• Gregory (10/5): Good secure location, close by restaurants and accessible to all Tourist activities - Freddy, Mariana, and Felipe were all exceptional and very helpful with every request we made at Front Desk. The breakfast was tasty and bountiful with fruits and local dishes as well. The gym is not adequate. However the hotel is directly above a full fitness center with daily use and month use passes but don’t believe the pass is good for 24 hrs, it’s not only for the day.

Casualmente hoy tengo cobros no reconocidos luego de dar click a ese link que realmente no sé para que era pero no puedo confirmar que fue por ello.

• Mimibear81 (4/5): Poor soundproofing, basic hotel - Stayed in a corner junior suite for 3 nights. The soundproofing is very poor and the hotel faces a busy road so you hear every car and motorcycle that passes by at night. We had 3 sound machines going and I still had to wear earplugs the 1st night. Pool is tiny and closed on Mondays. Breakfast is decent and does change daily. Room service food is from the bar on the 8th floor and is pretty decent. There is an atm and some shops/restaurants nearby. Because of the noise would not stay again.

• mossiebanks (6/5): Soulless and expensive hotel but in a good area - This is an expensive hotel which is evidently primarily, a business stop over hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately you can't see out of any windows at all due to a weird glass covering that tints and obscures the views. No balcony's. The rooms are well equipped with a TV (only if you speak Spanish though!), hairdryer, iron & board and a microwave. The rooftop pool area is small but ok. However the glass barriers surrounding it are so filthy you can't see the magnificent view of the Andes and the city at all, which was very disappointing. The food is excellent, but considering it's an international business type hotel, the bar and restaurant staff didn't speak any English and there was no option of an English version of the menu. It also only served 2 red wines, both of which were not good quality. It is in a great area however and it's definitely worth exploring the Provenza area, great food and shopping and felt very safe The main plaza in Medellin is very sleazy and but has wonderful sculptures. Traffic is very bad so if you're exploring by car / taxi, allow for good time.

El alto costo de "snacks" puesto en el bar de la habitación. Por ejemplo, un paquete pequeño del galletas nucita y otro paquete pequeño de galletas "waffers", poco más de $10 USD.

• PAULA (10/5): - El lugar es muy bonito, super limpio, la habitación espaciosa, la cama super cómoda, el restaurante es super rico y los desayunos tambien.
• Andrés (6/5): Un servicio cómodo pero caro en relación a su calidad. - Lo espacioso de la habitación, también una cama amplia en la que pudimos dormir cómodos. La disponibilidad de la plancha fue ideal para momentos en los que fue necesario usarla. Hubo varias cosas que no gustaron durante la estadía, empezando por el servicio de aseo en la habitación: de los 3 días que se usó el hotel solo hicieron aseo el viernes. El sábado a pesar de haber estado por fuera buena parte del día la encargada llegó tarde y no rindió ninguna explicación al respecto, esperaba que saliéramos para que pudiera ordenar la habitación, pero estábamos demasiado agotados para salir, y cuando se le consultó sobre el servicio de lavandería no supo responder, razón por la cual no se pudo hacer uso de este servicio. Eso sí, la funcionaria encargada de evaluar el consumo de snacks y el minibar, súper puntual. En cuanto a la piscina se siente engañosa la información en el momento de adquisición del servicio: no está adaptada para infantes ni tampoco está climatizada. Y en cuanto a la franja horaria para los desayunos está bien hacer uso de la sala de conferencias cuando hay ocupación total lo cual es comprensible, el problema es que el recinto emitía un olor terrible que incomodó, no sólo a nosotros sino a los demás huéspedes que tuvieron que usarlo. En conclusión y con todo lo anteriormente mencionado, la experiencia del hospedaje no justifica su costo.

• Juan Carlos (4/5): Difícil que regrese. - Habitación Booking nos dió una tarifa y al momento de registrarnos nos indicaron en la recepción que esa tarifa estaba muy barata y que no era la que debería cobrarse. Nos cobraron más y luego nos llamaron para correguir la tarifa y nos dejaron finalmente la de Booking. Las habitaciones estuvieron separadas y poco disposición a atender o revisar opciones.

Somos clientes recurrentes de la cadena La Quinta en varios lugares del mundo. Nos quedamos muy sorprendidos y DECEPCIONADOS de la Quinta Medellín, las instalaciones (aereas humedas) sucias. El servicio muy regular. El desayuno (pan y arepa fríos)no había tostador o calentador, los productos como pastelería estaban de días anteriores por su consistencia dura. Tuve que solicitar e informar. Nada de caridad comparado a las otras administraciones de la cadena hotel. En el momento del desayuno varias veces sin cantidad y agotados a la hora de los huéspedes consumir, aun llegando temprano.. Los productos de consumo de la habitación EXCESIVAMENTE costosos, más que un hotel 5 estrellas. Grabamos las instalaciones sucias, deterioradas y mal olor.

En el último piso está la piscina y un pequeño bar, también esta el gym pero no estaba funcionando el aire acondicionado y se dificulta entrenar por el calor. La comida muy rica y el personal muy amabale. Para tener en cuenta que el parqueadero hay que salir a la otra torre para acceder a él.

Solicite con mucha anticipacion extra una cama supletoria, lamentablemente cuando llegue no me la dieron y dijeron que no tenian. 2. Cuando hice la reserva en booking el valor estaba en dolares y asumi que pagaria ese mismo valor en el hotel, lamentablemente te cobran un valor adicional importante, por que ese rato te calculan un tipo de cambio mas bajo, lo pasan a pesos y despues nevamente a dolares, eso fue muy decepcionante! UNO DEBE PAGAR EL VALOR EXACTO POR QUE EL RESERVA EN LA PAGINA DE BOOKING!!!

The restaurant on site was nice too especially after a day of exploring Not being able to drive your car up to the facility when arriving. You have to travel up a hill with luggage when arriving or have your driver park on a busy street and walk about 200 feet to the door. It was hard with a stroller, car seat, diaper bag and luggage in the rain and not a lot of staff to assist
