Dotata di ogni comfort (bagnoschiuma, kit lavastoviglie, cialde per il caffè e un pacchetto di biscotti tipici). L'ingresso nella struttura solo con codici e senza chiavi è molto comodo. Il quartiere in cui si trova è molto tranquillo e ben collegato al centro di Vienna. Anche il parcheggio per l'automobile è comodo. La proprietaria molto educata, gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare per un soggiorno a Vienna A voler essere proprio pignoli, per noi italiani la mancanza del bidet

• János (9/5): Imperial apartman Schönbrunn - Tágas, tiszta, kényelmes. Nem volt elég wc papír (2 db volt 5 napra 4 főnek), 1db szemeteszsák volt és 1 db szemetes. 1db törlőruha a mosogatáshoz.

• Pőcz (8/5): I would go back anytime, and would recommend to others if visiting Vienna. - It was very spacious, well equipped, very nice bath tub, beds and sofas extremly comfy. Host were very attentive and kind, great costumer service, even tho we had some mix up with the booking. The shower door is not closing properly, so it is leaking out to the bathroom, but we couldnt find a mop. It would have been nice if it had a toilett as well, built in radio is a nice touch tho. Some basic grocerys (usually what people leave behind) would have been nice, but its not an expectation.

Das Bad war nicht sauber und es scheint ein Problem mit Schimmel zu geben ...

• Teresa (8/5): - Appartement pas trop mal. Mais equipment un peu limité en vaisselle et matériel. Emplacement près d'un tram mais qui malheureusement était en travaux donc trajet pour aller a Vienne un peu rallongé. Compter au moins une bonne demie heure. Quartier pas spécialement agréable, des supérettes pas trop loin mais pas beaucoup de restaurants autour.

Os quartos nao tinham cortinas para tapar a luz, amanhece muito cedo e a luz entra e nao se consegue dormir. Sugeria colocar cortinad de tapar a luz nos quartos. O sistema de entrada do apartamanto, não é de chave, e torna-se confuso.

Still recommend to visit The apartment was not clean as expected, there are dust and bugs on the floor , may be the rare case but please check it before entering the apartment.

• Lia (9/5): The apartment overall left us with very good memories. - It's a great apartment, bright, clean, high ceilings, the best parquet floors, all the necessary things are there, the location is a little far from the center and the metro station, but the place is very quiet and the tram that takes us to the center and the bus stop that takes us to the metro are really just two steps away. I don't understand why, but they gave us the wrong room code, and we only got one bath towel for each guest, it would be nice if they added one small towel for each guest, everything else was great

Relatively clean, enough kitchen appliances, big TV, decent public transport connection. Don't worry about the trains in the back, no noise whatsoever from them. No insect protection in windows so we were unable to keep windows open at night Shower room has no window and ventilation is not enough so the mold smell is present The bed in the bedroom is awful to sleep in, even with the top mattress added. We had top floor apartment ( did not check when booking) so no balcony and very warm. Only one garbage bag for 7 days, we left in the cupboard what we bought( oil, sugar, some instant coffee) Area lacks shops, it is a 20-25 minutes walk to Schönbrunn.

With the keyless entry very easy to enter. Quite neighbourhood and close to tram and metro. Ideal stay for couple of days in Vienna Only thing I could imagine is a bit more comfortable conch in the living room and maybe a salon table. Further all good

