Loved the electric blankets on the beds Nice clean cottage with sunny patio area at the back. Could’ve done with a smart tv or chrome cast to access streaming services. Some traffic noise but didn’t detract from the stay.

- Lee (10/5): Convenient, modern and comfortable - Apartment 6 was large, bright and sunny, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Walk around the corner to an IGA, Dan Murphy’s, and a 5.minute drive to the shopping centre. Short walk to a few restaurants and to Bellerive pier for ferry into Hobart. Last ferry in the morning goes at 9am, then they start again in the afternoon. There is a balcony but we arrived during a cold snap so didn’t use it. We were able to get a week’s worth of socks and undies washed which was a bonus. The carpark was a bit tight but OK in a small SUV.

Plenty of food and coffee options including restaurants and supermarket. Fantastic views from the balcony at night time. the parking was very difficult to navigate especially when there were a couple of cars in there.

- Mathew (8/5): Very good value. Would stay again, is exactly as advertised. - Great location, a few minutes walk to local supermarket and restaurants, less than 10 minutes into Hobart CBD. Exceptional value relative to comparably priced city hotels. Very spacious apartment, very well equipped. Carpark is tight, but we parked on the street with no issues. Very little noise from other guests or the street. Very little. A lot of comms from hosts prior to/during the stay, but struggled to get a response to a direct query of ours until just before we left. Got there in the end.

- Yuen Shan (9/5): - Great location, Eastlands shopping mall with supermarkets are just within walkable distance. Good mix of facilities and room design to suit a group of friends with different combinations, the common area is slightly small though. Would be even better to have more kitchenware, such as a few more knives and some more frying pans etc. The door lock is a bit cracky that it sometimes need a click to get it locked or opened, a simply fix can do.

It was very difficult navigating the stairs with our suitcases. We found it hard going up and down. Mainly suitable for young and fitter holiday makers.

- Coyote08 (6/5): Ok but basic - Nice apartment that is close to Kangaroo Bay and also the cricket stadium Apartment 5 balcony was very noisy because of the constant coolroom motors at the Dan Murphy directly behind. Very annoying noise.

- Michele (9/5): Well serviced apartment in great location - Exceptional consideration given to provide essentials over and above most serviced apartments. Clean and well presented. Host provided clear check in instructions and provided useful tips on sightseeing options. Handy location with supermarket,on corner and eateries block away. Short walk to Ninja Stadium and Bellerive Beach. Furniture new but uncomfortable. Bed mattress like a board and vinyl sofa low and not suited to relax in. All the previous reviews that I read about the difficult parking bays were true. Whilst appreciate free on site parking, it was a stressor to negotiate entry and exit. Manageable but requires manoeuvring.

Two bathrooms was perfect for a party of 6 - and everything was clean and well serviced. Address of the property did not match the advertised listing. Although it worked ok for us, it was a surprise when we discovered that there were different properties under the same listing.

- judy (9/5): Great family apartment - The size and comfort of the property was excellent for 4 adults, very clean and facilities were great. Close to shops. Would definitely stay again. The car park, very narrow and easy to miss on arrival, difficult to park inside.

Happy there was a lift as we were on the top floor. The first night we parked in the building car park someone had parked in a spot that almost completely blocked us in. Would be good to have the spot that needs to be kept free allowing access out clearly marked.

- MENG CIN (10/5): Just amazing! - Everything was perfect for us. This was our second time staying here, the first time was about five or six years ago, and the quality is still exactly the same. Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with many useful items, which made our stay very easy. We will definitely come back again.

- Stephen (9/5): A great apartment for exploring Hobart. - The apartment was very well equipped and it is spacious. With 2 bathrooms it made our stay more comfortable. The only gripe we had was that it is located on the first level and there is no lift.

We parked off street next to our apartment which is free parking. Walking distance to Waterfront/ Derwent river area. Everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and will defenitely be back staying here on our next trip to Hobart. Good comunication from Emily. We highly recommend this venue . N/A
- scotty72x (9/5): just perfect....again - we stayed here 6 months ago and stayed here again now, the place was superb last time and met our needs again this adventure. clean, comfortable, cosy, perfect location, close to beaches and shops and a short drive to the casino or airport fantastic. we have a 4x4 ute....although it is a simple park under cover, it is a small place and can be awkward....but if that is the only issue then it is not work complaining about.

- Charney (7/5): Great location, affordable and good apartment for family. - Good location if you need an apartment for family and also car parking etc. very easy to check in and check out, short uber ride to city for dinners etc and convenient for local grocery shopping. Also apartment 3 had two bathrooms which made it very easy to get done. The rooms are close together in apartment 3 very thin walls can hear a plug been put in wall or snoring etc. I was able to talk to host and slept on sofa bed so was easily resolved, but just a note if you are a light sleeper!

- Surakshya (8/5): we enjoyed the stay. - overall it was good stay, only few things which didnt work for us was lightings of the house especially in tv room; the house has natural lighting throughout the day however in night time we find the lights very dim considering we had kids who wanted to play in tv room. Also, we werent big fan of toilet just next to sink.

Beds were good to sleep in. Communication was good with reminder emails containing all info as well as sms messages with info. Car park area was very tight but this is nothing unusual with accommodation.

- Amy (10/5): A Lovely Stay would definitely visit again - Very well thought out accommodation, easy to find instructions, excellent communication. Location was excellent plenty of cafes, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. They kindly provided a list of menus which really came in handy. Apartment was spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities, kitchen equipment, cutlery, washing, dryer etc. We had a small hiccup with a burst water main on the street. But that was not caused by the property and we were able to easily contact the staff and they notified us of what was happening. The parking spots were a little tight if you have a bigger car.

I liked how the property included toilet paper, shampoo etc, garbage bags and lots of dishwasher tablets. House could have been cleaner. Main bathroom had marks down the cupboards and on the doors. Sheet on sofa bed wasn’t clean. Washer Dryer didn’t work and half the bottom dishwasher drawer was broken. Bins outside were also full on our arrival.
