- Fern (1/5): Was not worth the stay. - No comment Unfriendly staff, too many ppl going up and down the outside rooms talking loud being obnoxious, when our rest was needed for following day. Room was very unclean, roaches were running around. Floors were not swept. Noticed a cigarette butt in the sink drain, short hair around the sink knobs, someone’s shavings. Remote would not work for tv. Furniture needed a good dusting. Too many red flags. Laundry room, vending area with a small microwave was disgustingly unclean. Was our first and last time staying there. Overall, am sure the rooms need a renovation. Good luck in the future.

- Vincent Sally Anderson (1/5): NEVER AGAIN WILL I - Don't know Right from the start the last that checked us in was not professional she was rude she ask my 4 illegal questions under the ADA American Disability Act and then even after I have her paperwork on my service dog she still proceeds to tell me that she knows for a fag that my dog was not a real service pet even the we had all the paperwork and shot records and all then we finally get into our room i went to the bathroom and the toilet has no water in it so we turned the water on to the toilet from the wall and we walked into the room with the bed to wait for the toilet to fill up this is when all hel broke loose the toilet flooded or room with nasty shiny water from other rooms with toilet paper and all MIND YOU WE HAVE NOT USED THE RESTROOM YET so Imeadatly go to the office and ask for a lot of towels and explained what is happening and the lady gives my 4 bath mats I told her this was MUCH BIGGER THAT 3 towels she just shrugged he shoulders we asked for another room she yells me the only room she had is an upstairs smoking room i tile her we have a child and I have stage 5 end-of-life kidney failure I cannot do stairs or smoking and she is refusing to give us a refund so we Muse sleep in a shifty smelling room at 2 am she offers us another room upstairs 2am we have traveled from far away and very tired and we have no bathroom amenity at all I had no where to go pee if and when we needed to we did our best to not let the water cause damages to the room

Our room was very tatty. Broken sink, lumps of plaster out of the walls. Thankfully, the shower worked! We had to put a chair against the door to feel secure.

- Kayelee (5/5): Horrible - The room didn’t smell old Had to wait outside for 30 minutes locked out of the lobby with my toddler in questionable area with a staff member on the other side of the door not even acknowledging us. Staff didn’t guide us to room location. Took almost an hour to get checked in and into the room. Once we finally got into the room we had someone hitting the ceiling below us and then security showed up and banged on the door like it was an emergency. There were no safety locks so we had to trust it was actually a security guard when opening the door, very sketchy. They told us there was a noise complaint against us but we were in the room less than 15 minutes. I was trying to put my son down for bed and the person below us kept hitting the ceiling and shouting. We called the front desk for help and was told that security would speak to them and they would help us sort things out and no one called to follow up or showed up. Didn’t end up getting much sleep. There was no microwave or fridge and roaches in the shower when we woke up in the morning.

I wish I could get my money back, never come in here again, and telling my friends and family. Service was terrible, no shuttle from the airport, no lobby after hours, our card didn’t work the second day., was dirty, broken tiles, broken, toilet paper holder no closet nowhere to hang your clothes. Everything was disgusting.

- Alexiah (1/5): Awful and gross stay away - I wasn’t expecting the nicest place given the stars were only 2. I just needed something for a quick overnight in the area I needed because everything else in the Tolleson/glendale area was 500 plus because of spring training. My room was completely nasty. Bed was stained, blood on walls; my mother in law had to ask the front desk for a broom because the floor wasn’t swept, drugs found in the corner of the room, smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We ended up just leaving after we got dinner because it was just so uncomfortable and gross. The staff at the front desk didn’t even bother hearing me out or attempt to fix any issues, I was just told they don’t do refunds for the first night.

I asked for a NON Smoking room and i got a Smoking one. The lady in the counter told me it was a non smoking but it smelled like a cigar lounge in this room. Staff was unhelpful with the smell issue. If you are alone and cant find another place then stay here but if you find another place not in the near by area, stay in another place.

- Minh (1/5): I didn’t like this place and never come back again - They don’t serve breakfast I was disappointed with my stay. I had booked a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead. When I requested a change, I was informed that no other rooms were available. Additionally, the door lock did not function properly. We had difficulty opening it multiple times and had to visit the office repeatedly for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff were not helpful or friendly. The room was also missing basic amenities, including trash bags and a toilet paper holder. To make matters worse, it was very noisy outside around midnight.

Even when I got there, I had to wait outside with about 7 to 10 people with my daughter and elderly mom for almost 30 to 45 minutes while the staff member took a break, I guess i'm not sure but we could just see her sitting there talking to the security gaurd. When I did ask for a plunger and towels i got told that I could look for the plunger myself, which I actually did with no success of finding it, then she told me, I could go knock on a couple people's doors to see if it's in there rooms And it would be a while for me to be able to get towels For some reason, I don't know why and I quote, she said unless I wanted to get them myself. So pretty much it was a horrible experience staying there.I never got a plunger for the two nights that I stayed there.My toilet was clogged when I left, I was pretty much forced to stay there.Because it was nascar weekend.I'm from new hampshire and there was no other place to go. Plus on top of that, I was getting denied a refund from that place. After requesting to be moved to another room and they couldn't on the fact that it was completely packed because of nascar weekend the toilet being clogged for 2 nights with Me my 70 yr. Old mom and 11 yr. Old daughter staying there was unsanitary conditions ..obviously supposed to hear back from someone by today and I have not there was no need for me or my family to be treated like that.

However, it appears as though the hotel is allowing smoking in every room. The floors and walls were dirty, toilet paper was sitting on the floor rather than placed onto the rolls, I slept fully dressed and left at 1: 00am because it was so disgusting.

- Zachary (2/5): Horrible experience for $200 a night. - Nothing to like Sorry excuse for lodging. At $200 a night I expect more than a 1/2 roll of Toilet Paper. Could barely sleep on the bed it was so noisy and uncomfortable. Cracks in the floors and walls. TV is on the way out can barely see through the static. Booking stated room by the pool which we did not get. After seeing the room we had ZERO interest in the pool anyway. AC wall unit was so obnoxious making all levels or random noises and hissing. Police presence in the immediate area was constant dealing with vagrants and tweakers.

- Briseyda (3/5): Never again - Place looks super sketchy does not look like the picture when we reserve the room we had picked one that supposedly had a mini fridge, but when we asked the person at the front, they told us that only some have fridges and they don’t know which ones have them. There was also cockroaches and the whole place was dirty and it smelled so much like Clorox we even had to rent out a hairdryer from the front desk.
- Donald (1/5): - Woke up early am water leak from bathroom sink turned on light roaches everywhere call front office rude lady no maintenance at night call back at 9:30 am it was 12:38 am note worth 200 dollars should of got full refund note good business
- Chaddi (2/5): Not worth it. - Smelled like smoke in non-smoking room. No fridge or microwave. Stains covered the whole carpet. Tiny shower. Really old tv. Found weird object under pillow so bed sheets couldn’t have been cleaned.
- Whitmore (1/5): I canceled the last 3 days of my reservation because this motel is so poorly run. - The deadbolt Staff unfriendly; Garbage on the grounds. Gang Graffiti on a shelf; No toilet paper on the holders; Homeless people allowed on the stairway; Noisy traffic and music; missing drain plug in the sink; old mattress; broken bathroom door
