- 814willemjanw (4/5): Don't go here! - Very bad and poor housing. On arrival the backdoor was broken, not repaired when we ware in. Missing fronts in kitchen which we found above the cabinet in the bedroom. The room with the bunkbed is so tiny you will get claustrophobic. Many windows couldn't be opened since there was no or broken insect screen. They don't allow you to drive by car to your house after 11am, which makes no sense since there are a lot of people making noise. And there is not enough public parking after 11pm so you have to park "illegally" at the side of the road.

In drr Beschreibung waren Handtücher annonciert, waren nicht vorhanden. Hätten wir gegen Gebühr von 8,50€ p. Person zukaufen müssen.Rezeption nach 17h nicht erreichbar. Reklamierter Lattenrost: es wurde ein kleines Brett über die gebrochenen Latten gelegt : (((((

- Christiane (8/5): Sehr schön angelegter Ferienpark - Nachdem einige die Sauberkeit im Park moniert hatten in ihren Bewertungen war ich schon in Sorge, unser Ferienhaus war aber im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Natürlich nicht blitzblank, aber das hab ich auch nicht erwartet. Die Bettwäsche war eingeschweißt und somit frisch gewaschen und sauber. Auch die Parkanlage ist sehr sauber. Die Lage war toll, fast direkt am Wasser. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig für zehn Personen. Es gab zum Beispiel keinen wirklich großen Topf. Wenn man für zehn Personen kochen möchte, ist das etwas schwierig. Auch haben wir auf Anfrage per E Mail die Info bekommen, dass keine Holzkohlegrill erlaubt sind, aber auf dem ganzen Gelände und auch im Supermarkt wurde Holzkohle und Holzkohlegrill verkauft und betrieben. Informationen über die Gegend und was man unternehmen kann, waren auch sehr dürftig. Das könnte noch ausgebaut werden aber insgesamt ist der Park für Familien sehr geeignet. Der Strand ist sehr flach, so dass kleine Kinder dort gut spielen können. Das Animations Angebot haben wir nicht genutzt daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Das Hallenbad ist für jüngere Kinder ganz okay die Umkleiden allerdings sehr dreckig, da es keine richtige Schleuse gibt und viele mit ihren Schuhen rein und raus laufen. Der Supermarkt auf dem Gelände ist sehr gut sortiert und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht also im Großen und Ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub. Ich kann den Park auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
- Mohadesseh (6/5): - Ich möchte hiermit auf einige technische Probleme in unserem Zimmer aufmerksam machen. Leider waren weder Internet noch Fernsehen wie vorgesehen nutzbar, was die Nutzung des Zimmers beeinträchtigte. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht und der Herd wies ebenfalls Mängel auf. Eine rasche Behebung dieser Defekte wäre wünschenswert, um den Komfort für alle Gäste zu gewährleisten. Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Reaktion und Lösung dieser Unannehmlichkeiten. Enttäuschend!
- Tobias (8/5): - Tolle Unterkunft mit vielen Aktivitäten. Allerdings muss ich bei Sauberkeit und Service Abzüge machen. Ein bestelltes Grillpaket wurde, trotz Nachfrage an der Rezeption am Vortag, vergessen.
- Svenja (4/5): - Die schonBezüge auf den Betten waren nicht sauber. Der Schlauch von der Dusche war kaputt, dass es immer im alle Richtungen spritzte. Die Duschstange völlig lose und am rappeln. Das Eisfach war völlig vereist. Die Tür an Terrasse könnte ich nur schließen, weil ich handwerklich begabt bin, sonst ging sie nicht zu! Das Schwimmbad war einfach nur ekelhaft. Gemischte Umkleiden ohne Tür nach draußen, also nur so verschränkte Wände, auch im Sommer Zog es, weil es regnerisch war und ich habe gefroren ohne Ende beim Umziehen. Im Eingang zur Umkleiden gab es stinkige Holzfächer für die Schuhe. Puah! Eeeekelhaft Drinnen hat sich alles komisch angefühlt... Der Boden, die Stühle, die Treppe ins Wasser, das Wasser sogar... Boah ne. Echt übel! Schnell weg da. Rutsche nicht probiert, weil keiner hatte Bock drauf. Die Minigolf Bahn war seit 3 Jahren nicht gekehrt und somit war das Spielen auch eher ein Witz. Alle anderen Familien haben es aber sehr ernst genommen und es gab sogar Streit, weil das alles nicht machbar war auf den Bahnen. Für 800 Euro für 5 Nächte (an 16h und ab um 10h!!!!) War es meine 1. Erfahrung in europarcs und auch definitiv die letzte!!!! Es ist echt krass überteuert und nicht schön.

