- Małgorzata (10/5): - SUPER. The spacious apartment met our expectations. Everything was as described. The location was fantastic, just two metro stops to the Old Town. Although the Old Town is open until 9 p.m., you can walk back down a 1.5-kilometer walk, or take a bus or taxi. It's very clean!!! including the staircase. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Parking is available in front of the building, and it's easy to unpack. We really enjoyed it and will recommend it to friends. The shower is a bit of a challenge, as the broken shower curtain can't be closed tightly while in the bathtub, and water floods the bathroom. We have to clean each time, and we were worried that water would leak out the door and flood the beautiful parquet floor in the hallway. The water damage to the door is already visible. Equipping the bathroom with hooks would significantly improve the quality, as there's nowhere to hang towels.

- Flavia (4/5): Spiacevole - La disponobilità del proprietario Nonostante la cordialità del proprietario, purtroppo non posso dire di aver avuto un'esperienza piacevole. Consiglio di far maggiore attenziona alla pulizia: gran polvere dietro ai termosifoni, stoviglie e tazze lerce, asciugamani macchiati, pomelli del forno incrostati. Inoltre, lo scarico del bagno era totalmente intasato, per cui non era possibile farsi una doccia che in due minuti l'acqua strabordava. Consiglio poi di mettere a disposizione più cose per la cucina, tra cui degli stracci per pulirsi. Consiglio infine di fornire degli adattatori per le prese elettriche.

- Andrea Colozzo (8/5): Appartamento con problemi idraulici! - La vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e alla minimetro (Fontivegge) Non mi sono piaciute le perdite d'acqua al di sotto del lavello della cucina (prontamente segnalate al proprietario), la mancanza di detersivo per piatti e di spugnette uso cucina, poche pentole per cucinare (anche molto vecchie) e il box doccia le cui porte scorrevoli non chiudevano bene.

- monica (1/5): - La parte ospitante mi ha chiesto qualche giorno prima della nostra prenotazione di disdire la prenotazione da booking per cambiare l'appartamento, alla quale dopo averci riflettuto non ho accettato.. Quando abbiamo cercato di metterci d'accordo sull'orario del check in, mi ha chiamato con insistenza e non mi ha risposto ai messaggi . E alla fine quando non trovavamo un accordo sull'orario di arrivo mi ha ulteriormente chiesto di disdire la prenotazione su booking e pagarlo esternamente.
- Paolo (9/5): - L'appartamento aveva tutto quel che poteva servire, tra cui: asciugacapelli, lavatrice, bollitore, tv a schermo piatto e microonde. C'era anche un balcone, con persiana elettrica. La posizione è OTTIMA, a 5-10 minuti a piedi hai: MiniMetro per arrivare in centro in 10 minuti, McFit per allenarti, Bar "Etrusco" per fare Colazione, Coop per fare la spesa, Stazione dei treni per andare ad Assisi, per esempio. Per pranzare o cenare li vicino, si segnala "Osteria Mangiafuoco". A livello di servizio di servizio, si segnala che il gestore, Giorgio, è stato più volte d'aiuto, rispondendo al telefono anche alle 19:30. Anche la ragazza del check-in, Alice, ha fornito assistenza. L'appartamento aveva qualche piccolo difetto: ganci a muro per appendere cose che si erano staccati, la doccia ha il miscelatore che deve esser puntato verso le ore 2-3 per far uscire l'acqua calda (mentre solitamente lo si punta ad ore 6-7), un paio di miscelatori che erogavano acqua con un getto troppo forte...tutte cose piccole, a mio parere: tranquillamente ignorabili, o da capire come usarle. L'unica cosa che posso consigliare al personale invece, è di far presente al check-in i dubbi che ho avuto io durante il soggiorno: avrebbero potuto causare qualche disagio, se non fosse stato per la pronta assistenza, o per il nostro problemsolving.

Zona sicura controllata a 3 minuti dalla metro cortonese. Appartamento ben insonorizzato e ottimo sistema di riscaldamento. Doppia Tv doppio divano letto matrimoniale doccia spaziosa e un bel balcone da cui si vede anche perugia centro. Tornerò sicuramente grazie ancora al proprietario ❤️ perfetta

- Ninja Beetz (8/5): - The apartment had everything it needed - nothing fancy but fully functional. Kept well, and clean. Location felt safe and parking on site was great. Our only issue was the location in terms of getting around.... the first evening when we arrived we tried to take a walk around to locate shops nearby for needs like groceries/toiletries, and we were unable to safely get around on foot because of the very complicated roads systemthat surrounds the property. It was also quite tricky to get in and out of the property with the car. Perhaps it's worth giving guests a few pointers about where to find the foot-bridged that help you cross safely.

- Francesco (8/5): Consigliato - Appartamento molto luminoso e spazioso, ben collegato. Tutti gli ambienti erano puliti, letto comodo. Molto comodo il parcheggio. Accoglienza perfetta e attenta. Lo scarico della doccia era lento e mancava uno strofinaccio/rotolone di carta da cucina per asciugarti le mani dopo l'utilizzo del lavello della cucina.

