- Elena (6/5): - The room was awfully smelly. Cigarettes and washing powder. Also, the headboard of the bed is facing the window, so even with the window closed, there was a strong draft at night and it was cold. There is no housekeeping.

- Sarai (10/5): Estancia en Estambul - La ubicacion es perfecta a unos minutos de la plaza Taksim y la parada de autobus para el aeropuerto tambien a escasos minutos a pie. Habitacion sin mucho lujo pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en Estambul ademas de ser silenciosa, cama confortable para el descanso y todo limpio. Terraza con muy buenas vistas. Sin duda recomendaria 100% este hotel.

- Nursel (2/5): - Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, sehr laut, das Zimmer ist Mega klein und nicht das Zimmer wie auf dem Foto, Ausstattung uralt und im Bad sind zu dem auch mittelgroße Kakalaken.

- Marziya (8/5): - Very reasonable price, especially for those who are staying for more than 2 days. The hotel itself is very safe and the cleanliness is perfect, thanks for the lovely cleaning lady! Stuff is very friendly and will help you with your any question! For those who will look for market try “Namli” market 10 min from hotel, it is cheap and you can find anything you want. The location is also very good, it is close to Taksim square and İstiklal caddesi. One disadvantage is the low connection of the internet. Overall, it is a good place to stay for the low budget tourists and worth to give a try!

The receptionist wanted to give me a smaller room than what I selected and paid for, just because I am solo and my room has a double bed We argued for more than 20-minutes, until he accepted to give me the room i selected The pictures in hotel’s profile is misleading, rooms are less than half of what’s declared Other than that everything is good, the room is clean and tidy So guys be careful when you select your room you might be given something less expensive than what you paid for.

En vahimi ise; İşletmecileri iyi değil, kaba ve yalan söylüyor. Comfort oda için rezervayon yaptık fakat, economy oda verdiler. Rezervasyonumuzu gösterip, comfort yazdığını ve odanın daha büyük olması gerektiğini söyleyince de, dediklerinizi anlamıyorum, economy de kalacaksınız deyip, ayaklanıp üzerimize yürüdü. HAYAL KIRIKLIĞI Çok saçma, KESİNLİKLE TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM!!!

Par ailleurs, dans la description il est indiqué un service de conciergerie 24/24, toutefois personne n'était présent à mon arrivée, malgré une longue attente. J'ai également du appeler à de multiples reprises avant d'obtenir une réponse de l'établissement
- fatma (2/5): - I booked for eight nights , they give me a room without heating, the shower was not hot enough. I change the room , they don’t clean regularly, last day of my stay; the toilet smell so disgusting, under the bed was full of dust until I get sick because I am allergic to dust . They are greedy, they don’t put toilet paper or water bottles. Normally I book specially because of the shuttle from and to the airport, but they said, they didn’t offered . It was written on the website. The only positive thing was : helping me calling a taxi .

- Ralph (4/5): - Not clean / had rain water inside the room / bed sheets are old and some have holes in them / heating is not adequate / TV is only in turkish and you do not have access to channels that broadcast english movies / they do not equip the room with tissue nor toilet paper, they only give you 1 Liter of water the first day / apartment is accessible by stairs from 3rd to 4th level so u have to carry the cases. The place is close to Taksim square this is the only good thing. The kids of the landlord speak english and help a lot but they are not there the whole time and it is difficult to communicate with the parents as they do not speak english.

The staff was so cooperative.Room was very clean, very silent and beds were comfortable.daily house keeping. The hotel smells very good because of their daily cleaning routine.Taksim square and metro is on small walking distance.i felt very nice family environment.lift was very helpful to easily move my baby walker to the ground floor.strongly recommended.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The area around the Hotel is safe and lots of Hotels and supermarkts and other Service. the Hotel is about 500 m from the Tasim Square, which is the centre of the Transportation ( Metro, Bus, Tram, etc.). th Hotel Team is very friendly and supportive. if i visit Istanbul again i will definetly book at this Hotel.
- EOS (6/5): - 一番安い部屋だからかもしれませんが、部屋が狭くて二人ではちょっと厳しかったです。また、サイトではキッチン付きと書いて予約したものの、実際はなかったです。 連泊しましたが、毎日の掃除とごみの処理がなく、放置された感じでした。ただ、エアコン付き、シャワーにお湯が出るという点から泊まるには障害がないです。周りには格安ホテルが多いせいか、難民と思われるエリアがある。夜に露店がいっぱい出て、朝起きると通り町は本当にごみとのら猫だらけでした。あまり家族向きではない環境だと思います。

The only problems were the size of the room (very small) and the lack of amenities - no soap or shower gel, cups or glasses (kettle was available however). Neutral overall experience.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Daha iyi olabilir - Otelin sahibi ve çalışanlar çok iyi insanlar. Hızlı bir şekilde check-in yaptık. Bizi odamıza getiren kişiye özellikle tuvaletin temiz olup olmadığını sorduğumuzda bize bizzat kendi temizlediğini ve temiz olduğunu söyledi, fakat hemen klozet kapağının üzerinde 2-3 tane kıl vardı. Yatak açık bir şekildeydi, üzerinde koruyucu bir örtü yoktu. Uzun süredir öyle olacak ki yatacağımız yer tozluydu ve sinek ölüsü mevcuttu. Yatakta da birkaç tane kıl gördük. Sonuç itibariyle; işleten kişiler iyi insanlar oldukları için kendilerini düzelteceklerine inanıyorum, bu sebeple ileride bir şans daha verebilirim.
