- Francesco (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very close to the GOSI metro subway station. Even if they were doing works of renewal in some areas of the hotel, it was all very clean and quiet. They made me very comfortable during my staying there. I would recommend to improve the quality of the Wi.Fi. I travel for work and Wi-Fi is very important for me. Apart to this, I have to say that they really tryied to help me as musch as they could to speed up the Wi-Fi connection, so it was also a nice experience and time I spent with the staff that offered me a lot kindnes and arabic coffee! They already said that they'll improve it in the next future. I will check it out for sure because I'd like to go back there soon. One last thing: the swimming pool on the roof top is very nice but it closes at 5pm. I would be very happy to be able to have a nice swim in the evening because the temperatures are more comfortable and the evening/night hours in Riyadh are very very to spend some time in relax outside. During the day it's very hard to be outside.

- Simon (8/5): Good value, friendly staff, but not so good location. - Room size was good. A comfortable bed with very nice pillows. Generally the room amenities were good. This place is great value. The breakfast is not lavish, but has enough items. Good coffee. 24 hour room service and the service is prompt. Didn't have to wait for long periods for any service. They only provide 2 bottles of water in the room. During the summer, that's very inadequate. Yes, you can get extra water if you order, but by default they should put in 4 bottles. As for location, it is very close to the metro station. However, there is no convenience store close by.

- Dennis (10/5): Hidden Gem - Actually this property outshined my expectations. Booked 3 rooms on short notice with 2 colleagues. Had low expectations due to the excellent prices. Arrived at 10am planning to just drop our bags in the lobby due to the early arrival before going out for meetings. The gentleman at the reception immediately contacted housekeeping and arranged 3 rooms. Rooms are very modern and incredibly clean. Grest restaurant and also a cafe in the lobby. Really cant say enough positive things about this property. Everyone we interacted with were extremely friendly. Will definitely be staying in this hotel on all my future Riyahd trips.

- Jane (7/5): First time not satisfied - Room, staff, location Ask me to pay 50 SR while checking up, they said this is the rate although I paid complete price when checked in, I was frequent customer who bring other customers and I stop visiting the hotel. Paying more and keeping transparency and courtesy is more important than the price. The corridor smells like comfort room, they didn’t apologize or change the room although I spent 9 nights, while they offer upgrade for a 3 nights customer.
- Ruh (6/5): Clean and nice staff but needs to improve - Location was ok, the breakfast was decent, the staff were pleasant and it was generally clean. Rooms had most things in them. Bad smell on one of the days in the hallways and lift. Tired decor overall. Very dark hallways - need better lighting. Wifi was spotty within the room itself. No wifi in the gym at all. Iron was weak and bad - bring your own. The pillows are all the same thickness, which may be unusable for some.

- Krizzia (8/5): I'll probably come back because of the filipino staff who were very nice, kind and accomodating and the room itself - The whole stay was great. I just had difficulty sleeping because something was being fixed nearby our room from evening til' morning I heard hammering. The pool policy. I asked the reception if I can used the pool in the evening because they said it is only open until 5pm. But when we dine around 6 pm onwards, there was a family swimming in the pool and there were kids playing so the pool water went over our food.

The room was spotless, spacious and had everything you could need. The pool was excellent It would be great if there was a massage option for women.

- Karl (8/5): - TOP Hotel jedoch mit der Instandhaltung ist man hintendran! Schlecht behobene Wasserschäden und Silikon sollte viel helfen. Frühstücksbüffet für fast 20€ pro Person war uns zu teuer, nachdem täglich 80€ pro Person fürs Zimmer verlangt wurden. Supermarkt ist praktisch 2 Gebäude weiter. Wir wollten eigentlich nrt aufs Ronaldo-Fussballspiel und das wurde über 2 Tage später verlegt und da waren wir leider schon abgereist. Wir fragten unzählige Leute, ob man wenigstens eine Trainingsveranstaltung besuchen kann und wurden nur VERARSCHT!

- Js (10/5): GRAND INDEED!!! - Beautiful, well furnished room with a lovely view. I liked that they provided 2 sets of toiletries and that the monogram on the slippers and bathrobes matched. The staff was so thoughtful as they delivered a fruit tray to my room when we returned at midnight after touring the Boulevard. The Reception area was beautifully decorated with free sweets, dates, and beverages. The sumptious buffet breakfast was so worth the price! I will definitely be booking in here on all my trips to Riyadh!

- Panagiotis (9/5): Fair and very convenient option for a city break in Riyadh. - -Very convenient check-in/out procedure thanks to friendly reception staff, available 24/7 to address any request. -Location of the Hotel being in the busy area right in the center of Riyadh providing you 24/7 options of commuting; metro station in walking distance. -Dim lights at public spaces and corridors of the hotel, but i assume it's fair in respect of cost/energy saving. -Breakfast already meets acceptable standards, but there is always room for improvement by enriching further options. -Shower could be renovated by addressing the low water pressure issue, however free toiletries balanced the scale :)