- VV (7/5): Bene, ma con qualche margine di miglioramento - Posizione periferica ma ottima per gli spostamenti (questo aspetto è soggettivo). A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, dalla stazione degli autobus e del mini metro. Supermercato vicinissimo e ben fornito. Parcheggio per l'auto comodo e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento si presenta con infissi nuovi, aria condizionata anche se purtroppo solo nella zona giorno, bella terrazza ampia, ascensore, silenzioso. La cucina ha il forno, il microonde, la macchinetta per il caffè espresso oltre a due Moke, cappa aspirante. La Zona giorno è ampia e luminosa. Mobilio forse un pochino troppo datato. Fornelli senza valvola di sicurezza per il blocco automatico del gas (questo l'ho trovato piuttosto pericoloso). Letto matrimoniale di lunghezza 1.90 (un po' corto per il mio compagno che supera il 1.85 di altezza), vasca con ante pieghevoli per fare la doccia, che però si diventava matti per riuscire a farle stare ferme perché tendevano a rinchiudersi. Forno piuttosto sporco e padelle molto rovinate. Phon a disposizione con presa shuko ma nessun adattatore per attaccarlo all'alimentazione (le prese a muro erano standard, nessuna con presa shuko). Niente aria condizionata in stanza.

- Michael (10/5): Schönes Apartment mit Aussicht - Giorgio der Besitzer ist ein super netter Typ, sehr hilfsbereit und verkauft auch eigenen Wein und Olivenöl. Apartment ist recht modern und geräumig. Schöne Aussicht mit Balkon. Sicherheit wird groß geschrieben, das Kondominium hat 2 Lifts ist durch eine Schranke abgetrennt. Das Bad hinkt der Ausstattung der restlichen Wohnung etwas hinterher. Die eigenartige, faltbare Duschabtrennung muss erst durch Eigeninitiative befestigt werden damit das Bad beim Duschen nicht unter Wasser gerät (kann man sicher einfach beheben). Ein Geschirrtuch für die Küche wäre nett.
- Natallia (10/5): Very good place, perfect location - The apartment is very spacios and cozy, equipped with everything you need. I enjoyed the view from the windows. It's located a five-minute walk from the main train station, there is also an airlink bus stop (an airport shuttle bus) nearby. In addition, the minimetro stop is just a few steps away. The host is very responsive and friendly, our communication was a real pleasure. We highly recommend this place!

Instructions for arrival could be more specific particularly when arriving at the building. For example, the process for entry. Also, bathroom shower head needs replacing.

The location is very practical, next to the train station, with parking lot, and very quick and easy to get to the historical center with the mini-metro, which is just around the corner. The apartment is nice, clean, and we enjoyed the balcony very much. Giorgio was very kind, everything was perfect!

- Nyk (9/5): Great location for a place to spend the night - The apartment is perfectly located, some minutes far from the main station, the minimetro line, a supermarket and coffee shop (in the station), also for a walk up to the historical center. Everything necessary equipment of the apartment is available. The host(s) were taking great care! In my opinion, it’s an apartment for having a place to sleep with all the advantages mentioned. It’s not a place for spending free time like chilling, reading or eating, it’s functional but not pleasant/warm. Although it’s a non-smoking place, one can definitely smell that it used to be a smoker’s apartment. The fridge isn’t really cooling. The beds are comfortable, they seem to be from a provisional hospital though:-)

- M.forrow (9/5): Le Torri Apartmenrs Perugia - Perugia station is abt 5 mins walk also the mini metro is 5 mins away from Appartment and the Co op supermarket . The outside balcony in the apartment is great to sit outside and is very sunny first thing. Great location. Apartment is cosy and functional. Research restaurants/bars, If arrivng on a Sunday, check Co op it was closed when we arrived, and we didn't find anywhere open to eat locally, but you hve the option to go on mini metro to old town in about 7 minutes. Mini Metro stops abt 9pm.

Communication with owner great and the check-in and out very easy. Bathroom needs a clean. Broken shower screen and toilet seat need fixing. Decor and kitchen are quite basic but this is reflected in the price which is great value.

- Michal (8/5): Very good - Location for the traveling around purpose - it is really close to railway station and main bus station. Very useful when doing trips out of Perugia. I also appreciated large rooms. I missed AC namely when using bathroom. Also take into account that the place is not very good if you intend go to the city center (old town).

- Marilyn (4/5): A disappointing place that could be much better - Convenient for the minimetro to centre The flat is spacious and has potential but it is uncared for. Broken toilet seats, toaster not working, 5 frying pans of which 4 should be binned. No attempt to make the place look pretty or comfortable. Living room has one armchair and a single bed that is impossible to sit on as a sofa. We arranged a 3pm check-in but couldn.t get in till after six. Also, we had to strip the bed and put sheets and towels in a plastic bag for collection!!

- Nina (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is rather nice and situated near the "navetta" that is excellent to reach the old town. The host pressured us to come to the apartment when it was convenient for them. The indications how to reach the address were unhelpful. The apartment only has the bare minimum of equipment usually expected and the owners obviously couldn't care less about their guests’ comfort. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty and we had to scrub everything. Finally, the host's mother, after she had tried to sell us their wine and olive oil that is on display in the apartment, told us to make the beds and to put the towels and sheets in a nylon bag before leaving, which is utterly inappropriate for such category of accomodation.
- Craig (8/5): Very good - Confortable bed, great location close to mini metro. There were a lot of noisy building works going on to the building while we were there. When these are done, the place will be great. It's probably already done!