- Jimmy (8/5): Mysigt boende - Vi bodde i ett jättemysigt område och läget var dessutom hyfsat nära Walibi Holland vilket var ett stort plus för oss. Tyvärr var uteplatsen på vår stuga ganska smutsig och nedskräpad av fågelbajs, vilket drog ner helhetsintrycket något. Hade detta varit åtgärdat hade upplevelsen blivit betydligt bättre. Trots detta hade vi en trevlig vistelse och skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att komma tillbaka!
- Claudia (8/5): - Mein Freund und ich haben mit unserem Hund 4 Nächte hier verbracht. Insgesamt war es schön. Das einzige was störte waren sehr viele Glasscherben auf der Terrasse. Also es waren keine sehr großen aber viele kleine. Auch auf der Wiese. Wi sind nicht pingelig, aber wenn man mit einem Welpen unterwegs ist der alles noch erkundet, ist das nicht so toll.weiterhin flogen jedes Mal beim abpumpen der Spülmaschine die Sicherungen raus. Es kam jemand, doch beim Nächsten abpumpen war das gleiche Problem da. Insgesamt würden wir für einen Kurzurlaub dennoch nochmal kommen

- Khoesial (8/5): Goed verblijf. - Meer dan tevreden. We zijn daar in 2016 geweest, toen was het nog Ooststappen maar sinds Europarcs het heeft overgenomen is het alleen maar beter geworden. Accomodatie was top en service bij de receptie was een 8. Telefonisch bereikbaarheid valt wel tegen, he moet lang wachten voordat je iemand krijgt te spreken.

Perfekt ist das jedes Haus seinen eigenen Parkplatz hat und dass man auch nicht direkt in das Nachbarhaus schauen kann sodass trotzdem jeder Privatsphäre hat. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder dorthin fahren!

- Helena (10/5): - Die gesamte Anlage ist hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, die Umgebung wunderschön, und man kann sich wirklich erholen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal an der Anmeldung – freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Leider gibt es jedoch auch einige Kritikpunkte. Das Personal in den Restaurants wirkt leider unfreundlich und wenig kompromissbereit. Die Öffnungszeiten scheinen oft nicht klar kommuniziert zu werden und wirken manchmal spontan festgelegt. Auch die Burger, die angeboten werden, entsprechen leider nicht ganz den Erwartungen oder der Beschreibung. Alles in allem ist die Anlage dennoch großartig, aber bei einigen Bereichen des Services gibt es Luft nach oben.

Nur die Terassentür ging nicht auf, da wir keinen Schlüssel hatten dafür, was bei warmen Temperaturen etwas doof ist. Ansonsten sehr schön. Nah am Wasser. Und die Möglichkeiten für Kinder sind auch sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in unserer Woche dort und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

- Christina (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist ideal für den Aufenthalt während bzw. fürs Defqon.1 Festival. Shuttleservice funktioniert gut (nur gegen Gebühr). Die Räumlichkeiten waren ok. Leider an einigen Stellen verdreckt und viele Spinnenweben bei Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer. Bei uns fehlten Handtücher.

- Abbygail (10/5): - Was een erg mooi park, wij verbleven hier omdat wij 2 dagen Walibi hadden. Weet wel na 2300 is het park dicht en kan je niet meer inrijden ! ( dat was het enige minpunt ook) erg schoon huisje er zat wel een x hoeveelheid aan warm water maar goed ....dat mag tegenwoordig ook wel. Receptie erg vriendelijk genoeg te doen op het park zelf. Uitchecken was ook heel simpel
- sj001465 (4/5): Don’t bother camping here - We had a large camping plot for a week. This was among many long term seasonal plots. When some of the seasonal plots came back at the weekend it was very noisy and dogs roamed free on the beach and between plots. This was despite signs clearly saying that no dogs are allowed on the beach. Then some other campers arrived during the weekend and it was hugely noisy until the early hours. Loud music was played well past midnight! The facilities in terms of WC and showers were clean and tidy. The pizza takeout was good. The restaurant was poor quality and expensive with uninterested staff. The indoor pool was designed for young children as it was very shallow. My daughter aged 12 hit the floor of the pool coming down the slide. The boat hire was good and the man running this was knowledgeable and friendly. The boats were in great condition . Kids were allowed to roam unsupervised and going really fast on electric scooters across the site without helmets and in electric boats without life jackets. In my opinion this is just an accident waiting to happen and Europarcs are clearly happy with this. Such a shame as could be so much better given it’s lovely location.

