- Verified traveler (8/5): - 這次住了兩晚。 以這價位來說，房間很滿意。 和式早餐很美味，同行家人希望兩天早餐能多點變化，但我吃得很開心 :) 晚餐2700日元/人，覺得普通，可以去田澤湖車站前解決就好。 溫泉覺得有點弱，是比較可惜的一點。

- S (6/5): - 飯店門口就是公車站，可搭公車往乳頭鄉溫泉。田澤湖車站到飯店有迎送服務，也有到雪場的接送，要預約。溫泉看起來黑黑髒髒的，要另外收溫泉稅。房間不會打掃，也不會倒垃圾（除非有另外要求），只有每日提供新的浴衣浴巾。宵夜有推出關東煮，很難吃。
- douglas (10/5): good onsen hotel - nice economical well maintained onsen hotel close to Tazawako ski field. the two rooms we had were a nice size, new tatami matting and usual onsen hotel service and conveniences. wifi in the lobby only i believe although i didn't use it. evening meal and breakfast were good but Japanese cooking only. baths were ok, nothing special but the onsen water has the perfect onsen smell but clear. some of the hotels nearby have milky onsen water. i would recommend this hotel and would stay again. with breakfast and dinner we got a good price for our one night stay.

- 아키타에 살 여인 (6/5): 4번째의 실망감.ㄴ - 전 아키타를 사랑하는사람이고 하이랜드호텔을 좋아했던 사람입니다. 가격대비 음식, 중간의온천수질,그리고 편안함. 가성비에있어 매우만족할만한 호텔이지요. 많은 이야기를 짧게 얘기해서 아쉽습니다. 이젠 1620엔에 달한 음식도 500엔짜리같은 음식으로 바뀌었고 또찾고파 자유로 돈200만원들이면서 그리움으로 또 추억으로 찾아갈 호텔은 아닌듯싶군요. 아쉽습니다. 있는거에서 또 본것에서 바뀌지 말아주십쇼. 몇년동안 이 호텔을 다녀간 사람입니다.
