- Renita (2/5): So bad, put the right person in the receptionist who understand how booking online system is. - The location is good how the receptionist (woman) talked was bad, I booked via online for 2 rooms, she gave us the rooms upstairs, I begged to change the room downstairs with the same rate, she said i've to pay the same rate ..because I buy the room via online not cash (she didn't care about my payment via online, she said that online system was not cash, she said that I paid to booking.com not in the hotel, i think she didn't understand booking online system, maybe she thought that booking online is free, suck...) She suggested me to pay again, fyi the rate room in online I've paid was more expensive than offline, then I decided not change the room. The second probs was I need 2 extra bed, She pushed me to pay the extra bed in cash, but i have just checked in and didn't bring cash money. I told her that I stayed here, so why that I have to pay now. I asked her to waited for a while then I will take cash money after i went to the ATM, but she told me it couldn't, she pushed me to transfer by m banking. My God.. the receptionist so wierd. I will not stayed to this hotel anymore.
