• Fidel Alejandro (10/5): Como si estuviera en mi casa y fui con mis tres hijo. - La Limpiesa, la paciencia del inquilino , la claridad sobre todo , y que a cualquier consulta me respondía al momento ,vamos lo recomiendo al 100%. Nada de malo fue todo maravilloso .

• Janet Winifred (8/5): Value for money, excellent ; - The location was ideal for exploring the north of the island. The host was very responsive regarding access to the property ahead of the normal checkin time. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. The only negative aspect was that the decor was poor (paint peeling, internal doors damaged, wall paper peeling (one small area only), overgrown weeds in the outside patio area). This however did not detract from my overall positive view of the stay.
• Sara (10/5): Tranquilidad y adecuado - Estaba limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de un par de días de tranquilidad con amigos. Lo único malo a señalar es que de las habitaciones que daban a la calle no se podían abrir las ventanas para ventilar pero por lo demás ninguna pega.

La mayoría de las paredes con humedades y desconchones de yeso y pintura. El enlucido de yeso de la habitación, lleno de humedad y grietas. Fuerte olor a humedad en toda la vivienda. El grifo del baño no funcionaba correctamente (la alcachofa superior estaba inoperativa). La silicona del plato de ducha totalmente negra. El patio se encuentra en condiciones deplorables con un césped artificial medio podrido, las plantas sin cuidado alguno, chorreones de humedad... Es una auténtica vergüenza que Booking tenga este alojamiento disponible. Las fotos no se corresponden en absoluto con el estado actual

• Michal (9/5): - I had a great stay at Casa del Cuartel and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment at a fair price. I was travelling alone and looking for a good base to explore the northern part of Fuerteventura. I needed a spacious and comfortable apartment with a parking space and everything required for my daily routine — and this place delivered exactly that. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with all the amenities you might need for cooking, relaxing, or spending a quiet evening. Communication with the owner was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. La Oliva is a beautiful and peaceful town, perfect for starting your day with a good breakfast before heading out. It’s only about 30 minutes from the airport, and both Corralejo and El Cotillo are just 15 minutes away. If you take a slightly longer route to Corralejo, you can drive through the dunes and enjoy some truly stunning views. If you're looking for comfortable accommodation in a great location at a reasonable price, this is definitely a great option.

• blanchard (6/5): Pas désagréable mais en dessous de nos attentes - Le logement bien que vieillot est assez vaste. Les hôtes je ne les ai pas rencontrés mais bien qu'ils aient oublié de m'envoyer les instructions pour l'entrée, ils ont été assez réactifs quand je les ai contactés. La Oliva est une petite bourgade et sans voiture il est difficile de pouvoir visiter les alentours (peu de bus). Le logement aurait besoin d'un coup de rénovation et de vérification (en particulier l'électricité). Pour exemple, la prise de la lampe de chevet dans la chambre est rafistolée avec du sparadrap et j'ai beaucoup hésité avant de la brancher. Et ce que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est que les photos ne correspondent pas au lieu ou alors il y a très longtemps. Malheureusement je n'ai pas eu le réflexe de prendre des photos moi-même.
• Alessandro (1/5): - La casa aveva un fortissimo odore di muffa e la muffa era anche evidente soprattutto in camera. C’era anche polvere. Non lo trovo rispettoso, anche perché c’era un bambino. I cuscini erano sporchi. Come prodotti da bagno c’era soltanto il sapone per le mani, nulla di più.

