- Glenn (6/5): Wasn’t able to enjoy the stay because of the room - It was close to couple of tourist spots. It was a bit confusing wherein we book 2 adults and 2 kids and they only gave 1 room with 1 bed. How would 2 adults and 2 kids fit in that? They said kids ate free to stay but they have no place to sleep? And much more I booked it because the breakfast was added but the kids didn’t have breakfast as well. This is very disappointing. I paid much for this kind of service. Not even satisfying. They need to change this.

- Sampaga (10/5): Wonderful stay and great historic place. - We had a great week at Ciudad Fernandina. The breakfast were fresh and tasty. The location was perfect, the hotel is centrally located to all the sites, museums, and markets. We had the best sleep in all our time in the Philippines in the comfortable bedding and amenities. The staff was excellent. They helped when needed and let us just be otherwise. They all shared big smiles and a welcoming attitude. Thank you.

If you are travelling with senior citizens or those wit - Walking distance from Calle Crisologo It has no kitchen of its own so they dont serve lunch or dinner. However; there are a lot of restaurants nearby so this is not an issue.
- Roxanne (10/5): Perfect staycation - Love the location, just a street away from Calle Crisologo, not too near from all the crowd and the noise too so we slept comfortably. Loved our room, bed was nice and big, aircon was cool and everything else worked fine. Staff were corteous and proffessional. No problems during our stay. Also loved the buffet breakfast! There was no gated parking so our car was just parked on the streetside. Good thing not many cars and calesas pass by the area, i'd be upset if something happened to our car. No security guard to look out for the parked cars too

Nothing was too much, they were ALWAYS on hand and went the extra mile more than once. We were even offered a native delicacy for breakfast on our last day ‘Tupig’. Great stay. We will certainly be back.

It has been 33 years ago when we last visited Manila and did not have the time to deeply explore our mother land. Now, I can share the experienced that my wife and I had to our children and grandchildren when we get back to the State. They will definitely would want to come back to Manila and visit Vigan, the best place ever in Manila!!! I wish the restaurants along the Crisologo streets were opened 24 hours. This is better than Las Vegas in my heart.

- Long (8/5): Very good - They are accommodating and provides options if I wanted to upgrade or down grade. I also think this is one of the best location. Its near the convention center, the main tourist area and the access roads at the side and back. This is the second time I stayed this year. The first year I stayed, we were served the free breakfast a-la-carte. The second time it was buffet. but I felt the food a la carte is much better with more options compared to the buffet. I was told by the staff that they do buffet if they have high booking. But I don't think it should be a reason to lower the food options. During a la carte breakfast, you have options for a Filipino and I think American or Continental breakfast. Another minor issue is that we arrived early and asked for an early check-in. They told me they will call me if something comes up. They called me by 2PM which is already the actual time to checking so it is no longer necessary. It could have been great if they provided status earlier on. Lastly not all their published number is answered. most of the time it only keeps on ringing.

Just a small note to the staff: the bathroom we had in our room had an improperly fitted shower door. A lot of water leaks out. May I suggest installing a rubber seal on the glass edges to prevent water leaking out. It would surely improve guest experience. Thank you!
- Abigail (6/5): ideal location for one night in Vigan. - location is fantastic, in the heart of Vigan, right by Calle Crisologo. The front of the hotel and the patio are beautiful. Breakfast was nice. room was very cramped and a bit dated.

Had to ask staff to move one into room. Hotel advertises free WiFi in room but only location it works is in lobby. Breakfast was good.

Bar Tech is a step away from the hotel so if ya'll want to have fun and drink the night away till 2am it would be very safe and convenient to walk back to the hotel after a fun night out.

Overall had a great stay and definitely going back there again and will recommend the place!

- Michelle (8/5): - Updated hotel grounds is well kept. I did have issues with WiFi in my room and around the grounds, but thankfully I had bought my own pocket WiFi. I appreciate that they have a laundry service and can call in a manicurist/pedicurist in your room. I stayed in second floor where many guests smoked on the veranda. Would be great to have that door closed off so that the cigarette smoke is not in the hallways. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place again as it is close to Calle Crisologo.

Would need a bit of bathroom improvement coz the shower area's drain was so slow it floods a little. They served good breakfast. Location is literally only a few steps from Calle Crisologo. Such a lovely hotel overall.

- Bob (10/5): - Restaurant a bit hit and miss but otherwise the hotel is a delight. Great location and the rooms very nice. Suggest paying a bit more and booking the Junior Suite which is not really a suite but being very little more is a just a bigger room. So called Deluxe Rooms are nice but very small. Would definately go back.

However the room did not have WiFi (it was only available in common area) and also cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. (Dark stain on the towel, hair on the floor/bathroom and feces of gecko on walls and closet... ) The hotel staff was nice.