- Brigitte (4/5): Was een uitdaging!!! Helaas niet echt een succes! - De zitruimte was krap met vijf volwassen en was er een twee persoons bankje om op te zitten en tv kijken ging dan sowieso niet. Airco was vuil,waardoor als je hem aanzetten de stof rook. Er waren veel mieren in de clampingtent. Tent doek maakt wel veel geluid bij wind. Moesten hiervoor lokdoosjes kopen. De bedden lagen overigens wel lekker.

Woonkamer was wel ok. In de kast stonden borden die niet schoon waren. Verder goede en handige spullen aanwezig. En heerlijk beddengoed ( wat ik wel nog zelf moest regelen, er lagen 2 onderlakens en 2 sloopjes verder niks.)
- Nomad15153817479 (2/5): Not recommended - Awful service, lots of issues with the house and impossible to get help from the reception. Also the swimming pool area is not safe, watch your stuff or can get stolen. Overall no concept of service and very poor management, which needs improvement
- B6609DIdianat (10/5): Villa 10 Long weekend - We had a fantastic home, number 100. Clean and very nice decorated. Large garden. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. A lot of things to do in the environment, for example Walibi. Only 5 minutes by car.
- 720amelia720 (4/5): Worse than expected - We rent 1 of 4 mobile homes, which has a good location, next to the beach. Though I have read reviews about this place and now what to expect, I did not read the reviews in Trip Advisors about this (my fault). Actually the mobile home is quite nice IF they were (well) maintained. In one of our 4 mobile homes, the last rental did not clean up the sheets as they should so we had to contact the lobby about this. And there was water on the floor, leakage? In all homes there are stuffy, sweaty smell as if they never opened the window, let alone clean them. In 3 out of 4 homes the couch in the living room are dirty, with marks of fluid on it. Hopefully it was not organic... I had to open all windows, doors and sprayed the rooms with air freshener while beating the cushions and the duvets. All things came out of them, especially for the duvets: dust, hair... in one of the bedrooms was a broken drawer, I made a picture so we would not be blamed for that. The kitchen was OK, simple, you have all the basics. Too pity we had to wash everything once again because the smell of the china’s (especially the mugs) were like somebody had did eggs in it. The person at the lobby were helpful and friendly, yet the could not do lots of things. The play area is small, swimming pool not big and too much chlorine. Even the toddler pool was closed because of too high concentration of chlorine. There were activities program and there was a laser game scheduled. We informed hours beforehand whether we had to register or not and receive a relief answer of “No need, just be there up to 15min before.” That night, 30min before the game started, we showed up and there were already 20 children disappointed because they were late. Only 15 children are allowed. The whole area is for children, it was during summer vacation, there are only 2 laser games for the whole week and this is how they arranged?? Our children were very disappointed and had to choose another not-so-many options. So, for a (long) weekend, it is OK. Better find another home if you can afford it or maybe better: another resort. I think the price is too high for what you get. A simple home is enough as long as it is clean. If you drive there, better to do your groceries outside the resort, there are supermarkets not far from there. Once again here? For us, not anymore. The children? They had a wonderful time and that’s what this is al about.
- taaning (2/5): STAY AWAY! It is one big construction site and the service is non existing. - We stayed in a Villa 10 at the park, and ended up in one big construction site. There is heavy machinery everywhere at the park, and a lot of noise. The workers started every morning at 7.00. We measured noise at 82 dB at our terrace. When we talked to the reception, because we would like to go home earlier, they could not give us compensation or a refund for the remaining days. This is not a place to bring children. The safety is terrible, as big machines are driving around in the park. Simply just STAY AWAY!
- Gaby (4/5): Kurzurlaub vom 24.05.2018 - 27.05.2018 - leider gab es im Vorfeld durch Besitzwechsel Probleme das man die Buchung nicht mehr finden konnte nachdem man sie gefunden hatte unter dem Vornamen ? mussten bei Ankunft nochmals 10,00 Euro Reservierungsgebühr gezahlt werden. Das gebuchte Mobilhome war augenscheinlich zwischenzeitlich verkauft worden so das man ein heruntergekommenes Mobilhome zugeteilt bekam. Dieses war relativ klein alt und abgewohnt. Das Geschirr /Töpfe waren schmierig so das diese erst mal gespült werden mussten. Die Betten im Kinderzimmer waren vielleicht 50 cm breit für einen normalen Erwachsenen ungeeignet. Im Elternschlafzimmer nur eine Holzkonstruktion als Lattenrost mit einer relativ dünnen Matratze. Wenn man noch keinen Bandscheibenvorfall hatte bekommt man dort mit Sicherheit einen. Nach Beschwerde über Sauberkeit und das es sich um ein nicht gebuchtes Heim handelt erhielt ich die Auskunft das dies Musterbilder seien und die immer so aussehen. Leider auch hier kein Entgegenkommen. Sehr schade die Anlage ist ansonsten recht schön leider ist man wenig bis gar nicht bemüht hier auf den Gast einzugehen. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt würde ich die Anlage auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Selbst bei der Abreise und Abgabe der Schlüsselkarten nur ein Danke kein Auf Wiedersehen.
- Ans (10/5): Vriendel.& oplossingsgerichte medewerking receptie - Ik verbleef daar twee nachten i.v.m. werk in de buurt. Er was een misverstand over de geboekte datum, dit is snel en vriendelijk heel goed opgelost. Het verblijf was schoon en warm.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Ongelofelijk arrogant personeel! - Ivm werk hebben we 4 weekenden op Riviera geslapen, weekend op weekend behandeld als oud vuil. Ook ieder weekend een huisje gekregen waarbij dingen kapot of vies waren, en keer op keer de kachel moeilijk deed.
- Thomas (6/5): Furchtbar durchgelegene Betten - Wir haben das erste mal in einem Mobilheim übernachtet und fanden es fürchterlich. Die Wände sind nur aus einfacher Spanplatte und man hört jedes kleinste Geräusch. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig, der Rest war einigermaßen sauber. Das schlimmste waren aber die Betten, die absolut durchgelegen waren! Die Nacht war fürchterlich! Schade, da der Rest der Anlage sehr schön war. Insbesondere ein schöner Spielplatz und eine tolle Indoor Halle für die Kinder.