• Mireya (7/5): Buena estancia - La ubicación fue muy práctica para nuestra estancia. El propietario MUY amable en todo momento, nos resolvió cualquier duda y problema que tuvimos. Nosotros alquilamos dos apartamentos porque éramos un grupo grande y la verdad que nos sorprendimos con el parking, ya que era muy amplio y las casas eran también amplias, perfectas para el grupo que éramos. Instalaciones muy cómodas, cocina completa con muchos electrodomésticos (menos horno) y baños completos también. El salón y el comedor del apartamento de 6, muy cómodo y amplio. Muy recomendado calidad-precio si tampoco vais a hacer mucha vida en la casa y vais a visitar muchos sitios. Además, la preocupación del dueño da tranquilidad, se asegura de que todo esté yendo bien. Aunque nuestra estancia fue buena; un día llovió por la noche y aparecieron goteras en un dormitorio que imposibilitaron el descanso adecuado de algunos huéspedes. Las lavadoras dejaron de funcionar el segundo día o así y no se arreglaron. Las camas grandes eran cómodas, pero las individuales no tanto. Nos hubieran faltado más mantas y almohadas. Además, la casa era bastante fresca (genial cuando hace mucho calor) pero justo los días que fuimos pudimos pasar un poco de frío en el interior y sólo disponíamos de dos calefactores (uno de ellos no funcionaba muy bien).
• Birgit (6/5): - Kleines charmantes Quartier, alles da für ein paar Tage Auszeit. Ungelüftet, keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit während man unterwegs ist. Deshalb alles etwas stickig, leicht feucht. Die "Außenanlage" ist unschön. Allerdings gab es hier wohl die regenreichste Zeit seit Jahren.

• Natalia (6/5): - Al principio, el trato con Jorge genial, no tuve ningún inconveniente. Pero me decepcionó el hecho de que llegamos a la estancia y ni antes ni durante ni después apareció tanto para darnos la bienvenida o si necesitábamos algo. Aparte para poder pagarle en efectivo. Si lo quieres para alojarte y dormir, está bien. Para hacer vida no lo recomiendo. El patio interior que aparece en las fotos no tiene nada que ver con lo que se ve. El banco está roto, el suelo artificial despegado y sucio y se encuentra abandonado la zona de cultivo de plantas y está todo seco. Encontramos algunos utensilios de cocina usados anteriormente y no lavados. También muebles/objetos desencajados/en mal estado.

• Mindtint (10/5): A perfect stay in the quiet side of the island - Love the location, it's nestled in the quiet part of La Oliva away from the busy Corralejo but just 15 mins car ride. There is a small supermarket nearby. The host is lovely, very responsive. For the value, you get the entire house, a small outdoor space, a bbq area, 2 comfortable bedrooms. There's plenty of lights if you open the doors and windows, we loved our stay there a bit more of kitchen utensils would be great!
• Anna (7/5): Good - Perfect location. Just 300m from the center of La Oliva. There were many kitchen utensils so you can cook whatever you want. However kettle didn't work properly (see downsides). Cleaning products was available. Good contact with the landlord. He came very quickly when we had problem with keys. Not so many windows. It was all the time dark even during the day. Bed sheet was a little bit dirty on one bed. Wifi had really poor connection and 2 days before our leaving wifi router stopped working. There is a smart TV but without access to Netflix or other platforms. Kettle didnt work properly, sensor doesn't work-it doesn't turn off automatically so when you want to boil the water you have to observe it otherwise you can burn it! There was only one trash bag in medium size trash bin in the kitchen- not enough for 5 nights for 3 ppl
• Giulia (9/5): Perfect getaway spot - We absolutely loved the partial remote location. If you don't have a car it might be a bit of a treck, but having had a car we were only 15nin away from el Cotillo and loved it! Bed was comfortable and the entire flat very clean! My partner is a clean freak and he checked even the top of the wardrobes - NO DUST!! Nothing - only one comment, should have provided some more toilet paper and when using hot water it was coming out red. It probably was the boiler that hadn't been used in a while. Besides that, everything was great!!

All requests sorted very quickly. Very highly recommended to everyone who wish to rest in nice quiet location with local vibes.

• Lynda (8/5): Very good - Spacious accommodation for two. I liked the enclosed patio, with afternoon sun. Parking right next to the property. Location in La Oliva is great to explore the island from. Basic supermarket nearby (short walk). Relevant to stays in the winter: there is no central heating, just a plug-in electric heater. In the evenings it got quite chilly; we asked for an extra layer to put on the bed and were brought a thick blanket, which helped a lot. It would have been helpful to have some local tourist information, recommendations for restaurants etc

Spacious and a great price-performance ratio! The location in La Oliva is perfect, the village nice, supermarket and center close by. Parking on-site. Kitchen is fully equipped. wifi is ok! Well, the place is a bit outworn, there are many things that used to be nice but are now a bit shabby (eg the rusty washing machine and the water boiler weren't working, lose faucet, glass with crack, some plaster falls from the wall, the terrace was hm... a bit dirty, a slight musty smell) - but still, the price-performance ratio is good!
