Teto do quarto com bolor, climatizador que não funciona, banheiro precisando de limpeza, armários insuficientes para um quarto com 6 camas, lixeiras do banheiro e cozinha cheias, casa precisando de pequenos reparos. É uma.boa casa mas sem manutenção devida.

• Lizette (8/5): Very good for that price. - Nice basket with lots of towels and even a bathmat waiting for me on the bed. Freshly aired room. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. No chair but a big build in closet with enough space for all your stuf. Very hard to find because they send you an app message with a different address which only made it more complicated for me. You really have to read that message step by step to get to the right apartment building. The bed looked freshly made but the sheet covering the mattress had stains so I slept on top of the duvet, under the duvet of the spare bed. I should have done that even if the under sheet was clean because otherwise I would have felt all the springs from the mattress.

En primer lugar las imágenes y descripción es algo nada que ver cuando uno llega. Yo sabía a lo iba ,debido a la relación con precio y calidad,pero fue peor. Creo que lo peor era la limpieza. No lo recomiendo para nada

• Thomas (7/5): - Supermarktnähe Im oberen Bad ist die Duschkopfeinhängung abgebrochen, im Nachbargrundstück wird gebaut, die Schränke in der Küche müssten dringend gereinigt werden, Nachts ist es mit der Decke kalt, Im oberen Zimmer ist der Zugang zur Terrasse durch das begehbare Fenster fast unmöglich weil der Mechanismus beschädigt ist

Is nothing to like about this place bad wifi 😒

• Yordan (2/5): Horrible Customer Service - Pros: - good wifi - free towels With this stay I can mark my worst customer service experience’ for the past 3 years of traveling. Cons: - first and foremost horrible customer service attitude: you get the feeling as if you were not a guest but a homeless person who they accommodated for free: - i found the premises not clean enogh, despite the fact that they cleaned daily. - kitchen hours - 10.00 - 22.00; I find it highly inappropriate since by 10.00 most people want to have finished breakfast and go out. - no sockets next to the beds which makes it difficult to charge your devices. - in the bathroom there was no mirror; - if you wake up earlier than others you cannot stay in the common room sinve there is always someone sleeping on the sofa. - locationwise is 50-60 min away from downtown. Price/value ratio: bad Personally, do not recommend it. Instead, I will spend some more resources in return of better customer service.

• Faraildes (1/5): Horrible place to stay, very unsafe very dirty , staff very unpolite - It was an awful experience, I arrived at 23:00 due flight delays, reception was close… When I finally entered , I found a man sleeping on the bunch bad naked. The room was horrible, it is the storage room for staff. Very claustrophobic and dirty. There is no CVTV cameras there. I felt unsafe and humiliated. I had to leave , I couldn’t share my room with another man naked on the bottom bed… I am also very disappointed with booking . Com, they responded that I had to show them proof and no reimbursement was issued. Very bad experience, one of the worst of my life. Nothing it is dirty and rooms are shared with mixed gender.
