The receptionist is dressed informally like a hotel staff. The hotel sheets are not changed, there are traces of dirt. The facilities are quite bad. No water heater. Payment receipts cannot be provided during check out when requested. Request email to date received payment not received. The hotel fee is not the same as the price to be paid on booking.com. There is a hidden charge.

- Mohd (2/5): Poor hotel. Although the price is cheap, please fulfill at least the basic room facilities as stated - The price of the hotel is cheap.. Although the price of the hotel is cheap, but the room facilities is so poor..i know i pay cheap price for the hotel and cannot expect more, but at least the hotel should provide complete facilities as stated in their website. Such as, television is totally broke, cant watch tv, there are just one towel although the room is for two, there are none toileteries even one single soap. Besides the receptionist is not friendly..
