Accesories were provided For 11 k breakfast was not included where in novotel and other hotels for even lesser price include breakfast and airport drops. The breakfast was very very very average. Novotel wins with food hands down i feel Holiday inn is in no comparison to them. Breakfast service was disappinting delayed orders etc. No person escorts to the room too nust handover key and go to your room

Rekha (4/5): Bad experience - At the time of check-in, we were extremely disappointed when we entered the room, as it had a very strong cigarette smell. I immediately went to the reception to raise the issue and was surprised to learn that the room assigned to us was officially categorized as a non-smoking room. They did change our room as i refused to stay in that room. I am unsure how the housekeeping team cleaned and cleared the room as suitable for guests, as the smell was unmistakably that of a smoking room. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. The quality of the food, including the juices and coffee, was below expectations.

The air conditioning in the room was not sufficiently cooling due to which I decided to spend the night at a friend’s place.

Ganesh (6/5): Manque d'information - Propre Le jour de mon arrivé à la réception j'ai un peu déçu car le prix que vous nous proposez et leur prix est un peu varier ( 1000 roupies indienne plus) j'ai bien montré ma réservation et d'apres une longue conversation ils étais d'accord. Et pareille quand j'ai fais check out ils sont dites de payer 500 roupies de plus. (pourtant je ne consomme pas leurs boisson ni le petit déjeuner et ni le déjeuner ) J'ai raconter le même sujet à eux. Finalement ils étais d'accord.

Bibhuti (3/5): Bad - Room had additional door which opened into other room. Although it was locked but kept worrying me if someone can open and enter into my room. Also, just on top of my bed (head side) ceiling light was broken and one can see a big dark hole. Kept worrying me all night if an insect like creature could fall on my head while sleeping. BAD Better room maintainence. And can inform the guest about other attached room and ensure no one has access or peep through.