• Cosmin (4/5): Disappointed! - Big rooms! The room I stayed in was very cold, and the temperature could not be adjusted. I simply froze, It's practically a single bathroom divided into two rooms: one in which there is only a toilet bowl and a sink and one that is a bathtub, shower cabin and sinks, but without a toilet bowl. I was sent to park the car in a public parking lot approximately 600m away, where I paid €10/day, although there was a public parking lot in front of the property where I could park paying the same price. I was told that it would cost more even though there was public parking and it costs the same. I think this is to keep the free spaces there in front of the property. Unlucky that we were on rainy days.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - I was very pleased with the service I received from this host. The communication was smooth and I got a quick response for all my queries. The apartment was specious, had plenty of space for a family of four. The kitchen was well equipped, we had everything we needed to prepare a home meal. The bathroom was clean and towels for each person. There was no shampoo and shower gel but I didn't expect it for the price I paid. This apartment was a lovely addition to our Vienna experience. Definitely recommend and will use it again in the future. Please note that parking is not free in Vienna.
• Eszter (1/5): UNSAFE, UNHEALTHY, AND UNCLEAN. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS OR THE TOP RATING - It was easy to get into the house and the apartment. The apartment was well equipped. The host seemed to be nice on the phone. In a nutshell, this accommodation is unsafe, unhealthy, and unclean. In more detail…1. We had a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen and shower. The kitchen had an oven and a microwave, but there were no pots/pans to use in the microwave or the oven. So, you can only put a frozen pizza in the oven or something ready to eat to heat up. Roasting or baking in the oven is not possible. 2. The apartment was filthy. Upon arrival everything was covered in long black hair, from the bed sheets over the kitchen cupboards to the floors and the shover. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the walls were covered in mildew, the fittings in limescale and the whole room as well as the apartment reeked of sewage... The shower gully had probably not been cleaned for ages. The kitchen was just as disgusting, the sink had not been cleaned for ages, the stovetop was sticky and grimy. The floors underneath the bed and the coach had not been swept. The vacuum cleaner which was provided was full of dirt. We did not feel safe to use it. 3. We spent here 6 nights in January, and it was only the last night that it was warm enough. The apartment had 2 infrared heaters in each room, but some of them made strange noises and they did not provide enough comfort. The bathroom remained ice-cold all the time, even though the thermostat was turned on. 4. There is no lift in this house, and our apartment was on the 5th floor. We had a lot of suitcases and a 20-month-old toddler, all of which we had to carry upstairs... We were not warned of this fact. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were not even real pillows it seemed... They just stuffed something in the pillowcase. 5. The infrared heaters are a danger for children, as some of them are in reachable height and are very hot. There were also power sockets hanging out from the wall. 6. There is no free parking in front of the venue (you must pay from 9 am to 10 pm), which fact we were not aware of and collected a parking fine.
• Sorin (9/5): Nice for city break with family or friends - We had a very big and spacious apartment. Clean, warm and comfortable. Host was kind and helpful with everything we needed. Property does not have parking but there is a parking available nearby for 10EUR/24h. The property is far from city centre but public transport (bus/tram) are nearby Noisy neighbours above (not too bad though, but for one with a light sleep it might be a thing to consider)

• Simon (10/5): Exceptional - This is the third time we have stayed here. It's a great base from which to explore the whole city and is well located for public transport. The host is exceptionally responsive and provided a replacement coffee maker within 30 minutes of us texting that we had an issue.

There was also a washing machine that worked properly. Very nice and quiet area. There was a market nearby. Getting to the city center was easy. Everything was perfect

The room was frozen, took 2 days to proper heat up, when we arrived the window was open and heaters unpluged. During the first night other guests made big noises, shouted on the stairs, ringed the intercom at 2am. Bed is not confortable.

• Werner (9/5): Delightfully modern apartment. - Wonderfully clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Close to public transport connections. Modern amenities and appliances. Minor detail was that our apartment was in the top floor so we had to climb some stairs. Not a problem for most but it might be for some.

• Felita (6/5): Neutral - The apartment was very clean and well kept. The staff were polite and helpful in their communications. The whole process of checking-in and out was smooth. Beds were quite comfy. There was dishwashing liquid but no scrubber to wash utensils. No baking paper too. The sink is a bit small for washing so water spills out. No kitchen cloths to wipe down. As soon as my relative turned the shower, the pipe broke and fell out, because of which we were having showers by sitting under the tap for the whole duration.

Kitchen is well equipped. Nice and spacious wardrobes. Not enough amenities. We ran out of toilet paper as there were only 1 extra roll provided and we were a group of 4 people staying for 3 nights!! They could‘ve provided shower gel and shampoo or a combination of the two. TV in the bedroom didn‘t function. Netflix would’ve been nice.
