Eduard (8/5): Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. - Wir hatten eine Suite in der 18. Etage mit einem fantastischen Panoramablick auf die Stadt Hamburg. Die Lage des Hotels ist exzellent; das Zentrum von Hamburg ist in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit wird im ganzen Hotel großgeschrieben. Wir kommen wieder. Wäre die Innenarchitektur ansprechender, könnte das Hotel den Anspruch erheben, ein 5-Sterne-Hotel zu sein. Von außen ist das Hotel sehr schön, die Inneneinrichtung hingegen eher bescheiden. In unserer Suite herrschte eine Farbdissonanz von Braun, Grau, Rosa, Schwarz und Holz bis hin zu dem äußerst ungemütlich gestalteten, weiß gefliesten Badezimmer.Wünschenswert wären eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Stehlampe und im Bad eine Regendusche.Was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist, sind die hängenden, braunen Stränge im Frühstücksraum. Sie sind Schmutzfänger und aus hygienischen Gründen gehören nicht in einen Speiseraum. Die ästhetische Wirkung ist mehr als fraglich.

Im Zimmer war ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Kleines Café vom Hotel aus in 5 Minuten erreichbar,Richtung S Bahn Station. Bei 4Nächten Aufenthalt wurde unser Bett am 3.Tag frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden ebenfalls komplett ausgetauscht. Das hätte es nicht gebraucht für nur noch eine Übernachtung Umweltfreundlich??

PAULE-ADÉLAÏDE (9/5): - Petit-déjeuner vraiment copieux qui permettait de tenir toute la journée. Adaptabilité concernant les jours de ménage. Vue depuis la chambre sur la ville. La climatisation est réglée à 22°C par défaut ! Ce qui est vraiment trop (quand il fait entre 10 et 20 dehors) et il faut penser à la redescendre à chaque fois qu'on réinsère la carte en entrant dans la chambre. Une des lampes permettant de lire le soir était cassée ne permettant pas de s'en servir. Un des trois ascenseurs était hors service lors de notre séjour. Cela peut paraître anodin ou capricieux mais quand on regarde la taille de l'établissement et le nombre d'étages, cela pouvait être franchement insuffisant.

Leider hatte ich bei der Buchung über Booking.com einen Fehler gemacht und nur mich und mein Kind angegeben, nicht jedoch meine Frau. Obwohl ich die Angaben im System nachträglich korrigiert habe, gab es seitens des Hotels keinerlei Unterstützung oder Entgegenkommen, um die Situation zu klären. Zudem wurde unser Zimmer überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Obwohl üblicherweise am zweiten Tag eine Zimmerreinigung erfolgt, wurde dies bei uns nicht durchgeführt. Außerdem wurde kein Wasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend

Carsten (10/5): Ein tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg - Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Zimmer in einer der Ecken und fanden es richtig schön und modern eingerichtet. Es hat alles gepasst! Nichts! Unser Aufenthalt war zu kurz.

Direkt neben an ist ein Stadtpark.Frühstück war gut, hat aber auch nen stolzen Preis. Schöne Bar. 24h Snakautomaten vorhanden. Zimmer war von der Größe ok und sauber. Die Betten waren gut, bis auf das Ausklappsofa wo unsere Tochter geschlafen hat. Das Ausklappsofa wo unsere Tochter geschlafen hat war recht klein, und knarzte. Die Klimaanlage macht nervige Geräusche obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war.

Ingrid (7/5): Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, auch bei Kurzreisen mit Kindern. - Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in HH waren wir mit Ausstattung der Zimmer und dem Service zufrieden. Gefreut haben wir uns über den Ausblick von der 13. Etage aus. Sehr zufrieden waren wir mit dem wunderbaren, abwechselungsreichen und immer frisch aufgetragenen Frühstück und die Umsicht der Mitarbeiterin beim Abräumen. Ich glaube, einer der Fahrstühle ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch schade, dass es abends nur ein eingeschränktes gastronomischens Angebot gab. Aber dennoch war das Essen schmackhaft und ansprechend zubereitet.

Marlen (8/5): Guter Ort für Zwischenstopp - Ein modernes geräumiges Zimmer, mit allem, was notwendig ist. Die Betten waren etwas zu hart. Sonst alles ok

SMitra (9/5): Sehr Empfehlenswert -- schöne Lage, sauberer Zimmer, nettes Personal - Der Zimmer war sehr schön, viele Glasfenster für Tageslicht, mit genug Gardinen zum Schutz der Privatsphäre. Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage, genug Parkplätze - kostenpflichtig als auch kostenfrei, nettes Personal, Möglichkeit um Snacks und Getränke spät in der Nacht zu kaufen, sauberer Zimmer und Bad, bequemes Bett und Stühle, Zugang zum Sauna (obwohl wir die Zeit nicht hatten das Sauna zu nutzen). Ein 2-Türiger Kleiderschrank hätte uns sehr geholfen. Es gab jedoch eine Garderobe mit Bügeln, allerdings ein Schrank wäre nett.

Das Essen im Restaurant und Frühstück war ebenfalls gut Die Klimaanlage und verschlossene Fenster haben unser Zimmer sehr warm gehalten und die Luft unangenehm trocken gemacht. Die Fahrstühle waren teilweise defekt und liefen nicht zuverlässig, z.B. öffnete sich die Tür erst nachdem wir dreimal im Fahrstuhl hoch und runterfahren mussten. Das war unangenehm.

Johannes (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit herausragenden Frühstück - Herausragendes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal Die Lage ist gut, wenn man die Nähe zum Flughafen sucht; ansonsten ist sie okay. Schön ist die Nähe zum Stadtpark.

Then he said, "Don't worry, there seems to be a mistake. I'm also staying at the hotel." He said he would go down to the receptionist to see what the problem was, so I told him I would go down too to see. I got dressed and went downstairs; he had disappeared. Then I asked the employee about the mistake, and he replied, "I don't know. I just saw someone leave." Then he said he would review the cameras, but he did nothing. Sandra (8/5): - Frühstück, das Zimmer, das sehr nette Personal, sehr schönes Hotel. Gerne wieder Keine Fenster zum öffnen im Zimmer, nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für 3 Personen, Nur Handtücher für 2 Personen und keine Bettwäsche gerichtet für die 3. Person das mussten wir selbst holen
Dr. Rudolf (5/5): Gute Lage aber Zimmer und Linnen in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmerreinigung ungenügend. - Die Lage Handtücher nicht mehr weiss sondern bereits grau. Gestank vom Abfluss der Dusche im Bad. Zimmer wird nur noch jede dritte Nacht gereinigt.

Ramona (10/5): - Super Angebot für Übernachtung und Parkplatz während des Urlaubs Man nimmt sich ein Taxi zum Flughafen und bekommt das Geld zurück. Wenn wir ab Hamburg fliegen, ist dies immer unsere Adresse zum Übernachten vor oder nach dem Flug.
