stays. Everything was great, the only things missing were a Japanese bidet in the ensuite bathroom and an onsen or hot tub located on the premises. Those would have been nice added features.

• Lee (10/5): Best hotel - wished I stayed longer, super friendly staff, great location and amenities - The location, staff, and literally everything about this hotel was so nice! The staff made everything easy, and as they were English speaking, it was easier to communicate our needs or questions. Something that surprised our group, and that we are definitely grateful for, is that they picked us up from the bus drop off location as we had many bags with us that wouldn't have been fun to carry around in the snow. Definitely will be coming back here! The room and view was also amazing and the hotel location was near by everything we wanted to go to :D 10/10 N/A

But arrangements was bad I paid for hotel transfer and got confirmation but at the end hotel staff told me no car available and tell me to take the train instead. I am traveling with 3 kids 4 suitcase, so train with many transits would be a nightmare for me. I took 2 taxi from Sapporo at the end. Which cost double the price.

• Jai (10/5): Landmark every time! - We loved our stay at Niseko Landmark and will definitely make it our annual abode for trips to Hirafu. The location is perfect for a quick walk up to the King gondola, less than 5 mins. The spacious 2br apartment layout was perfect for our family of 3, very functional kitchen and comfy beds and sofas. And the view!! Wake up early to see Yotei sunrise, what a treat! Heated towel racks, a laundry room (heavenly, no need to carry so many underwear and socks next time!) and storage facilities in the basement made it all so easy and convenient. Finally the staff were top notch, friendly and helpful. And Michael went over the top and drove us to our next destination when we missed the shuttle. What a beautiful icing on the cake of a lovely stay.

The view of mt. yotei was superb. Staffs were very friendly. There is a ski shop that you can rent the equipment there. There was not enough parking at the place but they had second parking where you have to walk a little which is acceptable.

• Yada (8/5): Stunning view, big room a lot of space - The room is very big, view of the mountain is fantastic, there's laundry & kitchen in the room. bed is comfy and there're both heater and fan to comfort you. Reception is very helpful and good communication in English. :) Host provide pick up bus from station on arrival but we struggle a bit in contacting them on arrival date. Lucky us that the van came to pick up another guest and we can tag along. Even there's a free shuttle bus service but hotel van would be much more convenience. Dishwasher machine seem not working.

Ski shop attached to the unit block was very handy. Wonderful to sit on the couch and watch the snow falling outside. Had a drying room for your ski gear. Two good bathrooms. Would stay there again in a heart beat. The staff at reception werent very knowledgeable when it cam e to bus travel and directed to the wrong bus stop. Lucky I didnt follow their directions......

• Hui (10/5): enjoy our stay! thank u - 6 of us really enjoyed staying in this place as we have spacious common area for us to hang at night. clean bedroom and walking distance to grand hirafu ski lift. will revisit in the future. also a shoutout to amazing team for the hospitality would be great if u provide transfer to the nearest train station, which is 10-15 mins away. it was really hard to get a transport during our stay
