• Tobias (9/5): Large self-catering holiday apartment, just outside the village, with wonderful sea views. - We appreciated being welcomed personally upon arrival and being able to ask questions or receive recommendations at any time. Although we had only booked the holiday apartment, we were offered a generous welcome breakfast on the second day. The location with a view of the sea and the island opposite, as well as the large pool, are truly exceptional. We have nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect.
• Jorge MB Ferreira (7/5): - A 2ª casa onde estivemos (Casa do mar), localização e vista deslumbrante. Ofereceram o PA no primeiro dia. Simpatica do empregado no local. A opção adicional do PA é cara face ao que é disponibilizado. A estadia dividiu-se entre duas das três casas da propriedade. A primeira casa, que fica na parte de trás da propriedade e chama-se Casa do Fogo neste momento com alguns problemas de humidade e de obras de recuperação de algumas partes tornou-se pouco confortável e apelativa, daí a nota ter baixado para 7, se estivessemos sempre numa das casas seria acima de 8.

• Agata (10/5): Ocean view 💙 - The view , the space in the house, the swimming pool, silence, everything that we need was at house - towels, hair dryer, soap , washing liquid, even coffee.. we didn't expect that the house is so huge, on the second floor 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus sofa downstairs, huge space in the kitchen, living room with 2 tables , toilet downstairs, outside sun beds.. blankets if needed, an extra bed with a mattress if needed, a clothes dryer, a dishwasher, but still the most what we loved was the view on the ocean 🐳 wish to be back there , beautiful 😍 Nothing ! I love this place a lot ❤️

• Schrebb (9/5): The perfect apartment on Pico - We really enjoyed our stay at Casa do Ouvidor! The apartments were really nice and clean and offered everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The host was excellent and very friendly, helped us with everything and even got us a breakfast for free. Would 100% recommend.

There was some confusing on our behalf, since Expedia noted to get a mail prior to our arrival for access - then we learned that our host is on site already.

Check-in was very easy the manager was very friendly and helpful. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with and responded to us very quickly. The value was excellent. He was constantly working and you could tell that he took a lot of pride in his work. The house was spacious with amazing views. Short drive to a beautiful beach with natural pool. The only negative is that the mattresses are extremely hard and the beds very squeaky, which did not make for very good sleep. However, the positives outweighed this negative by far.

• Ute (10/5): Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Bilck - Das Haus liegt mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Ein schöner Outdoor Pool und ein Whirlpool in einem Glashaus sind vorhanden. Wir hatten ein reichhaltiges Frühstück gegen 10€ extra jeden Morgen im Haus oder auf der Terrasse serviert bekommen. Das Haus besteht aus einem großen Wohn/ Esszimmer und Volleingerichteter Küche und Gäste Wc im Erdgeschoss und im 1 Stock aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit Bädern. Alles ist sehr sauber und der Verwalter sehr nett. Das einzige was uns gestört hatte war, dass die Betten sehr hart waren. Wir würden können diese Haus sehr empfehlen. W-lan war vorhanden
• Verified traveler (10/5): Majestic views! - This hotel/house was amazing! We stayed in the green room. The best part was opening our doors the amazing views of the towns, the hills, the water, and Sao Jorge. It is very spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. It is looked in Sao Roque, which seems to be a quieter town and not a far walk from the hotel. We did not rent a car beforehand but our host recommended we should for at least one day which was definitely a good idea. Parking is available.
• Robin (10/5): Lovely villa overlooking Sao Jorge Island - This property is located in a lovely, quiet setting with an unobstructed view overlooking the sea and Sao Jorge Island. The property manager does fantastic work performing multiple jobs. He not only works hard to maintain the grounds, including pool and jacuzzi, but also services the recently renovated rooms with a well-equipped kitchen and acts as a welcoming, hospitable receptionist/concierge willing to discuss Pico Island and its many touring opportunities. Hope I get to stay there again!
