- Chris (3/5): On your head be it! - Breakfast (hot) Parking (secure) Price (cheap) Lack of cleanliness, toilet bowl loose, toilet seat loose, teabags etc not replenished, only offered English breakfast - nothing else. Had to ask for towels.

- David (3/5): Spent all day out as didn’t want to stay in room any longer than we had to. And couldn’t wait to get home. - The staff were friendly but very lackadaisical. That’s just our opinion. I would not recommend it to anyone else and definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The property was very dated and could do with some improvements. The bed sheet was ripped in several places. The breakfast wasn’t as expected for a full English and most of it was cold or greasy. The rooms could do with improvements and cleaning properly.

- Jade (4/5): - No heating on when arrived to room. Heating put on at 10pm. Found hairs in the bed linen. Beds changed at 11.15pm. Hairs found on milk jug. No hair nets worn by staff. Dirty clothes and messy hair also. Greeting when we arrived by a man was shocking just asked what we wanted for breakfast. Staff went into room to conduct maintenance without permission when we had left the hotel to go on a walk. No bar or entertainment on in the evening. Furniture untidy. When we complained at 11.15pm owner said if you are not happy go find another hotel. We are 67 and 62.
- AMD 😄 (7/5): - Staff were lovely and friendly, and the breakfast was perfect. Property itself was a bit dated and could do with a proper deep clean and freshening up. The bed was comfy but very squeaky.

The bar was out of action so we couldn’t get a drink or socialise.

- martin (8/5): short walk to prom from the guest house nice stay - location was perfect room was ok and came with a breakfast the staff were good was not sure of who was running the place they let me stay another night in the same room as i wanted to vist fleetwood no fuss or problems there take note for the over 50s they have a stairlift i didnt need it but nice to know its there three members of staff but not sure who was in charge i saw some bad reviews on here but its for the over 50s so its a bit dated but to me a nice home from home if you want modern stay somewhere else but i bet you will pay a hell of a lot more than this place for the money its very good and breakfast as well

- John (10/5): - As it was an over 50’s Hotel it really was excellent for the price, the manager and the staff we met could not do enough for you, nothing was to much to ask, the breakfast was lovely and well prepared, coffee and tea really hot. My wife was in a wheelchair so we where given a ground level room with access through the back with zero stairs.

However that was down to us having to book last minute. The tram stop is at the end of the road so no problems. We had to walk each night as the trams were not running, but again no fault to the accommodation.

This place is an absolutely filthy no hot water for 2 days the place stinks.the towels when wet stink which makes you stink.even the clothes we put in the wardrobe and didn't ware smell so when we got home we had to wash all the clothes we took.supposed to stay for 3 nights and left a day early ,the stay comes with breakfast which is awful and cold.theres a 5 star rating in the door I wouldn't rate this place to anyone. Do not be fooled by the trip advisor this place should be closed down.

Breakfast was missing items that were advertised when booking. The room was not ready when we arrived. We had to keep asking of things as the room was not ready for 3. The stairlifts didn’t work. Leaflet was out of date. WiFi didn’t work and Information linked to it was in correct.

- John (8/5): - The owner was excellent and was pleasant and did his best to make my stay a good one. Unfortunately the bedroom door lock didn’t work and he was unable to fix it. I had to therefore wedge it shut through the night. The other point which was a little more disappointing was that I could not get the shower to run hot. Not ideal. Overall. A reasonable stay, pleasant owner, just feel the the property needs a little more TLC and updating.