- Ángel (4/5): I rented in a HOTEL and it was a CAMP SITE - Expedia offered me a hotel and I discovered at 17:00 that it is a camp site where I have booked a room. No sheets, no towels. My 86-year-old father didn't enjoy the experience very much.
- Carlos (10/5): Very family/kid friendly - Very nice experience except the aircondition wasn't functional except. But weather was great. My kids loved it! Very miss friendly.
- Tor (4/5): A Cold experience - The only accomodation this last weekend of April. The heating did not work and it was -3C during the Night. We all got a horrible Cold You need a Car here.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Grote camping met leuke faciliteiten - Prima plek om te overnachten na bijvoorbeeld fright nights in Walibi. Fietsen huren op het terrein en op de fiets naar pretpark.
- Jimmy (2/5): Slechte prijs kwaliteit - Slecht !!! Moest bij aankomst veel meer betalen dan in de reservering stond. Annuleren was niet mogelijk dus ik MOEST betalen. Personeel aan de balie zeer klant onvriendelijk en niet oplossing gericht. Toen wij in het donker probeerde het huisje te vinden was dit bijna onmogelijk. Slecht aangegeven en het huisje had geen zichtbaar nummer aan de buitenkant. Eenmaal binnen was het daar ijskoud. Hebben een uur met ons jas aan gezeten en toen maar besloten naar bed te gaan. Kachel in het huisje deed er veel te lang over om het aangenaam warm te maken. In de badkamer lagen nog allemaal haren en op de stopcontacten lag een laag stof. Erg schoon was het er dus niet.
